Abstract

Pesantren merupakan bentuk pendidikan Islam tertua di Indonesia. Menelisik sejumlah statement para pakar, sejarah awal berdirinya bersamaan dengan perkembangan Islam di Jawa sekitar abad 15 dan 16, bersamaan dengan sejarah dakwah yang dilakukan oleh para walisongo. Dengan berkembanya zaman, pesantren bertransformasi mengikuti kubutuhan zaman, namun acapkali perubahan-perubahan itu dinilai sebagai suati yang keluar dari koridornya, maka tak jarang, klaim sesat pun sering digunakan untuk menjadikan satu vonis bagi pesantren yang dirasa melakukan pembaharuan-pembaharuan pada sistem pembelajarannya. Al zaytun merupakan salah satu pesantren yang terletak di indramayu jawa barat, akhir-akhit ini santer diberitakan di media masa sebagai salah satu pesantren yang dinilai nyleneh dengan pelaksanaan ubudiah yang diajarkan di lingkungan pesantren Al Zaytun, berbagai statement pun bermunculan menambahkan daftar klaim atas ketidakbermanfaatan dr adanya Al Zaytun bagi masyarakat sekitar, dimana notabene Zaytun sendiri merupakan sebuah pesantren dengan luas lokasi 1.200 Hektar. Penelitian ini diadakan guna mengetahui tentang peran pesantren Al Zaytun dalam modernisasi dan kejaan islam di Indonesia. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Menurut Sugiyono (metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat postpositivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang bersifat alamiah. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber primer dan sumber sekunder.

Abstract

Tarekat as a medium for da'wah is a method, path, or way to get closer to Allah SWT, in order to achieve the goal of da'wah. The congregation, which is led by a murshid, also provides religious messages to the congregation so that they can become more humble and behave well in society. This research aims to determine the learning values ​​in the concept of thoriqoh in Islamic teachings. This research is library-based research. From the results of research on the media used for preaching in tarekat councils, it can be concluded that in the implementation of dhikr and manaqib there are learning values, invitations and to carry out His commands and avoid His prohibitions. Moreover, in today's life, many people underestimate the congregation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of basic office management concepts in document and archive management in schools and its impact on administrative efficiency and education quality. Proper management of documents and archives is a crucial aspect of office management that can enhance the accessibility, security, and organization of school data. Using a qualitative method, this study found that the adoption of digital technology in archive management and the development of human resources through training significantly influence the effectiveness of school administration. However, challenges such as budget constraints, infrastructure limitations, and resistance to change remain obstacles to the optimal implementation of office management. The study results indicate that schools with strong leadership and a clear vision in office management are more successful in overcoming these challenges, thus improving the quality of administrative services and supporting the overall enhancement of educational quality. Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has become a crucial element in economic development, particularly in driving the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Despite their critical role, many SMEs face challenges in managing and developing their businesses. Cooperatives, as institutions based on solidarity and mutual cooperation, offer a solution through an integrated cooperative management model that supports entrepreneurship education. This research employs a library research method to explore the effectiveness of this management model in enhancing entrepreneurial capacity in SMEs. The findings reveal that the integrated cooperative management model significantly contributes to improving the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs, though its success is highly dependent on the managerial competence within the cooperative and support from various stakeholders.
