Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimen yang bertujuan menguji pengaruhterapi Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis pada remaja gay. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh CBTuntuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis. Kedua subjek mengalami perubahan pada tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis dari rendah menjadi sedang, yang menunjukkan subjek mengalami peningkatan pada kesejahteraan psikologisnya.

Abstract

Kedudukan dan peranan perempuan dalam pembangunan tampaknya semakin meningkat, baik di bidang politik, pendidikan, kesehatan maupun kesejahteraannya. Kepala sekolah adalah pemimpin pendidikan yang mempunyai peranan sangat besar dalam mengembangkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Salah satunya yaitu Kepala Sekolah, tidak sedikit Kepala Sekolah perempuan yang berhasil dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan mengambil lokasi di Universitas Negeri Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, peran kepemimpinan perempuan sebagai kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru, dilakukan melalui keteladanan, kerendahan hati, kelembutan, dan kedisiplinan yang dimiliki. Kepemimpinan perempuan sebagai kepala sekolah di SMA N 12  Semarang dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru berorientasi pada kepemimpinan dimensi perilaku tugas dengan menggunakan metode kedekatan sehingga bawahan menjadi terbuka pada atasan. Selanjutnya muncul rasa diterima serta diakui bawahan dan terbuka pada pemimpin akan hambatan yang mereka rasakan untuk meningkatkan kerjanya. Kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 12 Semarang memberikan bantuan, arahan, momongan, pengawasan, dan batas waktu disetiap tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawab guru, agar guru dapat terbiasa dengan kedisiplinan. Hal ini membuat para guru dapat termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerjanyaThe rank and the role of woman in the development seems more merease, in the politc, education, healthbas well as her prosperity. Principals are educational leaders who have a very large role in developing the quality of education in schools. One of them is the principal, not the least successful female Principal in carrying out their duties. This conditionrevealsthat some effort is needed to do for reducing or ommithing  the space between the rank and the role of man and woman in the development. The government’s gender centering is one of  the key to help reducing or ommithing the space between man and woman in the espect of access, role, control, function as well increase the participation from both man and woman in deciding the policy an controlling the developmental source

Abstract

The Instagram platform is a medium used to share information from its users. The information shared in each account has its own characteristics and goals. The @hidupdidesa_ account is one of the Instagram accounts that uses representations of village life as its hallmark. Natural life in the village with agricultural characteristics is the main thing displayed in every @hidupdidesa_ content. Purpose: This research aims to analyze the commodification of village life on the @hidupdidesa_ Instagram account through Roland Barthes semiotic analysis. Methods: : In dissecting the commodification used by the @hidupdidesa_ Instagram account, Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method is used. Conclusion: Commodification is an effort used to create a commodity, which then leads to the desire for profit. The @hidupdidesa_ account on the Instagram platform makes the arena of village life a form of content commodification. In @hidupdidesa_ uploads, life in the village is represented as comfortable, fertile, beautiful, and far from urban modernization. Implications: Based on Roland Barthes analysis of signifiers and signs (semiotics), it is found that there are various messages about unusual rural life on @hidupdidesa_ Instagram content, where the messages constructed in rural life lead to the meaning of messages about sustainable life. The meaning of the sustainable life message is illustrated in the representation of cooking from scratch, Do It Yourself, and environmentally lifestyles.

Abstract

Air bersih menjadi kebutuhan utama dalam kehidupan masyarakat, namun aktivitas manusia yang tidak bijak menimbulkan pencemaran air pada sumber-sumber air, mengakibatkan krisis air bersih. Saat ini, metode penyaringan manual masih dominan, memakan waktu dan tenaga. Oleh karena itu, seiring perkembangan teknologi, diperlukan solusi yang lebih efisien. Dalam konteks ini, dikembangkan sistem penyaringan air bersih otomatis dengan pemantauan real-time berbasis website. Sistem ini menggunakan media penyaring seperti pasir silika, pasir aktif, pasir karbon aktif, dan pasir zeolit, serta NodeMCU ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan sensor turbidity untuk mendeteksi kekeruhan air dan sensor pH untuk mengukur tingkat keasaman pada setiap tahapan proses penyaringan air. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan sampel utama dari air sumur bor. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menyaring air sumur bor dengan baik, dengan hasil nilai kekeruhan dari 12,5 NTU menjadi 4,6 NTU, dan nilai keasaman dari 6,82 menjadi 6,79.

Abstract

The novel "Bumi dan Lukanya" by Revianaaprl tells the story of the life journey of Bumi, the main character, and covers themes of family issues, friendship, romance, and sibling relationships, all packaged well. The author skillfully conveys messages with words that touch the readers' hearts, and the story depicts events that can occur in everyday life. This novel is analyzed using a pragmatic approach, appreciating literary works based on their function to deliver and convey purposes to the readers. The aim of this research is to describe the novel "Bumi dan Lukanya" by Revianaaprl using a pragmatic approach. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this research indicate that readers can gain values from the novel "Bumi dan Lukanya" that depict Bumi, the main character. Moreover, readers can derive deep meanings and lessons about courage, honesty, self-confidence, discipline, and fairness found in this novel. Through this novel, readers are also encouraged to appreciate the time we have in this world to avoid future regrets.

Abstract

This article explores the complex landscape of building reconstruction in Krasnodar, Russia, a city experiencing rapid urban development [3][6]. It examines the drivers behind reconstruction projects, focusing on the need to address both objective and subjective obsolescence in civil and industrial buildings. The machine-building complex of the Krasnodar region includes enterprises of oil and gas, railway, agricultural and food engineering. The study highlights the multifaceted goals of modern reconstruction, including enhancing living comfort, increasing residential capacity, and improving the urban environment[3]. It also delves into the challenges faced during urban reconstruction, such as managing increased loads on foundations, working within confined construction sites, and modernizing existing utilities. The article further examines the diverse repair strategies employed, emphasizing the importance of tailoring methods to specific building materials, damage extent, and site conditions. Ultimately, it underscores the need for a holistic and integrated approach to reconstruction, balancing progress and preservation to create sustainable, resilient, and aesthetically pleasing urban spaces that enhance the quality of life for Krasnodar's residents[3][4].

Abstract

Manggarai Station serves as a transit hub for both commuter and airport trains, making it the busiest and the most crowded train station in Jakarta. This situation can lead to safety and security issues. This research was conducted to assess the safety and security facilities at Manggarai railway station and determine their compliance with the Minimum Service Standards for Railway Passenger Transport, comparing them with passengers' perceptions of the safety and security facilities. The analytical methods used in this research were crosstab analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Crosstab analysis was employed to examine the relationship between respondents' socio-demographic characteristic and travel characteristics, as well as their relationship with safety and security variables at the station. IPA was used to assess the quality of safety and security facility performance at Manggarai Station based on passengers' perceptions. The research findings indicated that several safety and security facilities at Manggarai Station unable to meet the Minimum Service Standards for Railway Passenger Transport. These included wide gaps between platforms and train bodies, uneven platform and train floors, inadequate information and assembly points, and narrow and obstructed pathways within the station. According to passengers' perceptions, there were five attributes of safety and security facility performance that had low ratings: gaps between platforms and train bodies, platform and train floors, escalators, assembly points, and barriers between platforms and trains. safety, security, manggarai station, passenger perseptions, minimum service standards

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to raise awareness among youth in Konawe Regency about the importance of vocational education as a practical and industry-relevant higher education pathway in the era of Industry 4.0 towards Golden Indonesia 2045. The implementation involved identifying information needs, preparing outreach materials, coordinating with target schools, conducting on-site socialization, and evaluating outcomes through questionnaires. The results revealed improved understanding and interest in vocational education, a shift in perceptions, and increased recognition of local vocational institutions. This program also bridged the information gap and strengthened connections between schools and vocational institutions. The activity effectively encouraged youth participation in vocational education as a strategy to develop competitive human resources in Konawe.

Abstract

Awareness of global issues, including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), among primary school children remains relatively low, despite the importance of fostering sustainable development values from an early age. This limited understanding poses a significant challenge within the elementary education environment. In response to this issue, a community service program conducted by a team of lecturers from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta at Khalifah Elementary School, Depok, aimed to enhance students’ awareness and comprehension of global issues encompassed within the SDGs framework.The program employed a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, and demonstrations to introduce key SDG themes, including poverty reduction, health and well-being, quality education, and climate action. Evaluation of the program’s impact was carried out through pre-test and post-test assessments. The results showed a significant improvement in students' understanding, with the average pre-test score being 31.72 and the average post-test score increasing to 53.79. These findings suggest that early educational interventions can play a valuable role in shaping children's perspectives on global challenges and fostering their potential contributions to achieving the SDGs..
