Abstract

Efficiency is one of parameter used for measuring banking performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the efficiency of Islamic banking in Indonesia, particularly the Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) and the Sharia Business Unit (UUS). There are 11 Islamic banks used as the sample of this research and divided into two groups of banks respectively 6 BUS and 5 UUS.This research uses Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) methods with production function item as the measurement tools for Islamic banking efficiency level on BUS and UUS in Indonesian. Results of this SFA method appears in numeric score 0-1 form, the closer the result with score 1 the more Islamic banking approaches the perfect efficiency level. Input variables in this research are total deposits of third parties, total other operating expenses, and employee or labor cost. The output variable is total financing as the main product of Islamic banking. Variables were chosen based on intermediation approach. The independent sample t-test is used to find out the difference of efficiency level between each group of bank (BUS and UUS).The results of this research using SFA method shows that Islamic banking’s efficiency is increasing in every period between 2010-2013. The average efficiency on BUS and UUS respectively are 0,90098 and 0,901823. This suggests that UUS in Indonesian better than BUS during 2010-2013. Regarding the result of hypothesis testing panel about the influence of input variables toward BUS and UUS output variable, total deposits of third parties has positive and significant influence to the total financing, total other operating expenses has positive and insignificant influence to the total financing, and the employee or labor cost has negative and insignificant influence toward total financing. Independent sample t-test is used to gain the results of this different test hypothesis testing and it shows no difference in efficiency level between BUS and UUS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan lokasi baik secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) maupun secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah pada PT. Raden Jaya Wilayah Palembang. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 10 persen dari jumlah populasi yaitu 53 Responden. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan lokasi secara baik secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) maupun secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah pada PT. Raden Jaya Wilayah Palembang digunakan persamaan Regresi Linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t-hitung hasilnya nilai variabel Harga (X1) dan nilai variabel lokasi (X2) lebih kecil dari nilai alfa, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial variabel harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan membeli (Y). Pengujian secara simultan atau uji F dapat diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung lebih kecil dari nilai alfa, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan variabel harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan membeli (Y). Kesimpulan menunjukan harga dan lokasi pengaruh baik secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) maupun secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah pada PT. Raden Jaya Wilayah Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of production, price and location on consumer purchasing decisions at the Sukajadi traditional market, Banyuasin Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire (Questionnaire). The results of the research show that the Validation Test of product variables, price variables, location variables and purchasing decision variables has a critical value for the sample at a significant level of 5%. indicates that all items of product variable questions, price variables, location variables and purchasing decision variables are valid. Thus the measuring instrument used in this study is suitable for measuring product variables, price variables, location variables and purchasing decision variables. Reliability test for product variable, price variable, location variable and purchase decision variable shows that all variables are reliable. Conclusion, Product variable Validation Test, Price variable, Location Variable and Purchasing Decision variable at the critical value for the sample at a significant level of 5% is 0.361. Abstract

One of the key successes of the institutions to achieve their goal, is need professional and good quality human resources. The resourches should be innovative, having a commitment to support their functions and tasks the properly. This study aims to examine the influence of Competence on Job Satisfaction Non-medical staff in RSUD Banyuasin with Simple linear Regression. This study uses Competency as independent variable, Job Satisfaction as dependent variable. Methods of data analysis of this study using quantitative data analysis, and using descriptive research. The primary data are collected by using the questionnaire distributed to respondents. The test results show that the competence of positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, Minat dan Iklan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Oriflame dengan studi kasus mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 215 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitasnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, pengujian kelayakan model dan pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan SPPS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga (X1), minat (X2) dan iklan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (Y) untuk produk Oriflame

Abstract

The energy company is a sector company that sells products and services related to energy extraction which includes non-renewable energy so that revenue is directly affected by world energy commodity prices such as oil mining, natural gas, coal. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the capital structure of firm size has an effect on firm value. The analytical method used is panel data regression through eviews 12. With this research the researcher used a purposive sampling data collection technique. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with a certain determination, with a total population of 37 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2022, and based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 30 companies from the energy sector in 2019-2022 was obtained. The results showed that the variable capital structure (DER) has a negative effect on firm value, while company size (SIZE) has a positive effect on firm value. Simultaneously capital structure and company size affect company value in Energy sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The ability of the independent variables to simultaneously explain the dependent variable can be said to be included in the level of a strong relationship and this research model is good.

Abstract

The property sector is one of the main source for realizing invesment with the main sources coming from the industrial and housing sectors. The purpose of this study is to analytical the variable ROA, ROE, DER, PER, EPS affect stock price. The analytical method used was panel data regression analysis through eviews 12. In this study, researches used side purposive data collection techniques. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations, with a total population of 35 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange For the 2019-2022 period and based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 32 companies from the real estate and property sector was obtained in 2019-2022. The results of the study partially show that the four variables ROA,ROE, DER, EPS, and PER have a positive effect on stock prices is DER Simultaneously the three variables ROA, ROE, EPS and PER affectstock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (3) Kepuasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Lestari Mitra Sejahtera Banyuasin. Teknik sampling yang digunakandalampenelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, dengan sampel penelitian 33 karyawan. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan analisis data. Alat analisis menggunakan SPSS 22. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil menunjukan bahwaKepuasanKerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepuasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effect of product, price, location, and promotion on customer interest in utilizing murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sungai Lilin. This research is a quantitative research method, and data dissemination is done by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, so this questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents. The technique of collecting data in this study used an accidental random sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample by selecting respondents randomly but with certain criteria that must represent the population to be studied. As for the collection of primary data used by researchers, it was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that product and price partially have a positive and significant effect on customer interest, while location and, promotion do not have a positive and significant effect on customer interest. Simultaneously, the product, price, location and promotion variables together have a positive and significant influence on customer interest in utilizing murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sungai Lilin. Abstract

Financial literacy is the skill to separate financial problems and financial alternatives. Managing money is very necessary in everyday life, and the ability to financial behavior that is owned independently without supervision and control from parents. The research study analyzed the characteristics of the population at the University of South Sumatra students using population sampling, probability sampling, and accidental sampling techniques. Data sources include primary and secondary, and sampling techniques include questionnaires and Likert. The findings inform future research and policy decisions, examining sociological phenomena and their impact on the population. The significant value in the regression test of the estimated r value was higher than the r table value, demonstrating that financial literacy has a beneficial influence on students' financial behavior in the Management Study Program at the University of South Sumatra. Therefore, the H1 hypothesis is accepted and it can be said that there is a strong influence between financial literacy (X) on financial behavior (Y) in students of the university of South Sumatra, Faculty of Economics, Management study program. Research limitations on data collection time. This research is expected to be able to provide references for future researchers.
