Abstract

The role of the teacher is key in the learning process, which is the center of the entire educational process. Apart from their function as educators, teachers also have other important roles in carrying out the learning process. Teachers are educators who help students and their environment identify themselves as humans, role models and educators. In the learning process teachers can innovate learning by using learning media. Learning media is a tool to help teachers facilitate learning activities. Teachers can choose audio-visual learning media because with this media in learning teachers can directly explain and provide real evidence about the properties of substances in the hope that students can see, compare, understand, remember and prove what the teacher has conveyed to students. Apart from that, it can improve students' understanding by using audio-visual because this technology-based learning media will have a positive impact on students' ability and willingness to participate in learning activities. This research aims to determine the role of teachers in increasing elementary school children's understanding of the properties of materials and the properties of substances through audio-visual learning media. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique used is library research. Teachers are educators, figures, role models and introducers to the students they teach and their environment

Abstract

The aim of this research is to help children develop the language and communication skills necessary to survive in today's digital era. In the context of children's language acquisition social media has the potential to promote language continuity and support effective learning. This type of research uses a descriptive analytical approach to provide an in-depth and analytical picture of developments, views and findings in the related field of knowledge. The technique used in data collection is library research. This technique was chosen to explore a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the research topic, by utilizing scientific literature, journals and other library sources to synthesize and analyze existing information. Social media is an application that requires an internet network as a tool designed to facilitate social interaction and is interactive because it can be used to represent oneself, interact, collaborate, share, communicate with other users and form virtual social bonds. In this day and age, technology has become a part of every individual, in fact many of us depend heavily on technology and the internet, where there are many sites including social media. Therefore, it is very important for parents to supervise when their children start using social media, especially young children, because social media has not only positive impacts but also negative impacts. For this reason, we must have a solution so that all the negative things that happen can be overcome. The solution that we can do is to supervise children when playing on social media so that they can reduce children's habits of saying words that interfere with communication, carry out socialization with parents, set time limits for children playing with gadgets, provide educational games for children, and invite children to play together.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan pendidikan yang baik dan sesuai dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, pengelolaan biaya pendidikan dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan penataan sumber, penggunaan, dan pertanggungjawaban dana pendidikan di sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis untuk memberikan gambaran yang mendalam dan analitis mengenai perkembangan, pandangan dan temuan dalam bidang pengetahuan terkait. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik ini dipilih untuk menggali pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dan komprehensif mengenai topik penelitian, dengan memanfaatkan literatur ilmiah, jurnal, dan sumber kepustakaan lainnya untuk mensintesis dan menganalisis informasi yang ada. Penyusunan perencanaan anggaran pendidikan adalah bagaimana memanfaatkan anggaran secara efektif dan efisien, mengalokasikan secara tepat, sesuai dengan skala prioritas. Proses penyusunan rencana anggaran pembiayaan pendidikan meliputi empat fase yaitu merencanakan anggraan, mempersiapkan anggraan, mengelola, dan menilai pelaksanaan anggaran, pengelolaan biaya pendidikan juga harus melalui proses perencanaan biaya pendidikan, pelaksanaan pengelolaan biaya pendidikan, dan evaluasi pengelolaan biaya pendidikan. Evaluasi pengelolaan biaya pendidikan bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar dana yang telah dihabiskan dalam anggaran serta mengetahui apakah program pendidikan yang telah direncanakan dan yang telah diselenggarakan telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau belum. Kata kunci: biaya, pendidikan, pengelolaan Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out how good and appropriate education management can improve the quality of education, education cost management can be said to be an activity related to structuring the sources, use, and accountability of education funds in schools or educational institutions. The preparation of education budget planning is how to utilize the budget effectively and efficiently, allocate appropriately, according to the priority scale. The process of preparing an education financing budget plan includes four stages, namely planning the budget, preparing the budget, managing, and assessing the implementation of the budget, education cost management must also go through the process of planning education costs, implementing education cost management, and evaluating education cost management.  The evaluation of education cost management aims to find out how much money has been spent in the budget and to find out whether the education program that has been planned and has been held has been as expected or not.
