Abstract

Research it aims to: (1) MKnowing the difference in the speaking ability of children taught by the storytelling method compared to children taught using the conversation method; (2) Knowing the difference in speaking ability of children with high social skills and children with low social skills; and (3) Knowing the interaction of learning methods and social skills in influencing early childhood speech skills.The sample in this study is children in grades B1 and B2 as many as 32 students. Collecting data in this study used the observation guidelines for social skills and observation guidelines for early childhood speaking skills. Hypothesis testing is done by using the Two Way Anova test. The results showed that: (1)There is a significant difference between the children's speaking skills taught by the storytelling method compared to the conversational method (Fcount = 26.925 and sig. 0.000> 0.05); (2) The speaking skills of children who have high social skills are higher than those who have low social skills (Fcount = 11.867 and sig. 0.043> 0.02); and (3) There is an interaction between learning methods and social skills in influencing children's speaking skills (Fcount = 13.618 and sig. 0.001> 0.05)

Abstract

This research aims to:(1) Knowing the effect of the PBL learning model on the science learning outcomes of heat and its transfer materials; (2) Knowing the effect of learning motivation on science learning outcomes for the subject matter of Heat and Its Transfer; and (3) Knowing the effect of the interaction of the PBL learning model and learning motivation on the science learning outcomes of the subject matter of Heat and Its Transference. The sample in this study is student Class VII SMP Negeri 1 Babalan Academic year 2021/2022 as many as 54 students. Data collection through learning outcomes test and critical thinking ability test. Hypothesis testing is done by using the Two Way Anova test. The results showed that: (1) Model problem based learning provides a positive difference to the science learning outcomes of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Babalan in the 2021/2022 academic year (Fcount = 9.062 and sig. 0.004 <0.05); (2) Learning motivation gives a positive difference to the science learning outcomes of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Babalan in the 2021/2022 academic year (Fcount = 4.283 and sig. 0.044 <0.05); and (3) There is an interaction of problem based learning model and learning motivation on science learning outcomes for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Babalan in the 2021/2022 academic year (Fcount = 6249 and sig. 0.016 < 0.05).

Abstract

Batak king is wisdom local and philosophy Toba Batak tribe in Toba Regency. Research It is very important for teachers to reflect mark Batak Naraja philosophy in learning. One of them relative teacher friendliness Still need improved. Because based on results observation and questionnaire beginning, there is some teachers have not understand mark Batak Naraja philosophy which has an impact to lack of teacher friendliness in learning. This is influence results Study students and teacher performance in the classroom. For that, it is necessary improvement understanding about Batak Naraja and its application in learning. Batak Naraja Indicators that want to improved is mark friendliness that is caring and wise. Method qualitative used​ is questionnaire and observation. The results in study This is the teacher experiencing improvement understanding about Batak Naraja which influences increasing mark teacher friendliness in learning. With thus need existence planting mark wisdom local Batak Naraja in education in a way sustainable.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism is a key factor in improving the quality of education, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK). However, many teachers still face challenges in mastering pedagogical and professional competencies, as seen in the Software Engineering (RPL) program at SMK Telkom 1 Medan. This study aims to analyze the development, feasibility, and effectiveness of ADDIE model training management in enhancing the professional competence of productive RPL teachers at SMK Telkom 1 Medan. The research employs a descriptive approach with stages of needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results are expected to contribute to the development of structured and sustainable teacher training models and serve as a reference for schools in improving teaching quality and teacher professionalism

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of change management concerning the teacher code of ethics at SMA Unggul Del in the context of Generation Z student behavior. The objective is to evaluate the extent and effectiveness of change management strategies applied to the teacher's code of ethics in addressing the specific behavioral characteristics of Generation Z students within this educational setting. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews with teachers and students, classroom observations, and questionnaires to gain comprehensive insights. The findings revealed inconsistencies between teachers' comprehension of the ethical code and its practical application, alongside difficulties in managing technology use, a prominent aspect of Generation Z's behavior. Consequently, this research suggests the necessity of targeted change interventions, such as continuous professional development and collaborative strategy development. In conclusion, effective change management is crucial for enhancing the practical application of the teacher code of ethics, thereby fostering a more supportive and productive learning environment tailored to the needs of Generation Z students
