Abstract

Agen dalam era globalisasi saat ini diharapkan mampu beradaptasi dengan lingkungan yang mengalami perubahan yang relatif cepat, sulit terkendali, dan menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji, membuktikan, dan menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan, komunikasi, motivasi, dan perbaikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk data kuesioner yang didistribusikan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 60 responden dengan menggunakan kriteria sampling. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel perbaikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Seperti dorongan dan saran, yaitu karyawan yang terlibat, termotivasi, dan merasa puas melalui keadilan cenderung memberikan kontribusi maksimal untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Fokus pada keterlibatan karyawan, komunikasi terbuka, motivasi, dan pembaruan yang adil dapat membentuk budaya organisasi yang positif. Hal ini dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kolaborasi, inovasi, dan pertumbuhan karyawan.

Abstract

Employee productivity plays an important role in the company, in order to continue to increase, the human resources owned must have a good organizational culture, adequate competence, and continue to develop themselves to be highly competitive. This study examines the influence of organizational culture, work competence, and career development on the productivity of PT. Zona Karya Mendunia is worldwide both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study amounted to 55 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaire instruments that have been tested for validity, reliability, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis showed that partially the organizational culture variable obtained a calculated t value of 5.241 greater than t table 2.007, so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. The variable work competence obtained t count 1.113 smaller than t table 2.007. so H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The career development variable obtained a calculated t value of 1.093 smaller than t table 2.007, so that H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected. While in the simultaneous F test, the variables of organizational culture, work competence, and career development on employee productivity obtained a calculated F value of 56.296 and a significance value of 0.000 which turned out to be smaller than the degree of freedom used which was 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. The conclusion of this study shows that organizational culture partially has a positive effect on employee productivity, while work competence and career development partially have no effect on the productivity of PT. Zona Karya Mendunia employees. Worldwide Work Zone in Sukoharjo. As for the results of research consisting of organizational culture, work competence, and career development together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Zona Karya Mendunia in Sukoharjo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on employee performance at AIRNAV Indonesia Surabaya branch Juanda International Airport. The research sample involved 20 employees by using the entire population as respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational commitment and work motivation partially and jointly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The findings highlight the importance of organizational efforts in increasing the level of commitment and motivation of employees to advance their performance. The implication of this study can contribute to the organization's management in developing more effective strategies to improve employee welfare and productivity in AIRNAV Indonesia's aviation work environment.

Abstract

This research explores the significance of work ethics and general human ethics in the context of employee development within the corporate industry. Through an extensive review of literature encompassing 140 research findings, the study emphasizes the crucial role of employee development in enhancing human resource quality and company productivity. The research identifies key factors contributing to effective employee development, including the identification of employee needs and potentials, provision of training and coaching, utilization of technology, provision of constructive feedback, and regular evaluations. Furthermore, the research underscores the importance of adapting development programs to meet the specific needs of employees and their work environments. It highlights the pivotal role of managers and supervisors in providing support and guidance to employees throughout the development process. Additionally, the research emphasizes the significance of evaluating the effectiveness of employee development programs to ensure continual improvement and success. By integrating these findings into corporate practices, companies can design and implement more effective employee development initiatives tailored to their workforce. This, in turn, will lead to improved employee performance, strengthened competencies, and ultimately, enhanced company growth and sustainability. Abstract

Labor social security is needed by informal sector workers or workers outside the relationship. One of the employment security programs established under the auspices of the DGT is CBB (Perkumpulan Cakti Budddhi Bhakti). This research examines what the implementation of the CBB employment guarantee program in the South Sidoarjo Pratama Tax Service Office looks like, then find out how to improve the psychological well-being of employees of the South Sidoarjo Pratama Tax Service Office, with the implementation of the CBB employment guarantee program and to find out effective strategies in realizing the implementation of the CBB employment guarantee program. This research was conducted on 5 resource persons representing each division in the South Sidoarjo Pratama Tax Service Office. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The data collection method was carried out by interview. The results of the study found that the implementation of the CBB job guarantee program is quite good, but there are still obstacles in the field. One of them is the delivery of knowledge information about the CBB work guarantee program is still very minimal, the implementation of the CBB work guarantee program can improve the psychological well-being of employees of the South Sidoarjo Pratama Tax Service Office, and strategies that can be done to improve the implementation of the CBB work program, one of which is to involve the central party as the authority for this program, in socializing to all DGT employees without exception.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia have experienced a significant increase, but productivity has not increased, one of which is Kasongan Tourism Village which is famous for its Pottery MSMEs, the number of craftsmen has decreased, one of the consequences of the order-based system. This study examines three groups of questions: 1) how training, leadership style, and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance; 2) how training, leadership style, compensation, and employee performance have a positive effect on productivity; and 3) how training, leadership style, and compensation affect productivity. The population of this study was all workers as craftsmen in Kasongan Tourism Village, totaling 43 employees who as craftsmen data came from Kasongan Village. The sampling technique used saturated samples. Analysis tools This study uses descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques with a structural equation model or Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), especially Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study 1) Training does not affect employee performance, while leadership style and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance; 2) Training, leadership style and compensation partially do not affect productivity, while performance affects productivity; 3) Employee performance does not mediate the relationship between training and productivity, while employee performance mediates the relationship between leadership style and compensation and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) disclosure on Company Value in the food product sector in ASEAN during the period 2022-2023. In this study, company value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio, while ESG disclosure consists of three main dimensions, namely Environmental disclosure, Social disclosure and Governance disclosure. This study uses a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression method. The research sample consisted of 30 food product companies selected using the purposive sampling method, based on certain criteria such as consistent annual report publication and complete ESG disclosure. Research data were obtained from annual reports, sustainability reports, and the Thomsonreuters database. The results of the study show that environmental and governance disclosure have a positive effect on company value, while social disclosure shows a negative effect on company value. Simultaneously, ESG disclosure has a significant effect on company value, supporting stakeholder theory and signal theory which emphasize the importance of transparency and sustainability.

Abstract

Dalam pengolahan produk Jahe dibutuhkan suatu mesin yang dapat mempermudah dalam suatu produksi. Dari perkembangan di era saat ini banyaknya pelaku usaha yang memilih kecepatan mesin yang canggih dan modern. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menciptakan suatu Practical Ginger Machine dalam rangka memberikan kelancaran pada proses produksi bubuk Jahe secara efektif dan Efisien. Selain itu memanfaatkan  olahan ampas yang digunakan untuk bahan dasar suatu produk Cookies  yaitu "KIESME".

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sistem kompensasi,beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Satuan Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tanjung Uban. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu pendekatan dengan mengukur variabel -variabel secara objektif, menguji hubungan antar variabel, serta membuat generalisasi berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari sampel. Peneliti mengambil sampel keseluruan yaitu 72 karyawan. Design penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanatori bertujuan untuk menguji teori atau hipotesis, baik untuk memperkuat maupun menolak teori yang sudah ada. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah dengan kuesioner, observasi langsung dan dokumentasi. Dengan variabel independent: Sistem kompensasi, beban kerja, kondisi lingkungan kerja. Variabel dependent: Prestasi kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Satuan Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tanjung Uban. Dengan nilai signifikansi (sig) = 0,040 < 0,1. Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Satuan Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tanjung Uban. nilai signifikansi (sig) = 0,000 < 0,1. Dan dengan nilai signifikansi (sig) = 0,045 < 0,1 Kondisi Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Satuan Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tanjung Uban dengan memperbaiki system kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja, dapat menciptakan gairah kerja, sehingga produktivitas kerja meningkat.Akurat dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menetapkan karyawan penerima reward dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Implementasi metode VIKOR diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keakuratan penilaian kinerja, meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan, serta pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan profit Perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personality and competence on employee performance, both directly and through work motivation as a mediating variable, among employees of the Bangil District Office, Pasuruan Regency. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a population and sample consisting of 35 employees, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Personality has a significant influence on employee performance; (2) Competence has a significant influence on employee performance; (3) Work motivation significantly influences employee performance; (4) Personality influences employee performance through work motivation; and (5) Competence influences employee performance through work motivation. These findings suggest that enhancing personality and competence, either directly or through increased work motivation, can improve employee performance in public institutions.
