Abstract

Transportation is a very important aspect in the framework of economic development in a region, Transportation is also a necessity for many elements of society including the needs for students. Transportation plays an important role in the process of improving education. To reach school, students can use various types of transportation modes. Based on the current condition, the Sekip Ujung Flyover construction project is currently underway on the Basuki Rahmat road, this study aims to find out how the characteristics of SMA Negeri 6 Kota Palembang students in determining the mode of transportation used to go to school and how the dominant mode of transportation is used by SMA Negeri 6 Kota Palembang students to go to school. By using cross-tabulation analysis, the results of the analysis obtained are that the factors that influence respondents in choosing a mode of transportation to school.factor is travel time, with the proportion of respondents as much as 32%. The most dominant type of mode chosen by students of SMA Negeri 6 Kota Palembang to go to school is using online transportation. Online transportation was chosen because it is another alternative mode selection because it is easy to access.

Abstract

The Gandus Camping Ground Access Road Construction Project is required to be completed on time so that consumer confidence is maintained. To achieve this, control is needed which must be known in advance through ongoing project performance. One way to determine project performance is the Earned Value method which integrates aspects of cost, time and work performance. Therefore, this Earned Value analysis is applied to the Gandus Campground Access Road Construction Project. Project performance is analyzed based on cost performance index (Cost Performance Index) and time (Schedule Performance Index). Calculations are based on planned value, earned value and actual costs. Performance control is reviewed for 8 weeks, namely week 12 to week 19. The results of the analysis in weeks 12 to 19 show that the costs incurred were greater than planned and the implementation time was longer than planned as indicated by the average value of CPI = 0.976 (CPI <1) and the average value of SPI = 0.999 (<1). The results of the estimated final project cost are IDR 3,740,377,358.49 with an implementation time of 24 weeks, which means the project will be in accordance with plan.

Abstract

A project is a temporary activity that has clear goals and objectives, lasts for a limited period of time, with a certain cost allocation. This research was conducted to find out how much labor productivity there is in plastering work on the Babbusalam Sabil Barakah Mosque construction project and what factors influence the productivity of plastering work on the Babbusalam Sabil Barakah Mosque construction project. The research was conducted by observing the productivity level of 32 workers and accompanied by filling out a questionnaire. Productivity observations used the work sampling method by calculating worker utility factors which were carried out for 3 days for each worker. The average value of the worker productivity utility factor in plastering work on the Babbusalam Sabil Barakah Mosque construction project is 89.57%. The variables that have been determined have a significance of 0.000<0.005 (the required sig) so that they simultaneously have an influence on the level of productivity. Partially, 9 factors that influence the productivity variable have a calculated T value for each variable that exceeds the T table value of 2.074.

Abstract

The development of the construction industry in Indonesia is progressing rapidly, as evidenced by the increasing number of buildings, bridges, roads, and other structures built to meet the needs of the community. In 2022, the population of Banyuasin reached 839,401 people, with 89.23% owning their own homes, 1.81% renting, 7.00% living rent-free, and the remaining 1.96% falling into other categories. The Permen PUPR 2023 method is a cost calculation approach that includes components such as labor, materials, and equipment to determine unit prices for specific types of work. Meanwhile, the real method involves calculating coefficients based on manual calculations of the quantities of materials and wages used, adjusted to the specific work being carried out. The aim of this research is to determine the total cost values calculated using both methods—Permen PUPR 2023 and the real method—and to compare the differences between these total costs in the construction of the Prita Residence 2 subsidized housing project. Cost estimation was conducted based on the building volume calculated from the project drawings. Based on data processing, the Permen PUPR 2023 method resulted in a cost of Rp. 137,874,758, while the real method yielded a cost of Rp. 97,316,225, with a percentage difference of 29.41%.
