Abstract

Employee performance is a very important thing in an organization. Factors that influence employee performance are work motivation, self-efficacy, and leadership style. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of work motivation, self-efficacy, and leadership style on employee performance at LPD Dalung Village. The population in this study were all employees working at the Dalung Village LPD, totaling 37 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique. The sample in this study was taken from all employees working at the Dalung Village LPD, totaling 37 employees. Data collection methods used are documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Dalung Village LPD. Self efficacy (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Dalung Village LPD. Leadership style (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Dalung Village LPD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of work discipline in mediating the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. The research sample is the employees of Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar, totaling 40 people who are determined by census. The collected data were analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis show that; 1. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 3. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 4. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 5. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 6. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar. 7. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline at Bintang Super Market Ubud Gianyar.

Abstract

The existence of LPD, especially in Tembawu Traditional Village, is a village-owned business agency which is a financial institution that assists the indigenous village communities both in the present and in the future. Thus, at first glance, this work is more centered on service. This study was intended to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment, work stress, and workload on the performance of employees in the Tembawu Traditional Village LPD. The population in this study were the whole employees of the Tembawu Traditional Village LPD. In collecting the sample in this study, it used the census sampling method that obtained 38 respondents. The analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research demonstrated that the work environment, work stress, and workload had a partial effect on the performance of employees in the LPD of the Traditional Village of Tembawu. It could be acknowledged that the work stress variable had a negative effect on employee performance, as well as the work environment, and workload variables had a positive influence on the performance of employees in the Tembawu Traditional Village LPD. Therefore, it was necessary to improve communication between employees so as not to cause quarrels, and cooperation between employees was needed in order to achieve work targets in the Tembawu Traditional Village LPD.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata menjadi andalan pulau Bali, sehingga banyak berdiri hotel sebagai pendukung sarana pariwisata salah satunya Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti emperis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pemberian reward terhadap kinerja karyawan F&B Service Department Pada Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan F&B Service Department Pada Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur sebanyak 74 orang, teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan F&B Service Department Pada Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur. Pemberian reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan F&B Service Department Pada Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, selection and placement of employees on the performance of Darma Suci Savings and Loans Cooperative employees in Darmasaba Badung Village. Independent variables include recruitment, selection and job placement. The dependent variable includes employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Darma Suci Savings and Loans Cooperative. The samples obtained in this study were 32 employees and had 1 chairman who was determined based on the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that recruitment, selection and job placement have a positive effect on employee performance at the Darma Suci Savings and Loans Cooperative, Darmasaba Badung Village.

Independent variables include work discipline, rewards and work environment. The dependent variable includes employee performance. The research population is a civil servant company (PNS). The samples obtained in this study were 54 employees who were determined based on the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline, appreciation and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Badung Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, penghargaan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Badung. Variabel independen meliputi disiplin kerja, penghargaan dan lingkungan kerja. Variabel dependen meliputi kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian adalah Perusahaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 karyawan yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, penghargaan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Badung.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu unsur utama dalam penentuan tujuan suatu organisasi. Dalam suatu perusahaan memiliki beragam latar belakang pengetahuan oleh sebab itu diperlukan manajemen yang baik agar tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh shift kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bayu Gita Villa and Residence. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 orang karyawan pada Bayu Gita Villa and Residence. Metode penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah anĂ¡lisis regresi linier melalui program SPSS versi 25. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa shift kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bayu Gita Villa and Residence, yang berarti semakin sedikit shift kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bayu Gita Villa and Residence, yang berarti semakin menurun tingkat stress kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bayu Gita Villa and Residence, yang berarti semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance plays an important role in determining the achievement of organizational goals. The better the employee's performance, the easier it is to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Bali Provincial BAPPEDA Office. This research was conducted at the Bali Provincial BAPPEDA Office with a population of 155 employees consisting of 73 civil servants and 82 non-civil servants. The sample in this study was 73 employees with the status of Civil Servants. The sampling technique used in this study was a non-probability sampling technique, namely the purposive sampling method. Data are collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, which is processed using SPSS version 25 software. Based on the analysis results, this study shows that organizational culture positively and significantly affects employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) positively and significantly affects employee performance. This means that the organizational culture, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) are better, and the performance of employees at the Bali Provincial BAPPEDA Office will increase too. To optimize the achievement of employee performance at the Bali Provincial BAPPEDA Office, they should pay more attention to and improve employee performance through efforts to promote and develop better organizational culture, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
