This research is correlational with a cross sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is the data analysis used in the research to determine the relationship or influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable using Chi Square analysis with a significant p-value (0.05) (Hardani, 2020) Based on the research results. Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, exclusive breastfeeding was obtained with growth in babies aged 6-12 months in the Pangururan Health Post Work Area, Toba Samosir Regency in 2023 with a p-value of 0.000. Abstract

Babies have three needs that must be met by parents, namely physical-biological needs which are useful for brain growth, sensory systems and motor skills. Interpersonal and intrapersonal emotional intelligence through the need for affection, as well as the need for stimulus or stimulation to improve the working mechanisms of the sensory and motor systems. The most important thing in a child's growth and development is stimulation (Maharani, 2017). This study aims to analyze the effect of baby massage on weight gain in babies aged 3-6 months at the Uluan Community Health Center, Toba Regency in 2023. In this research, researchers used a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design to compare the results of health program interventions. in a similar control, but not necessarily the same group (Zulkarnain, 2018) Statistical test using Microsoft Excel and Paired Test to test differences in dependent data (dependent samples). The error rate or significance level (a) used is 0.05 with a confidence interval (CI) of 95% (Hardani, 2020). Based on the research results. Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, it was obtained that Based on the results of statistical tests using the paired t test, t = 6.610. Because t count (6.610) > t table (2.0345), HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of baby massage on increasing postpartum mothers regarding breast care with smooth breast milk production in Jatimulyo Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023

Abstract

Background: A high-risk pregnancy is a pregnancy that can endanger the health of the mother and fetus due to complications, both pre-existing and emerging during pregnancy, such as hypertension, diabetes, preeclampsia, anemia, and infection. Antenatal care (ANC) examinations play a crucial role in early detection of high-risk pregnancies so that complications can be prevented or managed early. Purpose: To analyze the effect of Antenatal Care examinations on early detection of high-risk pregnancies. Method: This study used a quantitative design with an analytical survey approach. The study was conducted from February to June 2025 at Efarina Karo Hospital. The study population was all pregnant women undergoing ANC examinations, using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a 95% confidence level (p-value = 0.05). Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents (30 respondents) underwent a complete ANC examination. Early detection of high-risk pregnancies was found in 27 respondents (60.0%). Pregnant women who underwent a complete ANC examination were more likely to have high-risk pregnancies detected, namely 22 respondents (73.3%). The chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.012 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant influence between antenatal care (ANC) examinations and the early detection of high-risk pregnancies. Comprehensive ANC examinations are crucial for improving early detection and preventing pregnancy complications.

Analysis uses the Chi Square test for significance and if the p-value is > 0.05. Based on the results of the Chi Square statistical test research, the p value = 0.001, so p > 0.05, means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a relationship between the class of pregnant women and primigravida anxiety at the Tanjung Pura District Hospital, Langkat Regency based on Spearman's rho calculations with ᾳ = 0.05, a p value of 0.010 is obtained because the p value < ᾳ means that the test results are statistically significant, or reject Ho. described that pregnant women who attended classes for pregnant women had mild levels of anxiety. It is hoped that this will provide information about the implementation of pregnancy classes for primigravida mothers in reducing anxiety about their pregnancy

Abstract

The birth ball is a physical therapy ball that helps mothers in the first stage in the progress of labor and can be used in various positions. One of the movements is sitting on the ball and rocking back and forth which makes you feel comfortable and helps progress labor by using gravity while increasing the release of endorphins because the elasticity and curvature of the ball stimulates the receptors in the pelvis which are responsible for secreting endorphins (Kurniawati, 2017). This research aims to determine the effect of using a birth ball on the progress of labor among women in the first stage of labor at the ST Fransiskus Assisi Pratama Clinic, Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2024. This type of research is research using a quasi-experimental research method (quasi-experiment) with a pretest-design. posttest. The population and sample are all pregnant women from TM III Kenangan Health Center, Medan Denai District, Medan City in 2024 in May-June, as many as 32 people using the Purposive Sampling technique using the Chi Square statistical test.
