Abstract

This research is motivated by the gap phenomenon about capital structure and the inconsistency of previous research results. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and bank size on capital structure in the banking industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted in the banking industry that has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2022 period with a saturated sampling method or pooled sampling where this method is a way of sampling where all members in the population are used as samples. This study uses secondary data and the analysis tool used is SPSS software. The results of this study found that profitability and bank size variables have a significant effect on capital structure while liquidity variables have a negative effect on capital structure in the banking industry in Indonesia. The results of this study are also expected to be a reference for further research to increase the number of research variables and increase the number of research populations in various sectors and increase the research period.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha saat ini sangat melaju dengan pesat. Berwirausaha tentunya tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan, tetapi siswa siswi atauyang masih berstatus pelajar yang ingin memiliki penghasilan tambahan yang nantinya akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan secara finansial bahkan dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru untuk orang lain dan akan mengurangi jumlah pengangguran. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa di SMK Negeri 3 Tuban tentang cara menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha bagi siswa dan siswi yang dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan berbagi pengalaman bersama peserta yang merupakan siswa siswi SMK Negeri 3 Tuban. Pelatihan ini dapat memberikan inspirasi bagi siswa siswi untuk dapat mengembangkan ide, kreatifitas dan inovasi, serta dapat mengaplikasikan ide ide yang dimiki dalam menciptakan suatu promosi produk ataupun jasa dalam bentuk iklan yang dapat ditayangkan di media. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan pengetahuan bagaimana melakukan pemasaran, sehingga siswa siswi memiliki daya saing dan mampu memberikan manfaat untuk dirinya dan untuk orang lain

Abstract

Each organization is expected to have a leader who is able to adapt his leadership style to the loyalty of the generations in the organization so that his leadership is considered the best leadership style. In this research, there are various leadership styles that are considered the closest to the millennial generation. The purpose of this research is to examine the ideal leadership style for the millennial generation. The types of leadership styles examined in this study are participative, adaptive, transformational, ethical/moral and laissez-faire leadership styles which were identified as the most prevalent styles and were assessed to explore how leadership styles approach the millennial generation. This research fills a gap in the literature and can provide guidance to leaders, with respect to each generation's preference for a particular leadership style. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques where this research uses literacy studies or literature reviews from various sources such as journals and books. The results of this study conclude that millennials have modern values and believe in treating everyone equally, despite the desire to be the center of attention to grab attention the show.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang strategi pemasaran manga gadung melalui media sosial di wilayah Tuban. Melalui analisis data penjualan, strategi pemasaran online, dan respon konsumen, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan strategi online dalam penjualan mangga gadung. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, di mana temuan tidak diperoleh melalui prosedur statistik, melainkan dengan tujuan mengungkap gejala secara komprehensif melalui konteks. Penelitian ini melibatkan serangkaian wawancara yang dilakukan pada tanggal 27 Desember 2023 dengan pedagang mangga gadung online dan konsumen. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja berdasarkan pertimbangan potensi dan peluang budidaya mangga gadung oleh sekelompok petani di Rengel. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan survei pendahuluan untuk memahami permasalahan, studi lapangan untuk pengamatan langsung, dan tiga metode pengumpulan data: wawancara dengan pengepul mangga gadung, anggota, dan konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang bagi pelaku bisnis dan pengambil keputusan di industri pertanian terkait untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas penjualan mangga gadung secara online di wilayah Tuban.Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Media Sosial, Mangga Gadung, Tuban   ABSTRACT This study examines the marketing strategy of mango gadung through social media in the Tuban region. Through the analysis of sales data, online marketing strategies, and consumer responses, this study aims to identify key factors that influence the success of online strategies in selling mango gadung. The research method applied in this study is descriptive qualitative, where findings are not obtained through statistical procedures, but rather with the aim of comprehensively uncovering symptoms through context. The research involved a series of interviews conducted on December 27, 2023 with online gadung mango traders and consumers. The location was purposively selected based on consideration of the potential and opportunities for mango gadung cultivation by a group of farmers in Rengel. Data collection methods involved a preliminary survey to understand the problem, field study for direct observation, and three data collection methods: interviews with gadung mango collectors, members, and consumers. The results of this study can provide insights for business people and decision-makers in the related agricultural industry to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of online sales of gadung mangoes in the Tuban region.Keywords: Marketing strategy, media social, Mango Gadung, Tuban

Abstract

Sektor keuangan, khususnya pada tingkat pemerintah daerah, telah mengalami perubahan besar sebagai akibat dari pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi. Bali merupakan suatu destinasi pariwisata terkenal yang pernah menghadapi tantangan besar sebagai akibat dari penurunan ekonomi global dan lokal yang dipicu oleh pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini melihat perubahan dalam pendapatan, belanja, rasio kemandirian, efektivitas, efisiensi, dan aktivitas keuangan yang terjadi selama pandemi COVID-19. Metode kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis data keuangan di daerah provinsi Bali. Rasio keuangan termasuk pertumbuhan pendapatan, rasio kemandirian, efisiensi penerimaan PAD, efisiensi pemungutan PAD, dan rasio aktivitas. Penelitian ini juga sangat bermanfaat bagi akademisi, bisnis, dan pembuat kebijakan diantaranya memahami dampak ekonomi yang lebih dalam penyusunan kebijakan, perencanaan bisnis dan strategi keuangan, analisis risiko, dan mengevaluasi efek intervensi pemerintah adalah beberapa manfaat dari penelitian ini. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas tentang bagaimana pandemi COVID-19 mempengaruhi sektor keuangan dan ekonomi serta bagaimana menghadapi masalah serupa di masa depan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana pandemi berdampak pada struktur keuangan daerah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the discrepancies and inconsistencies observed in prior investigations. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the capital structure of firms in Indonesia. We employed the purposive sampling strategy to acquire 36 companies. The employed analytical technique is multiple linear regression with SmartPLS 4. This study reveals an inverse correlation between capital structure and profitability, as well as asset growth, the current ratio, and GDP. Conversely, capital structure exhibits a positive correlation with earnings volatility, asset tangibility, firm age, firm size, asset composition, inflation rate, and interest rate. We anticipate that future research will reassess the application of the same variables and those that exert no influence in our study. This research is limited to the consumer goods sector, and it is hoped that future research will consider other sectors. We advise prospective authors to use a 5% significance level and increase the sample size, whereas this study employs a 10% significance level. The findings of this study contribute to the accounting literature, particularly in the area of capital structure, and can serve as a reference for firm management to identify factors influencing capital structure. The results will enable firm management to enhance organisational performance and secure the company's viability.

Abstract

Mandirejo Village, located in Tuban Regency, is one of the areas that has natural resources that have great potential in the tourism sector, one of which is located in Silowo Village. The purpose of this study was to describe how the development strategy of Silowo Village became a tourist attraction in Mandirejo Village, the sustainability strategy of tourism development, and efforts to improve welfare for the community around the Silowo tourist attraction in Mandirejo Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection in this study was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study found that the development strategy of the Silowo Ecotourism is done in stages, and the implementation of sustainability strategies in Silowo village has switched to digital marketing, namely by intensifying promotion through social media and uploading the latest developments in Silowo tourism and the impact obtained from tourism development, including the creation of jobs, an increase in income, and building community independence.

Abstract

Industri makanan cepat saji semakin kompetitif, sehingga pemahaman faktor yang mendorong niat beli ulang menjadi penting untuk keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh rasa, kewajaran harga, pengalaman konsumen, dan kesehatan terhadap niat beli ulang pada Mie Gacoan Tuban. Data diperoleh melalui survei dengan teknik accidental sampling pada 112 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling melalui SmartPLS 4. Hasil menunjukkan rasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, sedangkan kewajaran harga, pengalaman konsumen, dan kesehatan tidak berpengaruh langsung. Selain itu, kesehatan tidak signifikan sebagai variabel moderator. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa rasa merupakan faktor kunci pembelian ulang, sementara faktor lainnya memiliki peran terbatas. Implikasinya, perusahaan perlu memfokuskan strategi pada peningkatan dan konsistensi kualitas rasa sebagai keunggulan bersaing utama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji bagaimana persepsi risiko, sensitivitas harga, dan sikap terhadap produk ramah lingkungan membentuk niat serta perilaku pembelian ramah lingkungan konsumen muda menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Metode penelitian menggunakan survei kuantitatif pada mahasiswa dengan teknik convenience sampling dan analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Instrumen penelitian dinyatakan reliabel dan valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi risiko meningkatkan sikap positif terhadap produk ramah lingkungan dan sensitivitas harga, namun tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap niat membeli, meskipun berdampak langsung pada perilaku. Sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat dan perilaku, sementara sensitivitas harga memengaruhi niat tetapi tidak perilaku. Niat terbukti mendorong perilaku pembelian ramah lingkungan. Mediasi signifikan ditemukan pada jalur persepsi risiko terhadap perilaku. Model penelitian menunjukkan daya jelas moderat dan menegaskan pentingnya sikap sebagai mekanisme kunci penerjemah persepsi risiko menjadi tindakan aktual.
