Abstract

This research explores the significance of work ethics and general human ethics in the context of employee development within the corporate industry. Through an extensive review of literature encompassing 140 research findings, the study emphasizes the crucial role of employee development in enhancing human resource quality and company productivity. The research identifies key factors contributing to effective employee development, including the identification of employee needs and potentials, provision of training and coaching, utilization of technology, provision of constructive feedback, and regular evaluations. Furthermore, the research underscores the importance of adapting development programs to meet the specific needs of employees and their work environments. It highlights the pivotal role of managers and supervisors in providing support and guidance to employees throughout the development process. Additionally, the research emphasizes the significance of evaluating the effectiveness of employee development programs to ensure continual improvement and success. By integrating these findings into corporate practices, companies can design and implement more effective employee development initiatives tailored to their workforce. This, in turn, will lead to improved employee performance, strengthened competencies, and ultimately, enhanced company growth and sustainability. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem informasi akuntansi pembelian pada salah satu perusahaan ekspor di Surabaya. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada CV. Lintas Tujuh Benua Surabaya. Informan penelitian ini adalah direktur, bagian pemasaran, admin, pembelian, gudang, dan bagian keuangan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian ini dapat deperoleh hasil, bahwa 1) Prosedur pencatatan menggunakan flowchart prosedur order pembelian yang berawal dari bagian marketing hingga bagian keuangan, 2) Dokumen yang digunakan dalam sistem informasi akuntansi pembelian pada CV. Lintas Tujuh Benua Surabaya, meliputi PO (Purchase Order), invoice, surat jalan, faktur pajak, bukti transfer, faktur pembelian dan laporan penerimaan barang dari program accurate, 3) Bagian-bagian yang terkait dalam proses pembeliannya antara lain: Bagian Pemasaran, Bagian Admin, Bagian Pembelian, Bagian Gudang dan Bagian Keuangan. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh CV. Lintas Tujuh Benua adalah adanya tumpeng tindih tugas antara bagian pembelian merangkap tugas dari bagian penerimaan.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia have experienced a significant increase, but productivity has not increased, one of which is Kasongan Tourism Village which is famous for its Pottery MSMEs, the number of craftsmen has decreased, one of the consequences of the order-based system. This study examines three groups of questions: 1) how training, leadership style, and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance; 2) how training, leadership style, compensation, and employee performance have a positive effect on productivity; and 3) how training, leadership style, and compensation affect productivity. The population of this study was all workers as craftsmen in Kasongan Tourism Village, totaling 43 employees who as craftsmen data came from Kasongan Village. The sampling technique used saturated samples. Analysis tools This study uses descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques with a structural equation model or Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), especially Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study 1) Training does not affect employee performance, while leadership style and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance; 2) Training, leadership style and compensation partially do not affect productivity, while performance affects productivity; 3) Employee performance does not mediate the relationship between training and productivity, while employee performance mediates the relationship between leadership style and compensation and productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan jumlah jamaah umrah berdasarkan tiga jenis paket layanan yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Ebad Alrahman Wisata, yaitu Paket Ebad, Diva, dan Thaibah, selama periode Juli 2024 hingga Maret 2025. Ketiga paket tersebut memiliki segmentasi pasar yang berbeda, mulai dari kelas eksklusif, semi-eksklusif, hingga paket ekonomis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi non-partisipatif dan dokumentasi terhadap data internal perusahaan berupa rekapitulasi jumlah jamaah per paket setiap bulannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi jumlah jamaah yang signifikan pada masing-masing paket dari waktu ke waktu. Paket Thaibah mendominasi pada awal periode, sedangkan Paket Diva menunjukkan puncak performa pada awal tahun 2025. Sementara itu, Paket Ebad mengalami peningkatan yang stabil dan mencapai puncak pada bulan Maret 2025 menjelang Ramadan. Perbedaan preferensi konsumen ini mencerminkan keberhasilan strategi segmentasi dan pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis, khususnya dalam hal promosi, pengembangan layanan, dan penentuan waktu pemasaran yang tepat.

Abstract

This research highlights the role of social media as a catalyst in purchasing decisions for Dimsum Mentai Desaji products in Sidoarjo. By utilizing platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, Dimsum Mentai Desaji has succeeded in expanding its market reach and building close relationships with consumers. Through a descriptive qualitative approach based on case studies, data was obtained from in-depth interviews, observation of social media activities, and analysis of content documentation. The analysis results reveal that social media strategies, including attractive product visualization, customer testimonials, collaboration with influencers and active interaction with consumers, significantly influence purchasing decisions. Collaborations with influencers increase consumer trust and promotional reach, while testimonials strengthen social validation. Social media also plays a role in building brand trust and loyalty. This research concludes that social media not only functions as a communication tool, but is also the main catalyst in forming consumer trust, loyalty and purchasing decisions. Dimsum Mentai Desaji is advised to continue to innovate in social media strategies by increasing content creativity and maximizing interactive features in order to maintain competitiveness in the local culinary industry.

Abstract

The full costing method is an approach in the calculation of the cost of production that includes all elements of production costs, namely the cost of raw materials, direct labor, and factory overhead costs, both variable and fixed. This research was conducted on the Barokah Fried Onion Home Industry, which produces red fried onions and white fried onions, with the aim of analyzing the comparison of the calculation of the cost of production between the simple method and the full costing method. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used consisted of primary and secondary data, which were obtained through data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that there is a difference in the calculation of the cost of production between the simple method and the full costing method. In red fried onion products, the simple method produces a cost of production calculation of Rp2,022,000, while the full costing method produces Rp2,045,249. Meanwhile, in white fried onion products, the simple method produces a cost of production of Rp833,500, while the full costing method produces Rp846,452. The difference in calculation is due to the absence of several components of factory overhead costs in the simple method. such as equipment depreciation costs, transportation costs, and equipment maintenance costs. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the full costing method provides more accurate results in calculating the cost of production compared to the simple method. Thus, the full costing method can be used as a more appropriate approach in determining the cost of production effectively and comprehensively.

Abstract

Strategi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi dinamika dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif merupakan isu krusial yang tidak hanya bergantung pada pencapaian pendidikan akademik semata, melainkan juga pada kapabilitas strategis mereka dalam mengelola kekuatan dan kelemahan internal diri, serta kemampuan untuk secara proaktif memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dan menghadapi berbagai ancaman eksternal. Penelitian ini secara komprehensif merekomendasikan agar mahasiswa senantiasa proaktif dalam mengembangkan diri secara berkelanjutan, membangun dan memperluas jaringan profesional yang relevan, serta secara aktif mencari dan mengumpulkan pengalaman praktis melalui berbagai kesempatan. Di sisi lain, institusi pendidikan memiliki peran vital dan disarankan untuk menyediakan program pelatihan dan bimbingan karir yang relevan dan mutakhir, serta memperkuat kolaborasi dan sinergi dengan berbagai sektor industri. Pihak-pihak terkait, termasuk pemerintah dan lembaga-lembaga non-pemerintah, diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi akses pelatihan yang terjangkau dan berkualitas, serta memberikan dukungan penuh terhadap inisiatif kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa. Dengan implementasi strategi yang tepat dan terpadu, mahasiswa akan mampu meningkatkan daya saing mereka secara signifikan di pasar kerja yang terus berkembang dan semakin menuntut. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of digital applications for work skills, work culture and work effectiveness of UD employees. Sunflower. This research also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on the use of digital applications among employees. This sampling method uses the Slovin formula method. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach, namely research that focuses on hypothesis testing using statistical method analysis tools. The sample used in this research was 70 respondents. The test tool used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPPS 29 software. From the results of the t test that has been carried out, Use of Digital Applications t count 2,269 > t table 1,996, Work Skills t count 2,416 > t table 1,996, Work Culture t count 2,597 > t table 1.996, which means that the variables Use of Digital Applications, Work Skills, Work Culture simultaneously influence Work Effectiveness. F-test results f-count 26.558 > 2.74, so it can be concluded that H4 is accepted, which means that the use of digital applications, work skills and work culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the work effectiveness of UD employees.
