Abstract

In this digital era, TikTok Shop has become a strategic platform that stimulates impulsive buying behavior through its interactive features. The Louissescarlett account was chosen as the subject of this study due to its proven success in implementing effective marketing strategies, including engaging content creation, discount offers that create a sense of urgency, and interactive live streaming sessions. This research aims to examine the impact of Content Marketing, Price Discounts, and Live Streaming on impulsive buying behavior on TikTok Shop, using the Louissescarlett account as a case study.This study utilizes a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were gathered through an online questionnaire from 160 respondents who met the specified criteria, namely active TikTok Shop users who had previously purchased from the Louissescarlett account. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that Content Marketing, Price Discounts, and Live Streaming significantly and positively influence impulsive buying behavior, both individually and collectively. The combination of these variables plays a crucial role in driving consumers to make spontaneous purchase decisions. These results offer practical insights for businesses to develop more effective marketing strategies on social media platforms and provide theoretical contributions to digital marketing and consumer behavior research.

Abstract

The increasing competition in the labor market has led to a rise in unemployment, particularly among university graduates. Although increasing the number of entrepreneurs could be a solution, entrepreneurial intentions remain low among students. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, self efficacy, and social environment on the entrepreneurial intentions of students at Universitas ABC Tangerang. The research method used is quantitative, with a population consisting of ABC University students from the 2020 and 2021 cohorts who have completed the entrepreneurship course. The total population is 468 students, and the research sample comprises 216 students. The sampling technique employed is probability sampling, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires, which were then analyzed using the SPSS statistical software version 30. The results show that: 1) Entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions among students at Universitas ABC Tangerang, 2) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions among students at Universitas ABC Tangerang, 3) Social environment has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions among students at Universitas ABC Tangerang, 4) Entrepreneurial knowledge, self efficacy, and social environment have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on entrepreneurial intentions among students at Universitas ABC Tangerang. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for the university in enhancing students' entrepreneurial intentions amid the increasingly competitive job market.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of leadership style, work environment, and work motivation on employee turnover intention at PT Roti Indonesia, a start-up company. In the era of globalization, effective leadership, a conducive work environment and high motivation are considered important to retain employees and improve company performance. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees, especially in the Live Stream Host, Content Creator and Management sections. The research results show that the right leadership style, positive work environment, and adequate work motivation have a significant effect on reducing turnover intention. This research has the implication that companies need to improve leadership strategies, create a supportive work environment, and provide motivation for employees to achieve company goals more effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of the Community Service Activity is to develop ethical and cultural values in students in their lives as preparation for facing the future world of work. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, is present as a group that brings a new spirit to the world of work and social life. Their characteristics of being easily adaptable to technology, loving freedom of expression, and caring about ethical and cultural values, make their role very important in the transformation of today's organizations. The method used in this activity is through lectures and discussions using power point and video learning media so that students can understand the topic being discussed. Then the students were given the opportunity to ask questions and also express their thoughts by dividing into 6 groups, each consisting of 8 people. This activity was held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at SMK Atisa Dipamkara with a total of 50 participants. From the results of the pre-test in the form of questions given to 25 students, initially their knowledge of ethics and culture was still lacking. While the results of the post-test showed that the students had improved in their understanding very well.

Abstract

In order to create the achievement of short-term and long-term goals in a company, a qualified workforce or employees is needed. With employees who have competence in their fields, it is expected that the company's ability to achieve its goals will also be better. One of the ways that companies do to maintain the quality of the performance of their employees is by holding training and development activities, especially in the digital era as it is today. Along with technological developments, companies need to adjust training and development methods that are suitable for employees. The development of digital technology is also a major requirement in the process of improving company management. For example, through webinar activities, training videos, to online training can be an option in implementing digital system learning. With digital employee training and development steps, the company can also indirectly save operational costs and this step is a practical way. The role of Human Resources as a workforce that will achieve company goals is expected to improve competitive strategies with more sophisticated technology so that employee performance can continue to increase. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari penyesuaian dan perubahan gaya kepemimpinan lintas budaya investor asing di Indonesia, seperti manajer yang berasal dari Tiongkok. Beberapa hal yang perlu dianalisis antara lain memahami strategi yang digunakan, proses penyesuaian, dan alasan mengapa para manajer memilih untuk mengubah gaya kepemimpinan mereka, serta mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut bagaimana ekspatriat Tiongkok mengadaptasi gaya kepemimpinan mereka dalam konteks budaya Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga akan membahas metode kepemimpinan ekspatriat Tiongkok dalam mengelola karyawan Indonesia dibandingkan dengan rekan-rekan asli mereka yang berasal dari satu negara. Metode analisis data akan dikumpulkan menggunakan wawancara satu lawan satu, menggunakan analisis data tematik dan studi kasus. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajer Tiongkok menghadapi tantangan budaya dalam beradaptasi dengan konteks Indonesia, serta perubahan gaya kepemimpinan manajer Tiongkok saat mengelola karyawan Indonesia. Dari hasil kesimpulan menunjukan bahwa perlu menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinan di lingkungan kerja yang baru karena latar belakang budaya yang berbeda, perlunya kesadaran budaya dikarenakan perbedaan budaya yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap seseorang terhadap pekerjaan. Namun dengan memahami perbedaan budaya dan perbedaan sikap kerja, hal itu dapat membantu manajer asing Tiongkok untuk menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinan mereka secara lebih baik dalam mengelola karyawan Indonesia agar lebih efektif dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Purpose: Coffee is an agricultural commodity product that is popular among the public because it has a unique taste and aroma, thus encouraging a high increase in demand for coffee. This encourages rapid development in coffee retail companies, and employees have become one of the factors in a company's success. Employees who feel cared for by the company and are satisfied with their work will make a significant contribution to the company in the form of increased performance, work achievement, and increased employee retention. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee retention at the Maxx Coffee store. Research Methodology: The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to data collection using research tools. The method applied in this study was a survey with a total research sample of 45 Maxx Coffee employees in Tangerang. Results: From the results of the research, it is known that compensation, organizational culture, and work motivation have partial effects on employee retention. But simultaneously it is known that compensation, organizational culture, and work motivation influence employee retention. Limitation: The limitation in this research is that because it uses a questionnaire, something that can happen is that sometimes the responses given can show a situation that is not true. The author focused only on regression models and quantitative research methods. Contribution: The author advises that Maxx Coffee can increase compensation and be able to adopt an organizational culture for all its employees, as well as motivate further improvement of Maxx Coffee's ability to retain its employees at the Tangerang branch.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompnesasi, job security, dan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT Sobein yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan start up di wilayah Tangerang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 55 orang karyawan dari berbagai divisi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang jumlahnya sama dengan populasi. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah melalui SPSS statistics versi 26. Untuk mempertahankan karyawan agar mereka tidak memiliki keinginan untuk keluar dari perusahaan maka perlu untuk diperhatikan beberapa hal yang sangat penting, antara lain kompensasi yang memadai, keamanan kerja yang dapat dirasakan oleh karyawan, serta motivasi kerja yang semakin meningkat. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan bahwa nilai R-square dari kompensasi, job security, dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi turnover intention sebesar 52,9% dan sisanya sebesar 47,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Total sebanyak 2 hipotesis dapat diterima dan 1 hipotesis ditolak, yaitu pemberian kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT Sobein.
