Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implications of environmental ethics on the economic welfare of the community after the operation of a mining company in Tabalong Regency. In this study the authors used a descriptive analysis method using primary data and secondary information. The results showed that the environmental ethics of the people of Tabalong Regency had negative implications on the economic welfare of the community. The reason is the tendency of people who have anthropocentrism perspective on the environment. The perspective of anthropocentrism widens economic inequality in the people of Tabalong Regency. This is because welfare is only centered on certain people. This gap shows that the goal of economic activities for the mashlaha is not achieved, and the expectation of long-term contribution projections, namely trickle-down effects and multiplier effects on the economy also does not occur.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui implikasi etika lingkungan terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat setelah beroperasinya perusahaan tambang di Kabupaten Tabalong. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan data primer dan informasi sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika lingkungan masyarakat Kabupaten Tabalong berimplikasi negatif terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Penyebabnya adalah kecenderungan masyarakat yang mempunyai cara pandang antroposentrisme terhadap lingkungan. Cara pandang antroposentrisme memperlebar kesenjangan ekonomi di masyarakat Kabupaten Tabalong. Hal ini dikarenakan kesejahteraan itu hanya berpusat pada orang tertentu saja. Kesenjangan ini menunjukkan bahwa tujuan kegiatan perekonomian untuk ke-mashlahat-an tidak tercapai, serta harapan akan proyeksi kontribusi jangka panjang, yaitu trickle-down effect (tetesan ke bawah) dan multiplier-effect (efek berganda) terhadap perekonomian juga tidak terjadi.

Abstract

Saat ini, wisata halal mulai banyak diminati. Hal ini sejalan dengan peningkatan wisatawan muslim dari tahun ke tahun. Pengembangan wisata halal sudah mulai dilakukan oleh berbagai negara, baik negara mayoritas muslim maupun non-muslim. Pemerintah melalui Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Nasional (Bappenas) meresmikan dan meluncurkan Rencana Induk Ekonomi Syariah Indonesia (MEKSI) 2019-2024. Masterplan berisi langkah-langkah strategis dalam pengembangan ekonomi syariah. Salah satunya adalah potensi pengembangan ekonomi syariah daerah dengan mempertimbangkan potensi daya tarik wisata halal. Kalimantan Selatan merupakan salah satu daerah yang menjadi contoh dalam pengembangan industri halal dalam Rencana Induk Ekonomi Syariah. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to observe forecasting zakat collection funds and other Islamic religious charity (ZIS) that the Banjar Regency Baznas collect from October 2021 to March 2022. The method used is the Double Exponential Smoothing method, and analyzed by using the parameters ???? = 0,4 ???????????? ???? = 0,1. For this study, secondary data of Baznas Banjar Regency collection funds covering from January 2018 to September 2021 was obtained from its institution. The findings show that forecasting with this method resulted in ZIS collection will be increased monthly for the next six months. Therefore, the data will benefit Baznas Banjar Regency and other stakeholders in planning and evaluating the management of ZIS funds. Thus, policymakers can use it to improve public welfare and poverty alleviation in Banjar Regency.

Abstract

Along with the popularity of social media influencers as a promotional tool in digital marketing, the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI) UIN Antasari Banjarmasin promotes new study programs through social media influencer services to attract prospective new students in the 2023/2024 admissions. The effectiveness of social media influencers needs to be measured. However, measurements of the effectiveness of social media influencers in promoting the new FEBI UIN Antasari study program have never been carried out. For this reason, this study aims to measure the effectiveness. The design of this study is quantitative research, with engagement rate, conversion rate, and mini-survey approaches, where data analysis is carried out with percentage descriptive techniques.  This research found that influencer social media accounts are not an effective medium to promote study programs compared to the official websites and social media accounts of universities themselves. This finding contributes to consideration in formulating promotional strategies for new student admissions in the future.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, and perception on students' decisions to use Islamic bank mobile banking, lack of financial literacy in Islamic financial institutions where many students still do not use mobile banking by lifestyle needs. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, and perception of Islamic banking on students' decisions to use mobile banking. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach in the form of correlations or relationships. The data collection of this study used a questionnaire distributed to FEBI students of the Islamic Banking Department Class of 2019-2021 with a sample of 80 respondents. The results of partial research on financial literacy, and perceptions of Islamic banking have a significant positive influence. The lifestyle partially does not have a significant influence. The results of the study simultaneously financial literacy, lifestyle, and perceptions of Islamic banking have a significant influence on students' decisions to use Bank Syariah Indonesia mobile banking.

Abstract

Entering the era of globalization, paradigm transformations in the world of internet, telecommunications, and mobile technology have a tremendous impact on the business world, including one of the areas that must be expanded and exploited optimally: cooperatives that assist low- and middle-income residents. There is a shift in cooperative management strategies employing digital transactions by adopting the following SWOT analysis: 1) the existence of digital transactions in Sharia cooperatives reduces money loans through loan sharks, 2) digital services are easy to understand and implement, transactions may be made anywhere and anytime, 3) lack of human resources who understand digital transactions, 4) ecosystem expansion and digitization in the financial sector, and 5) digital cybersecurity threats that can jeopardize both data and cooperative reputation. This research approach is a qualitative analysis using field-based interview standards. Data was collected using a purposive sampling strategy, with informants selected from Sharia cooperative managers, consumers, and directors. Strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities were identified using SWOT analysis based on the interview data. The outcome of this study is the growth of sharia cooperatives in South Kalimantan, which face both internal and external challenges. These include a lack of human resources, the accessibility of digital-era infrastructure, cooperative management, the types of businesses and products that are offered, product marketing, cooperative institutions, and banking administration management. Based on the study's findings, the researcher came to the conclusion that applying the digital age to Sharia cooperatives has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. These include assessing the community's needs, developing strategies and techniques for achieving cooperative goals, creating budgets and programs, and monitoring and managing the digital economic transformation applied to sharia cooperatives.

Abstract

The consumer trend to use environmentally friendly products is increasing. This movement is known as “green consumerism or green awareness”. Sasirangan cloth is one of the products that is expected to support green awareness. Entrepreneurs have many challenges to realize the green concept as a whole in their business. Banjarmasin is known as the City of a Thousand because the river has become the lifeblood of the Banjar people. So it is important that the quality of the river is also a concern. Through this paper, it can be seen the implementation of green marketing that can be carried out by MSME players by outlining the initiatives of Islamic marketing approaches. This study uses qualitative research methods by understanding the phenomenon of green awareness and analyzing the overall actions of MSME actors in making Sasirangan cloth. In the processing of Sasirangan Fabric there is a process that produces waste. There are still many Sasirangan cloth MSME actors who dispose of the liquid waste directly into the river without filtering which can cause pollution and decrease in water quality. This is against the concept of Islamic marketing. To start green marketing, Sasirangan Fabric MSME actors can adopt an environmentally friendly Islamic marketing concept. The management of liquid waste from the processing of Sasirangan cloth can be part of the production cost. Another alternative, what can be done by SMEs Sasirangan Fabric in implementing green marketing, namely in the production process using natural dyes that are more friendly to the environment.

Abstract

MSMEs play a crucial role in driving economic growth and reducing poverty in South Kalimantan. Despite their significant contribution, this sector still faces various obstacles, including access to financing. Effective management of productive zakat funds has the potential to become an alternative funding instrument to address these challenges, while simultaneously increasing MSMEs empowerment and reducing poverty. Therefore, this study aims to assess the effectiveness of productive zakat management in supporting MSMEs and optimizing their impact on the regional economy. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach in fieldwork. The method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The population in this study were all beneficiaries of productive zakat funds through the digital economic empowerment programs Micropreneur 2023, Zmart 2023, and Biofloc system fisheries cultivation, as well as laying hen farmers, with a population of 160 beneficiaries and a research sample of 74 respondents accompanied by 8 informants. The research results show that the management of productive zakat through various programs implemented by Baznas in South Kalimantan has been running well, with most indicators achieving a high level of effectiveness. Two indicators, namely target success and program satisfaction, were declared effective, while the levels of input and output, as well as program achievement, were deemed quite effective. These findings indicate that productive zakat management plays a significant role as an alternative funding instrument in supporting MSMEs, while also making a real contribution to improving the community's economy by channeling funds to mustahik (recipients of zakat) who run MSME-scale businesses.
