Abstract

Background The growing awareness of environmental issues has prompted both businesses and consumers to adopt more sustainable practices. As a result, green marketing has emerged as a critical strategy for companies to not only showcase their commitment to sustainability but also cater to a market segment increasingly concerned with environmental preservation. The role of green marketing in shaping consumer decision-making processes has been a subject of interest, particularly regarding how various elements, such as trust in environmental claims, perceived environmental value, and consumer awareness, influence purchasing behavior. With the rise of greenwashing concerns and the need for businesses to differentiate themselves, understanding how consumers perceive and engage with green products is essential. Aims This study aims to explore the role of green marketing in shaping consumer decision-making. It specifically focuses on assessing consumer awareness of green marketing, investigating the influence of trust in environmental claims on purchasing behavior, examining the perceived environmental value of green products, and identifying factors that drive or hinder consumer engagement with such products. The goal is to provide actionable recommendations for businesses to improve their green marketing strategies and build consumer loyalty. Research Method A mixed-method approach was used, combining both quantitative and qualitative techniques. A survey was conducted across diverse demographics to gather data on consumer awareness, trust in environmental claims, and perceptions of green products. Interviews with a smaller group of respondents provided deeper insights into consumer attitudes and factors influencing their decisions. The data was analyzed using statistical methods and thematic analysis to uncover trends and consumer perceptions. Results and Conclusion The study found that consumer awareness of green marketing is high, especially among younger, more educated groups, though awareness varies across demographics. Trust in green marketing claims was critical, with consumers showing more trust in products with third-party certifications and clear impact reporting. Despite positive perceptions of green products' environmental value, challenges such as greenwashing and price sensitivity hinder broader engagement. The research concludes that businesses must prioritize authenticity, transparency, and education to effectively engage consumers and promote sustainable purchasing behavior. Contribution This research contributes valuable insights into how green marketing affects consumer decisions. It emphasizes the need for clear communication and consumer trust in effective green marketing strategies. The findings provide practical recommendations for businesses to enhance their environmental claims and foster loyalty, while also informing policymakers on how to encourage sustainable consumption patterns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan bidang pertanian serta mengembangkan adopsi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) melalui proses pengembangan kemampuan kelompok tani dan masyarakat pertanian secara umum. Saat ini pendekatan penyuluhan pertanian konvensional tidak cukup untuk membantu petani dalam menghadapi tantangan yang semakin sulit di bidang pertanian. Diperlukan adanya aplikasi konseptual untuk mengembangkan mekanisme penyuluhan pertanian yang inovatif. Adapun langkahnya adalah dengan mengidentifikasi kinerja struktural sistem penyuluhan pertanian, mengidentifikasi hasil dan permasalahan dalam proses penyuluhan, inovasi, dan saran terhadap penyuluh. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya proses baru mempengaruhi pemikiran kelompok tani yang adaptif. Dengan pendekatan terpadu memberikan pembelajaran bagi kelompok tani agar ada peningkatan yang keberlanjutan. Penerapan model penyuluhan dan pelatihan partisipatif yang efisien. Pengembangan kelompok tani yang berkelanjutan maka diperlukan penetapan strategi yang inovatif berdasarkan analisis dan evaluasi sumber daya yang komprehensif dengan tetap mempertimbangkan karakteristik wilayah lokal dan arah kebijakan dan menjelaskan informasi penting di bidan pertanian.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) turut mendukung perekonomian Indonesia dan berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian dalam berbagai cara seperti menciptakan lapangan kerja, menyediakan barang dan jasa yang layak, memberikan masukan pelengkap kepada perusahaan-perusahaan besar, mendiversifikasi produk/masukan, melatih pengusaha dan pekerja , dan membantu rantai pasokan jaringan bisnis. UMKM tumbuh paling cepat di antara sektor industri lainnya dan memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Metodologi penelitian sebagian besar bersifat deskriptif dan kualitatif. Meskipun banyak penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mempelajari pertumbuhan dan potensinya sehubungan dengan model ekonomi, penelitian yang mempelajari dampak dan kontribusinya terhadap perekonomian nasional melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi desa masih sangat sedikit. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengupayakan pengembangan UMKM yang ada saat ini desa serta mengetahui korelasi dengan hasil yang ditimbulkannya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi desa dengan mendorong laju pertumbuhan UMKM melalui perolehan keterampilan, pengembangan kewirausahaan, dan peningkatan keragaman tenaga kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web and mobile system for activity management for homeowners in villages. Villages have a smaller population compared to cities, but as the population in villages increases, activities in villages become more difficult to manage. Developing a web and mobile activity management system is a necessity and needs to be proposed to solve problems in villages. So it is necessary to develop web and mobile system applications so that it makes it easier for village house owners to use cellphones or computers to access village services. Admin can make appointments for village officials and admin can make village reports. Residents who have houses in the village are able to manage family members and guests, edit, update profiles. Apart from that, you can also upload payment receipts for maintenance with this application and can report to the manager if there is a problem around the house. By using this application you can also register animals and vehicles. Guards can monitor guests entering and exiting the village area.. In designing the user interface using Flutter which functions in developing front-end mobile applications and React for websites. On the backend, the Mongo database has been used to connect to both web and mobile platforms.

Abstract

The rise of e-commerce in Indonesia has made digital payment systems increasingly important. One such system is PT. Pos Indonesia’s Pospay application. However, the app is not very popular among users as indicated by its low download numbers and ratings. To address this issue, the potential benefits of combining the Pospay application with Cantas to facilitate toll road transactions were examined. The aim was to increase public awareness of the Pospay application, which would lead to increased revenue. A dynamic system approach was used to develop an optimal strategy for improving Pospay services in the Public Transport sector and integrating it as a toll payment method in the MLFF (Multi-Lane Free Flow) system. The initial dynamic system modeling, using a Causal Loop Diagram (CLD), revealed that service innovation, customer satisfaction, and company revenue are interrelated variables that influence each other. The results of this research can be used as suggestions for companies in developing service innovation strategies.
