Abstract

Pasir Sakti District is one of the sub-districts in East Lampung Regency and administratively consists of 8 villages, namely Pasir Sakti Village, Mekarsari Village, Mulyosari Village, Rejomulyo Village, Purworejo Village, Kedung Ringin Village, Sumur Tikus Village and Labuhan Ratu Village. People in this sub-district work as rice farmers and fishermen and many also work as fish farmers in ponds whose main commodities are shrimp and milkfish. One of the catches from fishermen in this area is anchovies or often called anchovies. And in certain seasons, the catch of anchovies can reach tens of quintals in one day of fishing. With this abundant catch, most people or fishermen only sell it in wet and dry form without carrying out further processing which has high economic value. The service team sees that there is a great opportunity to utilize this large source of raw materials, namely by processing rice anchovies into other goods that have higher economic value which can provide better results for the welfare of the community who want to jointly develop rice anchovy processing. the. Students at Vocational High Schools or abbreviated as SMK PGRI Pasir Sakti, who generally have the paradigm that when they graduate from school they have to work in a certain place, need to change their mindset so that they are willing to try to independently produce something, not just through working as workers. . So the service team plans to carry out entrepreneurship development training, especially for prospective graduates of SMK PGRI Pasir Sakti and generally all parties in the school and the surrounding community, namely by making or processing rice anchovies into crispy rice anchovies (Rice Anchopy Crispy) or abbreviated as "Crispy Anchovy Rice" RICHOPY”. In this training, all training partner participants will also be provided with material regarding entrepreneurship development in order to gain new insights in developing a business.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in Indonesia's economy, contributing more than 60% to the national GDP and serving as the primary driver of regional economic development. However, the creative economy sector still faces significant challenges, particularly in legal protection for brands and products. Limited understanding of trademark registration, complex administrative processes, and relatively high costs result in many products being legally vulnerable and difficult to compete in wider markets. This study aims to analyze the reconstruction of legal facilitation policies and trademark registration for creative economy MSMEs as a strategy to accelerate regional economic development. Using a normative juridical approach with a statutory and conceptual approach, this research examines the implementation of Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications, regional government policies, and their impact on MSME development. The findings indicate that while various facilitation programs have been implemented, their effectiveness is hindered by regulatory synchronization issues, limited budgets, and low digital literacy among MSME actors. This study recommends strengthening regulations through the formation of regional regulations that provide legal certainty, increasing budget allocation for intellectual property rights facilitation, and expanding partnerships with the private sector and higher education institutions.

The results indicated improved participant capacity in processing local food products, maintaining simple bookkeeping, calculating production costs, and utilizing social media for product promotion. Approximately 70% of participants adopted digital branding strategies, while average household income increased by 25–30% compared with pre-program conditions. The program also facilitated the establishment of a joint business group, strengthened local female leadership, and enhanced participants' awareness of their economic potential. Abstract

Percepatan transformasi digital mendorong perubahan mendasar dalam strategi pemasaran, di mana kehadiran digital berbasis lokasi menjadi prasyarat kompetitif. Abstract

Due to digital transformation, MSMEs prefer to use food delivery platforms as a way to enhance their business outcomes and sustainability. Data-driven management systems are used by these platforms to control product visibility, order distribution, and data-based promotions. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze the impact of algorithmic management on the profitability and economic resilience of MSMEs listed on food delivery platforms in Metro City. 30 MSMEs listed on the platform were surveyed in this research. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. With a regression coefficient of 0.438 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), the research results indicate that algorithmic management has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of SMEs. With a regression coefficient of 0.512 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), algorithmic management also has a positive and significant impact on the economic resilience of SMEs. These results show that algorithmic systems enhance operational efficiency, improve market access, and help businesses adapt to changes in the business environment. This study provides a theoretical contribution to the development of literature on digital economy and entrepreneurship. It also offers practical implications for SMEs and policymakers in supporting the digital transformation of SMEs.

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped the retail industry by enhancing efficiency, personalization, and transactional convenience. Nevertheless, rapid digitalization has also intensified concerns regarding personal data protection, which directly affects customer trust. This study aims to examine the effects of digital transformation and legal compliance with data protection regulations on customer trust in digital retail platforms. A quantitative explanatory survey was employed, involving 50 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Lampung, as active users of digital retail platforms. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with R Studio. The findings reveal that both digital transformation and data protection legal compliance have positive and significant effects on customer trust, with legal compliance exerting a stronger influence. These results indicate that in a mature digital retail ecosystem, customer trust is shaped not only by technological sophistication but also by legal legitimacy and robust data protection assurance. This study enriches digital retail literature by integrating technological and legal perspectives in explaining customer trust formation.
