Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE) and Debt to equity (DER) on stock prices of property stocks in Indonesia for a period of 4 years (2019-2022). This research is quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique in order to obtain 32 companies as research samples. Data taken from financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis using panel data analysis with the selected regression model is the fixed effect model. The results showed that partially the ROA variable had a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices, ROE had a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, DER had and a negative and significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically how the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions, then to see how much brand image and product quality influence purchasing decisions for private label products at Indomaret TRBV1436 Palembang. Quantitative research method using Likert scale measurement questionnaire data collection techniques. The population of this study were consumers of Indomaret TRBV1436 Palembang in the last four months with a sample size of 395 people using the slovin sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results show that both simultaneously and partially brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for private label products

Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan negara yang marak terhadapberkembangnya bisnis yang sudah lama dijalankan salah satunya adalah bisnis minimarket modern seperti Indomaret. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Lokasi, Harga dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Indomaret Sukasari Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, jenis data yang digunakan adalah primer dimana sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan mengedarkan Kuesioner, menggunakan teknik Nonprobability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini diolah dengan SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Lokasi, Harga, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT Business in the world of commerce is a vital aspect of human life. Indonesia is a country where business is rapidly developing, particularly in long-established sectors such as modern convenience stores like Indomaret. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Location, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions at Indomaret Sukasari Palembang. This research is quantitative in nature, utilizing primary data collected from a sample of 100 respondents through questionnaires. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, specifically accidental sampling. The analysis method employed in this research is multiple linear regression. The data is processed using path analysis with SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that Location has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Price also has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. However, Promotion does not have a significant impact on purchase decisions. Keywords : Location, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Pengadian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam mengelola keuangannya. Selain itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini juga memiliki tujuan untuk mendukung program pemerintah melalui Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dalam perencanaan keuangan keluarga. Adapun sasaran pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Ibu-Ibu Anggota Koperasi Muslimah Al-Hidayah, Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan juga pendampingan tentang pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tahapan memberikan pemaparan materi mengenai pengelolaan keuangan oleh tim. Selain itu, tim juga memberikan contoh serta diskusi mengenai permasalahan keuangan rumah tangga yang dihadapi oleh peserta. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman ibu-ibu mengenai lieterasi keuangan terkait pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga meningkat dan pola pikir ibu-ibu rumah tangga berubah ditunjukkan dengan respon dan antusias selama pengabdian dilakukan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Madrasah Diniyah Putri Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah Langkan Kabupaten Banyuasin. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian penyebaran kuesioner, metode analisis metode deskriptif dan regrensi berganda. Hasil penelitian melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas kuesioner atas lingkungan, motivasi, dan kinerja, temuan penelitian pengaruh lingkungan kerja berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. “Ada pengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan ataupun parsial antara lingkungan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Diniyah Putri Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah Langkan Kabupaten Banyuasin“. Saran yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja guru akan semakin meningkat ketika faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi berpengaruh secara selaras dan positif.

Abstract

The property sector is one of the main source for realizing invesment with the main sources coming from the industrial and housing sectors. The purpose of this study is to analytical the variable ROA, ROE, DER, PER, EPS affect stock price. The analytical method used was panel data regression analysis through eviews 12. In this study, researches used side purposive data collection techniques. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations, with a total population of 35 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange For the 2019-2022 period and based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 32 companies from the real estate and property sector was obtained in 2019-2022. The results of the study partially show that the four variables ROA,ROE, DER, EPS, and PER have a positive effect on stock prices is DER Simultaneously the three variables ROA, ROE, EPS and PER affectstock prices.

Abstract

The company makes planned efforts to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of its employees through training. With the right training, organizations are expected to improve employee work efficiency to achieve the set work objectives. This study aims to analyze the impact of Competency-Based Training on the Productivity of Housewives' Skills (Case Study at UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Banyuasin). The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the entire population can be sampled, amounting to 100 people. Simple regression analysis is used to process the data. Simple regression analysis is used to calculate the extent of the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable. Based on the results and discussions that have been conducted, several conclusions can be drawn, namely that the training variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of Housewives participating in the UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Banyuasin training.

Abstract

The growth of modern retail in Indonesia is driving increased competition, one of which is through the development of private label products. Indomaret, as one of the largest retail chains in Palembang, strives to increase its competitiveness by offering private label products. However, consumer doubts remain regarding the quality and brand associations of these products. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand associations and perceived quality on the repurchase intention of private label products among Indomaret consumers in Palembang City. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 384 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that both brand associations and perceived quality had a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention of private label products. This finding indicates that the stronger the brand association and the better the consumer's perception of product quality, the greater the likelihood of consumers making repeat purchases
