Abstract

In the current era of globalization, almost all daily activities have begun to include the use of English, so it is considered necessary to have English language skills. Seeing this condition, English learning began to be given at a low level in formal education, namely elementary school. The same is the case with the English Time activities implemented at SDN Sugerkidul 3 by the Jember Collaborative KKN Group 220. This activity was carried out with the aim of introducing basic knowledge in English to students of SDN Sugerkidul 3. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods because researchers try to describe the phenomena in the field broadly and thoroughly. Based on several considerations that have been made, this English Time activity is implemented using poster media and songs to make it easier for students to absorb and understand the learning provided during the activity. The media posters and songs are also expected to be used regularly and continuously by SDN Sugerkidul 3 itself. This English Time activity was also carried out because English is a subject that has just been added to the learning curriculum at SDN Sugerkidul 3. So this activity was chosen to make it easier for SDN Sugerkidul 3 to introduce this new subject. Keywords : English Time, Poster Media, Song Media

Abstract

This community service in the form of Real Work Lectures (KKN) has the main purpose to improve the quality of life of the society in the KKN placement village area namely Cumedak Village Sumberjambe District. The quality of life of the society is related to various things, such as quality of food, health, welfare, etc. The stunting rate in Cumedak Village is quite high, which has an impact on the quality of life of the society. To overcome the problems in Cumedak Village especially stunting, KKN Collaborative students from group 200 carried out community service activities in 3 stages, that are field survey/observation, forming of work programs, and program implementation. The targets of this work program are stunted children, pregnant women, school children, and teenagers. There are 3 work programs that have been formed in order to prevent an increase of stunting rates in the Cumedak Village society, that are education on stunting and nutritious food, education of early marriage, and a healthy canteen program. The results of the KKN Collaborative group 200 student work program are increasing the insight and awareness of the Cumedak Village society regarding stunting, nutritious food, and marriage at sufficient age. It is hoped that this increased understanding and awareness will have an impact on reducing stunting rates and improving the quality of life of the Cumedak Village society.

Abstract

SISGANIS (Rengganis Management Information System), developed in 2023 by the ITS Mandala Jember team and granted intellectual property rights (EC002023118017), focuses on automating raw material stock balances and financial reporting. Despite its active use by Cafe Rengganis in Jember Regency, it remains a Basic Information System, concentrating primarily on transaction data. Consequently, it lacks accurate real-time inventory forecasts and interactive visual analyses. The research is driven by Cafe Rengganis's need to enhance raw material inventory management efficiency. Frequent issues with determining appropriate stock levels lead to stockouts and inaccurate records. This necessitates exploring an advanced SISGANIS for more effective operations. The research utilizes Exponential Smoothing, Decomposition Methods, and Machine Learning (ML)-based data transformation to improve historical data processing, identifying complex patterns and trends in inventory management. Adopting an AGILE approach, the research team comprising IT experts, accountants, and students ensures rapid response and continuous iteration. The goal is to successfully implement the new SISGANIS version, enhancing inventory management efficiency, predicting raw material needs, and providing interactive data visualization tools, ultimately optimizing Cafe Rengganis's operational performance and customer experience

Abstract

One of the goals of the Golden Indonesia 2045 program is to utilize health technology to enhance public health, with diabetes being a prominent concern. This research aims to employ ensemble classifier optimization techniques in machine learning for the early detection of diabetes among pregnant women. The study uses physiological data, including variables such as glucose levels, number of pregnancies, skin thickness, blood pressure, insulin levels, body weight, family history, and age. By combining multiple models, ensemble classifiers can enhance prediction accuracy, stability, and overall model performance. This research utilizes an open Kaggle dataset on pregnant women to train and test machine learning models, specifically Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Deep Learning, incorporating ensemble techniques such as bagging and boosting. Experimental results indicate that the ensemble classifier approach significantly enhances diabetes classification, with SVM using bagging achieving the highest accuracy at 76.95%. These findings suggest that ensemble classifier methods could be a valuable tool for early diabetes detection, providing timely intervention and improved risk management during pregnancy, which supports the objectives of improving public health under the Golden Indonesia 2045 initiative.

Abstract

This study analyzes the daily average temperature data of Delhi city from 2013 to 2017 using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model to model and predict temperature trends. The temperature data processed in this study is non-stationary, so differentiation is applied to achieve stationarity. Two ARIMA models were evaluated: ARIMA (1,1,1) and ARIMA (1,1,1)(1,0,1). The ARIMA (1,1,1) model is effective in capturing short-term patterns, while the ARIMA (1,1,1)(1,0,1) model performs better in handling seasonal components. The findings show that the ARIMA (1,1,1)(1,0,1) model provides more accurate prediction results by accounting for seasonal fluctuations in temperature data. This research is expected to serve as a reference for preventive measures related to temperature changes, as temperature variations can affect public health, infrastructure, and quality of life in rapidly growing cities like Delhi. Understanding temperature trends and making accurate predictions helps in city planning, resource management, and developing adaptation strategies for climate change, which is crucial for mitigating negative impacts and planning for a more sustainable future.

Abstract

Penjadwalan perkuliahan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam manajemen akademik di perguruan tinggi. Proses penjadwalan yang dilakukan secara manual sering kali menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan ruang, preferensi dosen, serta distribusi jadwal yang tidak merata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses penjadwalan perkuliahan menggunakan Algoritma Genetika (AG) agar lebih efisien dan mengurangi konflik jadwal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi 20 ruang kelas, 50 dosen, serta rata-rata 120 jadwal kuliah per semester. Implementasi sistem dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan tahapan penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis kendala, perancangan algoritma, implementasi, dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis AG mampu menghasilkan jadwal perkuliahan yang lebih merata, dengan waktu pemrosesan sekitar 1 hingga 5 menit dan tanpa adanya konflik jadwal. Dengan demikian, pendekatan ini terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan metode manual yang sebelumnya digunakan.

Abstract

The sales administration of sugarcane at CV Al Ameen, Jember, is still managed manually, resulting in risks such as inaccurate records, delays in shipment monitoring, and irregular fund disbursement. The lack of a centralized system hinders real-time transaction recapitulation and creates opportunities for fraud, particularly duplicate payment claims. These inefficiencies not only threaten financial accuracy but also undermine the reliability of business reporting. To address these issues, this study proposes a digital administration system that automates transaction recording, verifies payment claims, and improves distribution monitoring accuracy.The system integrates a Telegram Bot for payment automation and interactive visual analytics to monitor both distribution and financial transactions in real time. It is initially implemented as an offline local application to ensure accessibility, with the potential for future adaptation to web- or cloud-based platforms. Key features include automatic transaction recap, Telegram-based notifications, and periodic reporting to business stakeholders without the need for manual record-keeping. The Telegram Bot employs unique delivery identifiers to validate claims, ensuring that each payment request is processed only once, thereby reducing the risk of fraudulent activity.System communication is achieved through the Telegram API and webhook mechanism, enabling automated updates on new transactions, shipment status, and fund disbursement. Furthermore, the bot supports user queries for transaction summaries and payment reminders. The system development follows the Agile Model, which allows iterative design and continuous refinement in line with business partner requirements. The findings demonstrate that the integration of automation and analytics significantly enhances accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in sugarcane sales administration.
