Abstract

Inaportnet's system as an effort in supporting the smooth running of the mop a yanan the agency ship through the application of technology, however the benefits have not been optimally felt by the company. The thing lack of availability of adequate electronic devices to operate the system and limited operators / employees who understand the overall operation of the system u know if there is any influence if the optimization of the application of Inaportnet is carried out by the company to the smooth service of the agency. The type of research used was by the quantitative approach method in which data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 25 respondents who were employees of PT. Oceans Agencies Indonesia Palembang Branch with a statement of 20 items. In managing data using the SPSS 25 program application and conducting several data analyzes, namely: validity and reliability tests, correlation tests, simple linear regression analysis, determination tests, and count tests. Withdrawal of conclusions is done by comparing data obtained from the results of responses provided by respondents. Based on data processing and analysis carried out, results were obtained which showed that if the application of Inaportnet could be optimized by the company proved positive and significantly affected the smooth service of the company's agency vessels with a Thitung value > The table is 29.32 > 2,068. B a number of solutions so that the application of Inaportnet can be optimal so as to facilitate the agency services of vessels carried out by the company, namely: Make improvements to the Inaportnet system and display, carry out the company's internal efforts, increase the quantity and quality of employees/operators, procuring facilities and infrastructure, and encouraging governments to draw up regulations that make it easier for companies to implement Inaportnet. ABSTRAK Sistem Inaportnet sebagai upaya dalam menunjang kelancaran pelayanan kapal keagenan melalui penerapan teknologi, namun manfaatnya belum optimal dirasakan oleh perusahaan. Hal tersebut kurangnya ketersediaan perangkat elektronik yang memadai untuk mengoperasikan sistem dan terbatasnya operator/karyawan yang memahami pengoperasian sistem secara menyeluruh untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh jika pengoptimalan penerapan Inaportnet dilakukan oleh perusahaan terhadap kelancaran pelayanan kapal keagenan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 25 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan dari PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia Cabang Palembang dengan jumlah pernyataan sebanyak 20 butir. Dalam mengelola data menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS 25 dan melakukan beberapa analisis data, yaitu : uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji korelasi, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji determinasi, dan uji t hitung. Penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan membandingkan data yang diperoleh dari hasil tanggapan yang diberikan oleh responden. Berdasarkan pengolahan data serta analisis yang dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa apabila penerapan Inaportnet dapat dioptimalkan oleh perusahaan terbukti positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran pelayanan kapal keagenan perusahaan dengan nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 29,32 > 2,068. Beberapa solusi agar penerapan Inaportnet dapat optimal sehingga memperlancar pelayanan keagenan kapal yang dilakukan perusahaan, yaitu : Melakukan peningkatan pada sistem dan tampilan Inaportnet, melaksanakan upaya internal perusahaan, meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas karyawan/operator, melakukan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, serta mendorong pemerintah untuk menyusun regulasi yang memudahkan perusahaan menerapkan Inaportnet.

Abstract

Character development focuses on building soft skills competency, in this case, the care activities in the implementation of the education and training process are able to create a fresh environment and foster enthusiasm or enthusiasm for learning and training in cadets to realize human resources in transportation that are physically fit, professional in how they work and have ethic. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the disciplinary character development of cadets, the method used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach with a type of case study research with Politeknik Pelayaran Barombong Cadets 61 unit. The data were obtained from observations of the daily activities of cadets and interviews to Head of the Center for Character Development, Caregivers, Company Officers, Counselors and cadets. The data were analyzed using data reduction measures, display data and verification, based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the character development of the discipline level towards discipline within the campus is classified as high, it can be seen from the daily activities that are realized in all activities at the Character Development Center. From the research, it is hoped that discipline can be impproved by formulating policies and activity programs and provide input in increasing attention in instilling disciplinary values ​​that include intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
