Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan gangguan metabolisme yang berhubungan dengan abnormalitas metabolisme karbohidrat, lemak dan protein yang disebabkan oleh penurun sekresi insulin sehingga terjadi kondisi hiperglikemi. Diabetes melitus ini ditandai dengan munculnya gejala khas yaitu poliphagia, polidipsia dan poliuria serta sebagian mengalami kehilangan berat badan. DM merupakan penyakit kronis yang sangat pelu diperhatikan dengan serius. DM yang tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan beberapa komplikasi seperti kurasakan mata, ginjal pembuluh darah, saraf dan jantung Tujuan dari studi ini yaitu mengetahui dan evaluasi rasionalitas pengobatan DM tipe II. Studi yang dilakukan merupakan jenis peneliti dari berbagai literatur dengan cara mengambil data dari berbagai peneliti. Berdasarkan usia yang paling banyak ditemukan pada usia <45 tahun dan jenis kelamin yang paling banyak mengalami diabetes melitus tipe II perempuan. Golongan obat yang digunakan untuk pengobatan diabetes melitus tipe II yaitu golongan sulfonilurea,golongan menglitinid, golongan biguanid, golongan tiazolidinedeon, golongan penghambat ɑ-glikosidase, golongan penghambat SGLT-2 dan terapi insulin. Golongan obat yang paling banyak digunakan pada pengobatan diabetes melitus tipe II yaitu golongan biguanid dan golongan sulfonilurea. Pada hasil penyajian data, penilaian ketepatan berdasarkan pemberian obat antidiabetes pada pasien terdapat pada tepat pasien, tepat obat, tepat indikasi dan tepat dosis dari beberapa hasil peneliti yang dilakukan belum 100% rasional dari masing-masing ketepatan pemberian obat diabetes melitus tipe II.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah pendidikan, nilai, kebiasaan, akhlak, budi pekerti, yang ditujukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi siswa dalam mengambil kebijakan yang benar dan buruk, memelihara yang baik, menciptakan dan menyebarkan kebaikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan menyebarkannya dengan segenap hati. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah agar tahu bagaimana peran guru agama Islam serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik di SMP N 1 BONJOL. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan berbagai metode yang ada untuk mendiskripsikan apa yang diamati dalam bentuk bahasa, tulisan dan perilaku manusia. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua informan yaitu informan kunci adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan informan pendukung adalah wakil kepala sekolah dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan di SMP N 1 BONJOL menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam berperan sebagai teladan, pembimbing, dan guru yang penyayang dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter. Dalam hal melaksanakan peran tersebut, terdapat faktor yang mendukung dan yang menghambat bagi guru agama Islam untuk menerapkan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik, yaitu: faktor pendukung adalah kegiatan yang diadakan di sekolah serta lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat yang baik, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah faktor internal yang disebabkan oleh diri siswa itu sendiri dan ketidaktahuan peserta didik yang menghambat penerapan pendidikan karakter. Faktor eksternal yang berasal dari lingkungan luar seperti pertemanan di luar sekolah yang kurang baik serta penyalahgunaan media sosial yang tidak dikontrol oleh orang tua.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of digitalization changes in the Himalika Organization by focusing on organizational structure, work procedures, and the use of information technology. The background of this research is the need for organizations to adapt to the development of information technology in the era of globalization. The purpose of this study is to understand the level of acceptance and adaptability of organizational members to digitalization changes, as well as to identify the factors that affect the success of these changes. The method used was a quantitative approach by collecting data through a questionnaire filled out by 67 respondents who were members of the Himalika Organization. The results of this study state that regular changes, improvements, and innovations are important for Himalika in improving operational efficiency, adapting to environmental changes, and creating new solutions. By accepting and responding to change well, willing to accept, Himalika can succeed in this ever-evolving environment.

Abstract

Orphanages play an important role in helping children get protection, education and care for children who have lost their parents or been separated from their parents. One of the main challenges faced by these orphanages is love, which can have a serious impact on children's development. With this research, we used a qualitative descriptive approach to understand, describe and analyze the problem of lack of compassion at the Hanifa III Kampuang Orphanage. The results of this research will reveal that a lack of affection can cause children to feel lonely, anxious, and have difficulty forming healthy social relationships. The important role of administrators and social workers in providing compassion should not be overlooked. To overcome this problem of lack of love, the solution is to increase the number of administrators, provide training to them about the importance of compassion and invite the community to participate to help support the orphanage.

Abstract

Character Education which includes self-development is a conscious effort to improve the quality of an individual towards the potentials they have through new experiences and knowledge gained by the individual during their life. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on self-development in students at SMPN 1 Sumbawa Besar. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The toughest challenge in the world of education in Indonesia is improving the quality of learning to produce graduates who are competitive and able to adapt to change and are creative in solving problems faced. The character education process needs to be fostered early on and must be maximized since elementary school. The purpose of character education in schools is to develop the potential of the heart and conscience of students so that they have a soul and social sensitivity towards themselves, their families and their environment. The function of character education is to develop the basic abilities of students so that they think intelligently, behave with noble character, morals, and do something good, which is beneficial for themselves, their families and society. So that the role of education in the formation of students' character has a very urgent and important position in order to improve students' abilities both in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities, and is able to provide the latest nuances and innovations in each educational unit in interactions between students, with teachers, families and with the surrounding environment.

Abstract

In the modern era of education. The use of learning videos is becoming an important aspect in increasing students' motivation and effectiveness in learning. Educational research and practice shows that learning videos have great potential to positively influence learning motivation for students, and this has become a focus of attention in the world of education. This abstract will explain a number of factors and the impact of using learning videos on student motivation. The use of learning videos opens the door to a more interesting and memorable learning experience for students. Students will tend to be more active in the learning process when presented with relevant and interesting videos. This makes students have increasing motivation within themselves. Apart from that, the use of learning videos varies in learning methods by using various kinds of videos, including the use of animations, documentaries, or presentations which can be used to meet students' various ways of learning.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of student community service aimed at providing tangible contributions to village development. The 2025 KKN Program of Group 04 of Pertiba University was implemented in Tukak Village, Tukak Sadai District, South Bangka Regency, with a primary focus on reforestation activities through the planting and distribution of fruit seedlings. The purpose of this activity is to increase public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment, creating green spaces, and supporting village community food security. The implementation method includes coordination with the village government, provision of seedlings, community outreach, and direct planting of fruit seedlings with village officials, related institutions, and the local community. The results of the activity showed the active involvement of the community and village officials, with the planting and distribution of 1,000 fruit seedlings to all residents of Tukak Village. This activity is expected to create long-term impacts in the form of improving environmental quality, increasing food security, and public awareness of the importance of nature conservation.
