Abstract

This study discusses the influence of leadership and job training on the discipline and performance of the state's crew at the Tanjung Perak Beach and Sea Guard Base, Surabaya. This study uses an explanatory research design with a causal comparative approach. The population in this study were the crew of the ships at the Tanjung Perak Beach and Sea Guard Surabaya, totaling 55 people. The sampling technique used a census. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people. The method of analysis of this research uses path analysis based on multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that leadership directly has a significant effect on the work discipline of ship crew, job training directly has a significant effect on the work discipline of ship crew, leadership directly has a significant effect on the performance of crew members, job training directly has a significant effect on children's performance. ship crew, work discipline directly has a significant effect on the performance of crew members, leadership indirectly has a significant effect on performance through ship crew work discipline, job training indirectly has a significant effect on performance through ship crew work discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, lokasi dan pemasaran media sosial terhadap keputusan klien pada PT. Esa Solusi Mandiri (ESACO). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 44 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan klien dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,005, lokasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan klien dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,038 dan pemasaran media sosial juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Selanjutnya uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan klien, dengan nilai F sebesar 70,920 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Kemudian koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 84,2% menunjukkan bahwa harga, lokasi dan pemasaran media sosial memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa harga, lokasi dan pemasaran media sosial pada PT Esa Solusi Mandiri sudah berjalan dengan baik, sehingga memberikan dampak yang positif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of content quality and engagement level on consumer purchasing decisions for Cruseka perfume products through the TikTok platform. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 98 respondents online, specifically followers of the Cruseka perfume TikTok account based on certain criteria. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results show that content quality and engagement level have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, which can significantly improve in this study. This explains that the content quality variable (X1) and the engagement level variable (X2) are functioning well, thus providing a positive impact.

Abstract

Dalam pengolahan produk Jahe dibutuhkan suatu mesin yang dapat mempermudah dalam suatu produksi. Dari perkembangan di era saat ini banyaknya pelaku usaha yang memilih kecepatan mesin yang canggih dan modern. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menciptakan suatu Practical Ginger Machine dalam rangka memberikan kelancaran pada proses produksi bubuk Jahe secara efektif dan Efisien. Selain itu memanfaatkan  olahan ampas yang digunakan untuk bahan dasar suatu produk Cookies  yaitu "KIESME".

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of digital applications for work skills, work culture and work effectiveness of UD employees. Sunflower. This research also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on the use of digital applications among employees. This sampling method uses the Slovin formula method. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach, namely research that focuses on hypothesis testing using statistical method analysis tools. The sample used in this research was 70 respondents. The test tool used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPPS 29 software. From the results of the t test that has been carried out, Use of Digital Applications t count 2,269 > t table 1,996, Work Skills t count 2,416 > t table 1,996, Work Culture t count 2,597 > t table 1.996, which means that the variables Use of Digital Applications, Work Skills, Work Culture simultaneously influence Work Effectiveness. F-test results f-count 26.558 > 2.74, so it can be concluded that H4 is accepted, which means that the use of digital applications, work skills and work culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the work effectiveness of UD employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, workload and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Area Branch Buduran Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied in this study were all employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Area Branch Buduran Sidoarjo. The number of samples in this study was 86 respondents. The sample collection technique in this study was carried out by probability sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Area Branch Buduran Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (statistical Product and Services Solution) software version 29.0. The results of the study indicate that the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 7.547> t-table 1.989, the workload variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 7.121> t-table 1.989, and the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value of 6.158> t-table 1.989. From the three results, it shows that work stress, workload and job satisfaction on employee performance have a partial effect. For simultaneous testing, the results obtained that all variables together have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, career development, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Ekadharma International TBK. The population studied in this study is work motivation, career development, and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The number of samples in this study was carried out by probability sampling. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire used in the study is a questionnaire distributed to all employees at PT. EKADHARMA INTERNATIONAL TBK. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistic Product and Services Solution) software version 29.0. The results of the study indicate that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 4.614 > t-table 2.012, the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 3.081 > t-table 2.012, the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 3.238 > t-table 2012. From the three results, it shows that motivation, career development and work environment have a partial effect on employee performance. For joint testing, they have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine whether employee training, work environment and company commitment to employee performance at PT. Milagros Indonesia Megah. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied in this study were all employees at PT. Milagros Indonesia Megah. The number of samples in this study was 55 respondents. The sample collection technique in this study was carried out by probability sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT. Milagros Indonesia Megah. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (statistical Product and Services Solution) software version 29.0. The results of the study indicate that employee training variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 7.570 > t-table 2.007, work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value = 5.214 > t-table 2.007, and company commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value of 3.410 > t-table 2.007. From the three results, it shows that employee training, work environment and company commitment to employee performance have a partial effect. For simultaneous testing, the results obtained that all variables together have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Communication and Work Discipline on Selector Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Blow Production Section at PT. Asia Pramulia Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied in this study is the performance of the blow production selector at PT. Asia Pramulia Surabaya. The number of samples in this study was 89 respondents. The sampling technique used the slovin technique. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to the performance of the blow production selector at PT. Asia Pramulia Surabaya. The data analysis technique used in this study was path analysis (Path Coefficient) with SEM-PLS software. The results of the study showed that the communication variable had a significant effect on work motivation, the work discipline variable had a significant effect on work motivation, the communication variable had a significant effect on selector performance, the work discipline variable had a significant effect on selector performance, the work motivation variable had a significant effect on selector performance, the communication variable did not have a significant effect on selector performance through work motivation as a mediating variable, and the work discipline variable had a significant effect on selector performance through work motivation as a mediating variable.

Abstract

TikTok Shop is an e-commerce feature integrated within the TikTok application that allows users to buy and sell products without leaving the platform. This feature utilizes the power of short, interactive, and entertaining videos to promote products directly to the audience. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, call to action, and customer reviews on purchase decisions for Taboya Skincare products on TikTok Shop, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Taboya Skincare buyers in Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, with the F-test and t-test used as hypothesis testing tools. The results indicate that brand awareness, call to action, and customer reviews have a significant influence on purchase decisions on TikTok Shop, both partially and simultaneously, with an F-test significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05).
