Abstract

This study aims to find out how well the corporate governance that has been implemented by the company at PT Permodalan Nasional Mandiri Mekaar Jombang Branch in increasing customer trust. In this method, the research method uses a descriptive approach that takes the research location from the Jobang branch of PT Permodalan Nasional Mandiri customers. Source of data used in this research is secondary data. This analysis uses the principle of leadership, namely shiddiq (honest). This research is still relatively rare so the concept of Islam needs to be done. Customers think that PNM Mekaar's services are good enough, but still need to be developed so that customers feel safer when borrowing money.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of good corporate governance (GCG) in the work of Bank BRISsyariah Indonesia employees. The application of good governance in the banking sector is very supportive for the implementation of its operational activities, if banking is the trust of the public who trust their investment managers, then very careful risk management is needed to create a positive image of banking. sector In the eyes of customers, the role of banking is also to provide confidence in collecting and saving money. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach which aims to provide a systematic description of the implementation of good corporate governance practices at Bank BRISyariah. The purpose of data analysis is to simplify the results of data processing so that they are easy to read and interpret. Data was collected using the literature review technique. The results of this study indicate that the good governance practices implemented by Bank BRISyariah Indonesia are largely in line with the theory of good governance.

Abstract

This article aims to provide information about the Implementation of Siddiq Characteristics in the Implementation of the GCG Transparency Principles in Islamic financial institutions. This study uses a literature research research method. The source of the data obtained is by using secondary data obtained through library research and journals as a review of the literature related to the Implementation of Shiddiq Characteristics in Implementing the GCG Transparency Principles. The results of this study will show the Implementation of Shiddiq's Characteristics in GCG Principles. As well as whether the implementation of GCG in Islamic financial institutions has fully complied with the principles of Islam in every factor as contained in the Al-Qura'n, Hadith, as well as the characteristics of akhlaqul karimah. The results of the literature study obtained will then be described and analyzed as well as the relationships, similarities and differences in research between one another in order to generate new ideas.

Abstract

Corporate Governance are known principles to protect business trust. The problem of developing good corporate governance practices coincided with the occurrence of financial cases involving several large companies such as Enron and WorldCom. Indonesia, where the majority of the population is Muslim, must understand the principles of good corporate governance according to sharia in running its business. The purpose of making this research is to introduce how to apply good and correct GCG principles to ensure the sustainability of company operations with the characteristics of Islamic Corporate Governance so that the company's operations are carried out according to the objectives of this research. Abstract

Proper corporate governance is a common principle throughout the world which is to maintain organizational integrity. The problem of developing good corporate governance has grown with the financial problems of several large corporations, including Enron and WorldCom. Indonesia, the majority of which are Muslim citizens, need to understand the principles of Islamic good corporate governance in conducting business. The development of sharia entities requires operational employees to implement GCG in accordance with sharia principles. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of the principle of openness in relation to the verses of the Qur'an is in accordance with Islamic principles. This research is a literature study using descriptive analysis.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the relationship between the role of corporate culture and Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The research method used is a survey method and correlation techniques by distributing questionnaires with two types of instruments, namely corporate culture and GCG instruments. Respondents are permanent employees of CV. Exim Traders Jombang totaling 100 people and 87 people were selected who were determined from the formula in Suherman's book and were selected by homogeneous sampling technique in simple random sampling. Data analysis uses simple linear regression and simple correlational techniques. The results show that there is a strong correlation between corporate culture and Good Corporate Governance (GCG), meaning that the stronger the application of corporate culture, the higher the implementation of GCG.

Abstract

Lately, good corporate governance is often discussed by the public and has become a hot topic among the business world. In general, Good Corporate Governance has 5 basic principles that must be carried out according to applicable standards. From these principles, if implemented properly, it can increase added value for shareholders and for the company to get a good and positive image in society and the public. The purpose of this research is to explain and describe or describe broadly the implementation of good corporate governance based on studies from an Islamic perspective based on several values that must be carried out in companies. The subject of this research is a company engaged in the furniture industry with a 100% percentage of shares owned by the founding family because this company is a family furniture industry company that is run or managed by the family members themselves.

Abstract

Quote meaning HR.Bukhari: 1928 is a leader must be transparent in governing. Transparency is one of the important principles in realizing Good Corporate Governance. Transparency in service has an important role in realizing Good Corporate Governance. By implementing good corporate governance, it is believed that the company is able to strengthen its competitive position in a sustainable manner, besides that the company can manage resources and risks that will be faced more efficiently and effectively. With the implementation of each of the principles of good corporate governance by the company, this is the beginning of the company forming a system, structure and culture within the company that is more adaptive to the changes that will occur in the company's environment. Islam itself, of course, also has a much more complete concept and always upholds good morals and piety to Allah SWT, which is certainly a wall not to fall into things that are not honest in accepting trust. With the principles of Islamic Good Corporate Governance, it is hoped that the principles of Good Corporate Governance in general can coexist with an Islamic perspective.

Abstract

A bank is a financial institution that functions as a financial intermediary for two parties, namely those who have excess funds and those who are poor who lend funds. Shari'ah principles are provisions of agreements based on Islamic law between banks and other parties to deposit funds and/or finance business activities, or declare other activities according to shari'ah. ; transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. GCG principles strongly support syar'i. In Islam there are also many muamalah principles such as; justice, tazawun, masuliyah, behavior, shiddiq, amanah, fathanah, tabligh hurriyah, alms, wasathan, ghirah, idarah, caliph, aqidah, ijabiyah, raqabah, qira'ah and islah. The implementation of the implementation of GCG in various institutions that carry out profit-oriented businesses, especially Islamic financial institutions/banks, is a certainty, even Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banks, must be pioneers, because to continue to run the principles Islamic terminology.

Abstract

Transparency in a company is needed and important for the smooth running of the company. A team will achieve success if it can apply a management system which consists of four stages, namely planning/planning, managing/organizing, implementing/actuating, supervising/controlling. With the running of the system in accordance with these stages, it can be ascertained that the company will run according to the policies that have been set by the company. And will affect employee morale and performance in accordance with company expectations.
