Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence brand trust, brand image, and lifestyle have on purchase intention. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods and data analysis techniques using inferential analysis data and using primary data formed closed questionnaires to 100 respondents and assisted by using the SPSS version 23 program. To obtain results from consumer buying interest in the Samsung Galaxy A smartphone Series. The results of this study reveal that brand trust, brand image, and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. This can be seen in the coefficient table in the regression equation Y = 0.308 X1 + 0.324 X2 + 0.280 X3. The conclusion is that the independent variable has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Surgika Alkesido. The sampling method used is Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive sampling technique. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods and inferential analysis using primary data in the form of a closed questionnaire to 100 respondents and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and model feasibility test, a regression equation is obtained. The results of regression analysis in this study indicate a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, which is shown in the coefficient table in the regression equation model. The results of the model feasibility test shown with the significant value shown in the model feasibility table which means that the model in this study is feasible to use based on the significant value obtained. The results of the hypothesis conclusion with the t test obtained a positive and significant value on the variables of communication, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

The automotive industry is a sector that has a relatively large contribution to the national economy. Where the automotive industry provides an investment value of trillions per year and is able to absorb the work of up to tens of thousands of people. For this reason, the authors conducted this study with the aim of examining the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, capital intensity and firm size on tax avoidance in the automotive industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2020. In this study, researchers used secondary data with a population of 20 companies. automotive listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample of this study using the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 18 automotive companies. The results of this study indicate that the t-test of profitability and leverage variables has a positive effect on tax avoidance, while liquidity, capital intensity and firm size have no effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, for the f test of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Capital Intensity, Firm Size has a positive effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Role of Customer Satisfaction in mediating the influence of Service Quality and Price Perception on Word of Mouth in Central Travels Jakarta. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires as many as 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling analysis using AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variables of Service Quality and Price Perception not only directly affect Word of Mouth, but Service Quality and Price Perception also affect indirectly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and promotion on the purchase decision of Epson projectors. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with the population in this study being consumers who have purchased Epson projector products. The sampling techniques in this study are nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling The sample used in this study was 100 respondents with consumer criteria who had purchased an Epson projector. The data in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires processed using Software Statistical Product and Service Solutions. (SPSS 23.0). The data analysis technique used is multiple liner regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variables of brand image, product quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The variables that have a major contribution in the purchase decision of Epson projector products are first product quality, the second brand image and the third promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Product Quality, Promotion, and Lifestyle, on the Purchasing Decisions of Metro Department Store Pondok Indah Mall Consumers. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the variables of Product Quality, Promotion, and Lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence between Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, and Sales Growth on Capital Structure in public companies in the property and real estate sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2015. In this study, four variables were taken that allegedly affect Capital Structure, namely Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, and Sales Growth with multiple linear regression analysis equations using the Stepwise method, classical assumption testing consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests using the Statistical Product for Social Science (SPSS) program version 22.0 for windows and Microsoft Excel 2016. The sample of companies was taken as many as 33 companies from 49 populations of property and real estate sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study show that partially, Liquidity, and Company Size have a significant influence on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, in terms of model feasibility there is a significant influence between Liquidity, Company Size, and Sales Growth on Capital Structure. Should be able to pay more attention to the movement or change of Capital Structure based on the variables of Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, and Sales Growth. Because these variables can affect the rise or fall of the Capital Structure in public companies, propert and real estate sub-sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer behavior, service quality and digital marketing on the decision to use PELNI passenger ship transportation services. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with the population in this study, namely users of PELNI passenger ship transportation services. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with the criteria of passengers who used PELNI ship transportation services at least 2 (two) times during 2019, and passengers who purchased tickets at the Jakarta counter or through online applications. The data used in this study were primary data in the form of questionnaires and processed using SPSS version 23. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Consumer Behavior variables, Service Quality variables and Digital Marketing variables had a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use PELNI passenger ship transportation services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Differentiation, Price Perception, and Brand Image on Wall's Ice Cream Purchasing Decisions at Lotte Mart South Jakarta City in 2020. This research data used primary data in the form of questionnaires to 100 consumers of Wall's ice cream at Lotte Mart South Jakarta City. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and using the SPSS program. The results showed an influence between Product Differentiation, on Purchasing Decisions by 0.205 and had an influence of 25.0%. Similarly, the Price Perception variable on Purchasing Decisions is 0.241 and has an influence of 24.1%. Then for the Brand Image variable on Purchase Decisions 0.266 and has an influence of 26.6%. Partially or simutan has a strong influence among the three variables, the most significant of which is the Brand Image variable of 0.266. The results of this study hope that Wall's Ice cream can stabilize the Brand Image that occurs at Lotte Mart in South Jakarta to support Purchasing Decisions.
