Abstract

Teologi filosofi kepemimpinan adalah satu pendekatan teori kepemimpinan yang menggabungkan antara kepemimpinan gagasan Yesus dan gagasan Plato, sehingga melahirkan kepemimpinan teologi filosofi. Kepemimpinan teologi filosofi tersebut akan memberikan metode kepemimpinan yang lebih baik, dan bila dijalankan oleh seorang pemimpin akan menghasilkan kepemimpinan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kepemimpinan posisional, kepemimpinan team, kepemimpinan politis, dan kepemimpinan moral yang diterapkan para pemimpin Kristen saat ini.

Abstract

Peran orang Kristen dalam politik dan kepemimpinan negara di Indonesia tidak dapat terlihat, hal ini dikarenakan ada anggapan dari beberapa orang Kristen yang menganggap bahwa politik itu kotor; sehingga menjauhkan diri dari dunia politik. Ketidak tampakkan peran orang Kristen tersebut, diperparah oleh kegagalan gereja dan sekolah-sekolah tinggi teologi Kristen yang tak mampu memproduksi pemimpin-pemimpin yang memiliki kualitas man the moral agentala Thomas Aquinas atau manusia baru ciptaan Yesus. Kegagalan tersebut berdampak kepada negara Indonesia, Indonesia merupakan negara gagal bila dipandang dari pemikiran Thomas Aquinas. Di mana suatu negara seharusnya sebagai suatu sistem tukar menukar pelayanan demi mencapai kebahagiaan dan kebaikan bersama. Tetapi nyatanya Indonesia dipenuhi korupsi, gagal melindungi orang miskin, dan data pribadi masyarakatnya.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aimed to articulate effort in internalizing humility as Christian identity. The significance of this internalization is because humility is not an inherent value of a Christian. To achieve this goal, the researcher will utilize a value internalization model based on Albert Bandura's value transmission theory. Besides, to show that humility is an external value of a Christian, the researcher will conduct an examination of the text of Colossians 3:12. Through this study, the results obtained are that the formation of Christian identity is carried out through internalization effort after observers, in this case Christian congregations/students observe the behavior of models, namely spiritual leaders. From this, it can be concluded that examplary is an important factor in forming a Christian's identity.Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan upaya internalisasi kerendahan hati sebagi jati diri Kristiani. Pentingnya internalisasi tersebut oleh karena kerendahan hati bukanlah nilai yang inheren ada dalam diri seorang Kristiani. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti akan memanfaatkan model internalisasi nilai berdasarkan teori transmisi nilai Albert Bandura. Selain itu, untuk menunjukkan bahwa kerendahan hati adalah merupakan nilai ekternal dari diri seorang Kristen, maka peneliti akan melakukan telaah terhadap teks Kolose 3:12. Melalui kajian ini diperoleh hasil, pembentukan jati diri Kristiani dilakukan melalui upaya internalisasi setelah observer, dalam hal ini jemaat/siswa/mahasiswa Kristen mengamati perilaku model, yaitu pemimpin rohani. Dari situ dapat disimpulkan bahwa keteladanan menjadi faktor penting dalam pembentukan jati diri seorang Kristen.

Abstract

Artikel ini berusaha untuk menggali lebih dalam, menganalisa kritis dan jugamendeskripsikan tipe pola asuh otoriter dan tipe pola asuh otoritatif ditinjau secaraeksegetikal dari pola asuh alkitabiah pada Efesus 6 : 4, manakah yang sesuai diterapkandalam keluarga Kristen dalam mendidik anak-anak mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuanmembantu para orangtua menerapkan pola asuh yang terbaik untuk membentuk anakmereka sesuai dengan kehendak Tuhan dan juga tidak bertentangan dengan kebenaranAlkitab. Abstract

Learning English at the primary school level holds significant relevance in preparing students to face global challenges in the future. Appropriate technology can support English language Learning, allowing students to experience maximum development. This research elaborates on developing and utilizing the Infinity Vocabulary Game App, which is tailored to meet the needs and enhance the English vocabulary of grade 5 students in Tangerang. The study utilized the ADDIE model, which covered analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, along with a quantitative experimental approach. A pretest-posttest design was applied involving 66 participants of grade 5 students from SDN Sewan Kebon, divided into an experimental group (28 students), a control group (28 students), and a small-scale test group (10 students). Data collection tools, including observations, interviews, rubrics, questionnaires, and the Infinity game application, have been validated by experts. The N-Gain test showed a high effectiveness score of 0.72. The Mann-Whitney test revealed significant differences in average scores between the experimental and control groups. The research indicated that the Infinity game application was efficient and significantly improved students' English vocabulary. Furthermore, the students experienced high satisfaction and motivation when using the Infinity game application.

Abstract

Early childhood education is a form of preschool education aimed at preparing young children for primary school. Currently, many early childhood education institutions (PAUD) have adopted curricula that not only focus on enhancing intellectual intelligence but also promote holistic education. The Christian Playgroup (KB) and Kindergarten (TK) LOGOS Bintaro are examples of PAUD institutions implementing this holistic educational concept by integrating Spiritual, Mental, Intellectual, and Skills (SMIS) aspects to prepare children for the next level of education.This research aims to explore the significance of the SMIS educational concept for early childhood, particularly the spiritual values as its foundational element, and to understand whether the meaning of this education is shared among students, parents, and educators. The research methodology uses a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. The theory used to review SMIS education is based on the Reformed Theology framework. The results of this study indicate that the SMIS education applied at KB-TK Christian LOGOS Bintaro is significant in forming the spiritual, mental, and skills foundation for students, supporting holistic development through collaboration between the school, parents, and church, and guiding children to become Christian individuals ready to serve God and others. The SMIS educational concept aligns with the Reformed Theology framework.

Abstract

This study aims to develop instruments to measure digital literacy and critical thinking skills within the Civics Education course, addressing the challenge of assessing these essential competencies in the context of modern education. As digital literacy and critical thinking become increasingly crucial for active citizenship, there is a lack of comprehensive and reliable tools to evaluate these skills effectively. The research employs a development method using the 4D model, consisting of four phases: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. In the Define phase, the competencies to be assessed were clearly identified. In the Design phase, the instruments were crafted based on specific indicators of digital literacy and critical thinking. The Develop phase involved testing the reliability and validity of the instruments, while the Disseminate phase prepared the instruments for broader use. The critical thinking instrument was found to have excellent internal consistency, with a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.908. However, certain items exhibited low item-total correlations, indicating that revisions were necessary. This study contributes to filling the gap in Civics Education by providing a reliable and valid tool for evaluating digital literacy and critical thinking, ultimately supporting the enhancement of students' competencies in these crucial areas for active and informed citizenship.
