Abstract: This research aims to develop a decision support system for evaluating and selecting favorite lecturers based on student feedback using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. With this method, lecturer assessment is conducted holistically through four main criteria: pedagogical aspect, professionalism, personality, and social interaction. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to students. The questionnaire results were processed to obtain the average score for each criterion, then normalized and calculated for total scores using predetermined weights for each criterion. The calculation results show that the lecturer with the code A6 has the highest preference score of 0.976, making them the students' favorite lecturer. These findings indicate that the use of the SAW method is effective in increasing objectivity and efficiency in lecturer performance evaluation and providing valuable feedback for professional development. This research significantly contributes to higher education management and the use of information technology to enhance the quality of learning.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menilai dan memilih dosen favorit berdasarkan umpan balik mahasiswa menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Dengan metode penelitian ini, penilaian dosen dilakukan secara holistik melalui empat kriteria utama: aspek pedagogik, profesionalisme, kepribadian, dan interaksi sosial. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa. Hasil kuesioner diolah untuk mendapatkan nilai rata-rata setiap kriteria, kemudian dinormalisasi dan dihitung nilai totalnya menggunakan bobot yang telah ditentukan untuk masing-masing kriteria. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa dosen dengan kode alternatif A6 memiliki nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,976, menjadikannya dosen favorit pilihan mahasiswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode SAW efektif dalam meningkatkan objektivitas dan efisiensi dalam evaluasi kinerja dosen, serta memberikan umpan balik berharga untuk pengembangan profesional dosen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam manajemen pendidikan tinggi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Women's empowerment in agriculture is a key aspect of rural development in various countries, including Indonesia. Women Farmer Groups (WFGs) are one effective form of empowerment in enhancing the capacity and economic independence of women farmers. In Jl. Sumur Mangga I, Gaga, Larangan District, Tangerang City, WFG Sumur Mangga is an interesting example of how women farmers are able to transform unproductive land into fertile and productive fields in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for food security. Through the One-Day Training (ODT) method, this community service activity was conducted with a focus on providing training in modern agricultural technology and marketing strategies to members of WFG Sumur Mangga. The results showed a high level of satisfaction, with an average score of 4.45 out of 5, indicating a very positive response from the participants. The theoretical discussion highlights the importance of gender roles in rural and agricultural development, while the practical findings of WFG Sumur Mangga illustrate successful collaboration between the local community and academic institutions in achieving sustainable development goals. The conclusion confirms that this community service activity has had a significant positive impact and has met the participants' expectations, thus making a meaningful contribution to community development in the area.

This research aims to analyze mathematics learning outcomes in the Independent Curriculum at the Elementary School (SD) and Junior High School (SMP) levels. The Merdeka Curriculum implemented in Indonesia emphasizes learning flexibility, giving schools and teachers the freedom to develop materials according to students' needs. The research method used is a literature review by collecting articles related to mathematics learning outcomes in the independent curriculum. There are 8 articles which are the main reference in this preparation. The research results show that the application of the Merdeka Curriculum in mathematics subjects has a positive impact on student learning outcomes. At the elementary level, student learning outcomes with semester average scores in the Merdeka curriculum are better than in the 2013 curriculum. Not only that, critical reasoning abilities and problem solving abilities also emerge. Meanwhile, at the junior high school level, the use of PPT, learning videos, developing LKPD, and learning models can support students' learning outcomes and mathematical abilities.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of accounting in improving financial transparency at MTS AL-Husna Rahmat Jakarta through the implementation of a computer-based accounting system and the involvement of parents in managing school funds. using a qualitative approach with a case study at MTS AL-Husna Rahmat Jakarta to analyze the role of a computer-based accounting system and the involvement of parents in improving school financial transparency. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and observations, which were analyzed using thematic techniques to identify the impact of transparent and accountable financial management. This study found that MTS AL-Husna Rahmat succeeded in improving financial transparency through the implementation of a computer-based accounting system that allows for accurate and efficient recording and reporting. Regular meetings with parents are also an important mechanism for openness of information and providing input related to fund management. Although there are challenges in training financial staff, routine training every three months has succeeded in overcoming technical obstacles. Quarterly financial reports and structured document storage demonstrate the school's commitment to transparency. Overall, the involvement of parents and a transparent system increase public trust in fund management at MTS AL-Husna Rahmat.

Suppose is a special symmetric matrix of order 6×6 with integer powers, where the entries are real number elements. To obtain the general form of the trace of the matrix by determining the general form of the matrix A_n^6 where the rank of the matrix is first sought from the power of two to eleven and the power of negative two to negative eleven. Then guess the general formula for the exponent of the matrix with positive integer powers which is proven by mathematical induction and with the same steps guess the formula for the exponent of the matrix with negative integer powers which will be proven by the matrix inverse rule. So that the result is obtained, namely the general form of the trace of the matrix and is proven by the definition of trace along with examples of applications of the trace matrix.

AbstrakPemberdayaan perempuan di sektor pertanian menjadi prioritas dalam pembangunan pedesaan, termasuk di Indonesia, dengan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) sebagai wadah yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi dan sosial mereka. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi digital guna memperluas akses pasar bagi KWT PESONA di Kota Tangerang, yang masih terbatas pada metode pemasaran konvensional. Mitra sasaran adalah 20 anggota KWT PESONA yang terdiri dari petani perempuan dan penggerak lokal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi persiapan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan dalam penggunaan aplikasi Sayurbox sebagai platform pemasaran digital. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur pemahaman awal dan akhir peserta, serta analisis interpretasi skor untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta, dengan rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,568 (kategori sedang), serta tingkat kepuasan sebesar 73% dan efektivitas solusi yang diberikan mencapai 82%. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan KWT PESONA dalam pemasaran digital, memperluas akses pasar mereka, dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di sektor pertanian lokal. Kata kunci: kelompok wanita tani; pemasaran digital; pemberdayaan perempuan; pertanian; sayurbox AbstractEmpowering women in the agricultural sector has become a priority in rural development, including in Indonesia, with Women Farmers Groups (KWT) serving as an effective platform to enhance their economic and social capacity. This activity aims to introduce digital technology to expand market access for KWT PESONA in Tangerang City, which remains limited by conventional marketing methods. The target partners are 20 members of KWT PESONA, consisting of female farmers and local agricultural leaders. The implementation methods included preparation, training, and assistance in using the Sayurbox application as a digital marketing platform. Evaluations were conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments to measure participants' initial and final understanding, and interpretasi score analysis was used to assess the training’s effectiveness. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding, with an average N-Gain of 0.568 (moderate category), a satisfaction rate of 73%, and the effectiveness of the provided solutions reaching 82%. This activity successfully enhanced KWT PESONA's knowledge and skills in digital marketing, expanded their market access, and supported sustainable development in the local agricultural sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ROE on company value in the JII group for the 2019-2021 period. Using a quantitative approach to analyze the relationship between ROE and company value as measured by the PER in companies in the JII for the 2019-2021 period. The analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, coefficient of determination (R²) tests, and correlation tests to measure the strength of the relationship between variables. The results show that ROE has a significant and positive effect on company value, with most of the PER variability explained by ROE. The results of the analysis show that ROE has a significant and positive effect on company value as measured by PER. Companies with high ROE, such as Unilever Indonesia and Indofood CBP, have high PERs, reflecting investor confidence in the prospect of profit growth. Conversely, companies with lower ROEs such as Vale Indonesia have lower PERs, indicating a more cautious market view. Although ROE has a strong influence, other factors such as macroeconomic conditions, industry prospects, and sharia compliance also affect company value.

The advancement of digital technology has positioned mathematical concepts as fundamental components in the operation of various digital platforms, including search engines, social media, and e-commerce systems. This study aims to investigate the extent to which university students comprehend and recognize the integration of mathematicsparticularly logic, algorithms, and statistics within the digital tools they engage with daily. Employing a descriptive quantitative method, data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 66 students from multiple academic disciplines. The results indicate that while most participants acknowledge the presence of mathematical elements in digital systems, their understanding of the underlying processes remains limited. The primary barriers identified include insufficient mastery of foundational mathematical concepts and the lack of instructional approaches that explicitly connect mathematics to digital technologies. Nevertheless, a substantial proportion of students express strong interest in learning mathematics in more practical and technology-oriented contexts. These findings underscore the need for pedagogical strategies that contextualize mathematical theory within real-world digital environments, thereby enhancing students’ digital numeracy and analytical capabilities.
