Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover employee di departemen hause keeping PT. Angkasa Pura Hotel Tuban, Badung. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 orang dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Kepuasan kerja berpengruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover employee pada departemen hause keeping PT. Angkasa Pura Hotel Tuban, Badung 2) Beban kerja berpengruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover employee pada departemen hause keeping PT. Angkasa Pura Hotel Tuban, Badung. 3) . Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover employee pada departemen hause keeping PT. Angkasa Pura Hotel Tuban, Badung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance. The research sample consisted of 58 people who were taken by the Slovin method from 140 employees. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. From the analysis obtained, 1) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Mahottama Klungkung Regency. This is evident from the significant effect and the regression coefficient shows a positive direction. 2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mahottama Klungkung Regency. This is evident from the significant effect and and the regression coefficient shows a positive direction. 3) Organizational chitizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mahottama Klungkung Regency. This is evident from the significant effect and the regression coefficient shows a positive direction.

Abstract

To achieve goals, OPD must be able to optimize the performance of its employees. The factors that affect employee performance are intelligence, emotional intelligence, discipline and compensation. Therefore, this study aims to test and explain the intelligence, discipline and performance compensation of employees at the Investment Service and One Stop Services, Gianyar Regency. The research was conducted at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services, Gianyar Regency, with a total population of 61 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sample, All data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that emotional intelligence, discipline and positive and significant impact on employee performance. However, the results of the study also show that discipline has a dominant influence in improving employee performance in the Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Office, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kab. Badung. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu sebanyak 91 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. 3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Karyawan dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi lebih termotivasi untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Kertha Wisata Denpasar.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan karyawan Akademi Pariwisata Denpasar yang berada dibawah naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Kertha Wisata Denpasar, yaitu sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Kertha Wisata Denpasar. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Kertha Wisata Denpasar. Kompensasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan Kertha Wisata Denpasar.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan perlu dilakukan seobyektif mungkin karena akan memotivasi karyawan untuk berperilaku terhadap aktivitas mereka. Penilaian kinerja tidak hanya akan membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawannya saja, tetapi juga bisa bermanfaat untuk pengembangan diri dari para karyawannya. Disamping itu, penilaian kinerja dapat memberikan informasi untuk kepentingan penggajian, promosi dan melihat perilaku karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, kompetensi dan spesialisasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Republic Soap Bali. PT. Republic Soap Bali menjadi lokasi penelitian dengan jumlah populasi 40 orang karyawan yang sekaligus menjadi sampel. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian berupa wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi. Data kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari hasil menyebarkan kuisioner ke perusahaan sesuai dengan jumlah sampel yang telah ditentukan. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dicari menggunakan SPSS versi 23 diketahui bahwa variabel pendidikan, kompetensi dan spesialisasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial. Dilihat dari hasil uji t, variabel Pendidikan memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,475, variabel Kompetensi memiliki nilai t-hitung 2,033 dan variabel Spesialisasi Kerja memiliki nilai t-hitung 4,601 sehingga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. PT Republic Soap Bali diharapkan memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan yang berkaitan dengan bidang produksi dan industri, meningkatkan motivasi dalam berkompetensi dengan karyawan dan memberikan penempatan kerja karyawan sesuai bidang keilmuan dan kemampuannya agar mampu mencapai kinerja karyawan yang optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working ability, motivation of work and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala. The population and samples taken were 40 respondents, with the method of saturated sample. Data was collected through questionnaires, documentation studies, observation and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, analysis of determination, and t test. The results show that working ability, motivation of work and work discipline on employee performance partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala.

Abstract

Performance is performance is the result of employee work seen from aspects of quality, quantity, working time, and cooperation to achieve the goals set by the organization. With high performance, employees will feel excited to work so that employees will love their work more and care about the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work experience, individual characteristics, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bank BPD Central Bali. The population and sample in the study were 211 people, with the sampling method using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, analysis of determination, and t test. The results showed that work experience, individual characteristics, and job satisfaction on employee performance partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank BPD Central Bali.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. Abstract

Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization, in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities, in an effort to achieve the goals of the organization concerned legally, not violating the law and in accordance with morals and ethics. Performance can be seen how a person at work carries out his duties properly, which is supported by the ability, expertise, independence, commitment, responsibility and individual confidence in carrying out his work. Performance is an important thing that must be achieved by every company, including the General Bureau Office and Regional Secretariat Protocol Office of Bali Province, and the factors that influence performance include competence, self-efficacy and work environment. This research was conducted at the Office of the General Secretariat and Protocol Bureau of Bali Province. The number of samples taken was 100 people. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Which is processed using the SPSS program version 21.0 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that if employee competencies are owned and used properly, performance at the Office of the General Bureau and Regional Secretariat Protocol of the Province of Bali will increase. Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that if employee self-efficacy increases, the self-confidence of the performance of the General Bureau and Protocol Regional Secretariat of the Province of Bali. The work environment has no significant effect on performance, which means that if a good environment does not necessarily improve the performance of employees at the Office of the General Affairs Bureau and the Regional Secretariat Protocol, Bali Province.
