INTISARI Latar Belakang: Anemia kehamilan disebut “potential danger to mother and child”. Berdasarkan umur kehamilan trimester III 236 (55%), trimester II 137 (32%) dan trimester I 57 (13%). Berdasarkan kunjungan ANC < 6 428 (99,5%) dan kunjungan ANC ≥6 2 (0,5%). Berdasarkan status KEK LILA ≥ 23,5 cm 331 (77%) dan LILA < 23,5 cm 99 (23%). Kesimpulan: Persentase faktor risiko anemia gravidarum di Puskesmas Sleman berdasarkan paritas Multipara 245 ibu hamil (57%), usia usia > 20 - < 35 tahun 348 ibu hamil (81%), umur kehamilan trimester 3 236 ibu hamil (55%) dan status KEK LILA ≥ 23,5 cm 331 ibu hamil (77%). Data from Kesga DIY for the January- November 2022 showed that there were 295 cases of anemia in pregnant women at the Primary Health Care. Factors that affect the anemia in pregnancy, according to Wulandari’s research (2021), namely; education, parity, income, consumption of Fe tablets, and knowledge. Objective: Knowing the percentage of risk factors of anemia gravidarum at the Sleman Public Health Care based on parity, age, gestational age, chronic energy deficiency. Research Methods: This study uses a quantitive descriptive research method with the Secondary Data Analysis (ADS) approach. The total sampling technique was taken, namely pregnant women who experienced anemia as many as 430 pregnant women for the January-December 2022 period. Results: The results showed risk factor for anemia gravidarum based on parity: Multipara 245(57%), Primipara 168 (33%), and Grandemultipara 17 (4%). Based on age of pregnant women >20-< 35 years 348(81%) and <20/>35 years 82 (19%). Based on the gestasional age in the third trimester 236 (55%), in the second trimester 137 (32%), and the first trimester 57 (13%). Based on ANC visit <6 (99,5%) and ANC visit ≥ only 2 (0,5%). Based on status of KEK MUAC ≥ 23,5 cm 331(77%) and MUAC <23,5 cm 99(23 %). Conclution: Percentage of risk factors for anemia gravidarum at the Sleman Public Health Care based on Multipara parity245 pregnant women (57%), age >20-<35 years 348 pregnant women (81%), Gestasional age 3rt trimester236 pregnant women (55%) and KEK LILA status≥ 23,5 cm 331(77%).
