Latara Belakang :Kehamilan merupakan periode dimana terjadi perubahan kondisi biologis wanita disertai dengan perubahan psikologis. Selama masa kehamilan ibu hamil mengalami perubahan fisik dan psikologis yang dapat menimbulkan ketidak-nyamanan seperti dispnea, insomnia, gingiviris dan epulsi, sering buang air kecil, tekanan dan ketidaknyamanan pada perineum, nyeri punggung, konstipasi, varises, mudah lelah, kontraksi Braxton hicks, kram kaki, edema pergelangan kaki dan perubahan mood serta peningkatan kecemasan.Tujuan: untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan lebih dan memahami pelaksanaan prenatal yoga dan senam hamil dalam mengurangi keluhan fisik dan kesiapan persalinan pada ibu hamil.Metode :Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experiment dan desain yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian pre test post test with control group design, jumlah sampel adalah 30 orang dimana kelompok control sebanyak 15 orang dan kelompok intervensi 15 orang.Hasil: Uji paired t test pada pengaruh prenatal yoga dan senam hamil dalam mengurangi keluhan fisik persiapan persalinan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan adalah masing-masing  nilai p = 0,000, artinya p0,05, menyatakan ada terdapat pengaruh prenatal yoga dan senam hamil dalam mengurangi keluhan fisik persiapan persalinan pada ibu hamil. Uji independent t test ditemukan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh prenatal yoga dan senam hamil untuk mengurangi keluhan fisik persiapan persalinan dengan nilai p=0,021Simpulan :Ada pengaruh prenatal yoga dan senam hamil terhadap pengurangan keluhan fisik nilap p=0,000, dimana nilai p0,005, sedangkan uji perbandingan ditemukan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh prenatal yoga dan senam hamil untuk mengurangi keluhan fisik persiapan persalinan dengan nilai p=0,021.Kata kunci : Prental Yoga, Senam Hamil, Keluhan Fisik Background: Pregnancy is a period in which changes in a woman's biological condition are accompanied by psychological changes.
