Abstract

Manajemen pemasaran pendidikan memiliki peranan penting dan strategis bagi kelangsungan sebuah lembaga pendidikan, manajemen harus bertitik-tolak dari kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen (masyarakat) dengan memperkirakan sekaligus menentukan kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat serta penyerahan jasa yang memuaskan secara efektif dan efisien. pada situasi pandemi covid-19 menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pengelola lembaga pendidikan dalam memasarkan lembaganya, karena program kunjungan ke calon wali murid potensial, program yang ditujukan langsung untuk calon siswa yang menjadi sasaran pemasaran dan kegiatan lainnya banyak yang tidak bisa dilakukan. hal tersebut tentu menuntut suatu lembaga pendidikan untuk dapat bersaing dalam proses pemasaran pendidikan. adapun rumusan penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana manajemen pemasaran pendidikan yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan pemasaran pendidikan yang dilakukan kb bintang ngawi dalam peningkatan penerimaan peseta peserta didik pada tahun ajaran 2023-2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen pemasaran pendidikan dalam peningkatan penerimaan peserta didik dengan menggunakan teori manajemen pemasaran yang dikemukakan oleh agustina shinta yaitu dalam proses pemasaran pendidikan terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan pemasaran. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer yaitu kepala madrasah, waka humas, staf tu dan ketua ppdb. sumber data sekunder yaitu berupa data teoritis dan dokumentasi serta data pendukung lainnya yang diperoleh dari dokumen madrasah. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian dan kesimpulan yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pemasaran pendidikan dalam peningkatan iii penerimaan peserta didik di kb bintang ngawi dibagi dalam tiga tahapan yaitu: 1) perencanaan pemasaran yaitu penyusunan tim pelaksana pemasaran/perangkat pemasaran terdiri dari perencanaan penentuan tanggal pelaksanaan pemasaran, rencana daerah pemasaran, target yang dituju, strategi dalam memasarkan madrasah, pembentukan tim panitia ppdb, pembuatan surat undangan dan brosur. 2) pelaksanaan pemasaran yaitu melakukan pergerakan kepada para tim panitia pelaksana pemasaran, pelaksanaan pemasaran dimulai dari bulan februari sampai bulan juni, daerah pemasaran dan target pemasaran. pelaksanaan pemasaran dimasa pandemi covid-19 dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu online dan offline. pelaksanaan pemasaran online dilaksanakan melalui media sosial seperti facebook, whatsapp, instagram dan youtube, sedangkan offline dilaksanakan melalui penyebaran brosur, famplet dan datang ke sekolah-sekolah dasar dan madrasah. strategi khusus yang dilakukan melalui pendekatan para orang tua dan memanfaatkan para alumni, bagi siswa yang pernah menjuarai lomba mewarnai dibebaskan pembayaran uang gedung. 3) pengawasan pemasaran yaitu dilakukan setiap akhir pelaksanaan kegiatan sebagai bentuk evaluasi. evaluasi dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pertemuan/rapat. upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat dengan menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan seperti kedisiplinan siswa, sarana dan prasarana, prestasi siswa, dan meningkatkan kualitas guru.

Abstract

Ketidakhormatan santri kepada pengasuh pondok pesantren disertai dengan kasus pencurian, seks bebas, bullying tawuran dan perkelahian baik dilakukan para santri masih di dalam pondok pesantren ataupun sudah lulus sebagai dampak rendahnya karakter santri yang bernafaskan Qur’ani yang digadang-gadang bangsa dan negara sebagai contoh orang pilihan yang telah di gembleng di kawah candra dimuka atau pondok pesantren yang semestinya seorang santri yang semua aktifitasnya dari bangun sampai tidur lagi berlandaskan oleh syari’at. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran karakter santri dengan metode jarimah hudud yang ada di pesantren Muhammadiyah Boarding School Mas Mansyur Ngawi apakah sudah efektif untuk mengatasi degradasi moral para santri sekaligus mengkomparasi apakah model modern dan salaf berpengaruh terhadap output lulusan santri.Paradigma penelitian adalah interpretif, pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan obeservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi data yang dihasilkan dengan metode deskriptif dengan Langkah Langkah: koleksi data, kondensasi data, menyajikan data dan kesimpulan agar keabsahan data dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, maka dilakukan: perpanjangan masa pengamatan, pengamatan terus menerus, triangulasi dan mengadakan member check. Hasil kesimpulan dari penelitian ini MBS Mas Mansyur dalam penggunaan metode jariyah hudud mengalami kesuksesan 95 % dikarenakan background dari pondok sendiri yang banyak mengajarkan hidup sederhana dan backgroubd dari wali santri yang kurang berada jadinya tidak mengada ada dalam kehidupan

Abstract

Campus Quality Assurance Institutions are responsible for the quality of teaching within their area or scope of responsibility. Quality assurance institutions must be able to manage campus quality. Efforts to instill the values ​​of religious moderation at STIT Muhammadiyah Ngawi really need to be instilled, this is because demographically or demographically, in social life, students interact with people of other religions. Apart from that, students studying at STIT Muhammadiyah Ngawi consist of various community organizations. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of leadership efforts aimed at instilling national values ​​of commitment and tolerance at the STIT Muhammadiyah Ngawi complex. Apart from that, this research aims to explain the influence of the Campus Quality Assurance Institute in fostering the values ​​of national commitment and tolerance in the STIT Muhammadiyah Ngawi campus environment. This investigation used a qualitative naturalistic methodology. The phenomena under consideration originate in pure nature, without any engineering intervention. The research dataset consists of interview transcripts, field notes, photos, and situation settings documented through researcher observations. This research concludes that campus leadership in instilling national commitment and tolerance at the STIT Muhammadyah Ngawi Campus has a positive impact because it is seen in daily life such as carrying out flag ceremony activities, implementing good discipline, carrying out extracurricular activities, carrying out conducive and disciplined learning, not misbehaving. arbitrarily, instilling a sense of empathy, visiting friends if someone is sick, creating a sense of mutual respect among the school community so that a safe, orderly, comfortable school atmosphere is created in carrying out learning activities and instilling the values ​​of tolerance for students which is beneficial for them in social life

Abstract

The teacher's ability to deliver appropriate learning is one of the factors that influences the success of increasing the level of education. To ensure students understand the material being taught, teachers must have the ability or skills in KMB (teaching and learning activities). This includes identifying appropriate learning methods. The aim of this research is to: 1) Find out how teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar educate their students; 2) Knowing how the students of SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar respond to their teacher's methods; and 3) Knowing the level of students' understanding of the material studied at SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research. Documentation, events and informants are sources of research data. Meanwhile, data collection. The results of this research are 1) The method used in teaching and learning at SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar adapts to the existing curriculum, the method uses varied methods that combine methods so that the learning taught is innovative and afficient, 2) Students responses to the teachers teaching method using this method is enough to make them happy, because the material taught is easy to understand, 3) The level of students understanding can be seen from changes in attitudes, assignment scores and test scores.

Abstract

The total area of Ngawi Regency is 1,298.58 km2, of which 506.6 km2, or about 40% is made up of rice fields. According to the data, farmers employ the bulk of Ngawi's people. Mango fruit is the second most abundant good after rice, as most Ngawi people grow mango trees in front or behind their homes. When harvest season rolls around, farmers have trouble finding buyers who will purchase their crops in an honest and profitable manner. This is because buyers, also known as penebas, use the Tebas system to complete the purchase process for these two commodities, which means that the system cannot fulfill the wishes of both parties involved in the transaction if It also goes by the name "profit" in economics. According to the Tijaroh principle, the goal of a trading contract is to find and make money when all requirements have been met. Ijarah, Salam, Murabahah, Istishna', Musyarakah, Muzara'ah, and Mukharabah, musaqah are among the contracts that fall under this category. Or, according to a different editorial, any kind of arrangement involving for-profit transactions is referred to as a tijarah contract (compensational contract). The goal of this research is to stop Maysir and Gharar practices in the trade of rice and mango commodities in the Ngawi district and to make rice trading activities ethical and advantageous for all stakeholder’s issue. The present study employed the Inductive analysis method in a Normative approach to examine the data. This entails evaluating the research.

Abstract

This study investigates the applicability of Muhammad Syahrur's progressive Islamic thought to address the escalating divorce rates among civil servants and contract-based government employees (P3K) in Blitar Regency, Indonesia. The research aims to extract pertinent lessons from Syahrur's interpretations, particularly concerning gender roles and marital dynamics, for the female students of Ulil Albab Islamic Boarding School It employs a qualitative research methodology, analyzing Syahrur's philosophical and linguistic approaches to religious texts to reinterpret traditional views on marriage and divorce, which can contribute to a more nuanced understanding of contemporary marital challenges Specifically, this study examines how Syahrur's emphasis on gender equality and justice within Islamic frameworks can offer practical guidance for young Muslim women navigating modern societal pressures and marital complexities Furthermore, it explores how a deeper understanding of Syahrur's methodology can empower these students to critically engage with prevailing patriarchal norms that often contribute to marital instability, offering an alternative framework for fostering resilient and equitable marital relationships The findings are expected to provide insights into developing an educational curriculum that integrates Syahrur's progressive interpretations, thereby equipping santriwati with the intellectual tools to address the root causes of divorce, such as financial instability, unequal gender roles, and dysfunctional communication, prevalent in contemporary Indonesian society .

Abstract

This study investigates the integration of Qanitat values, encompassing spiritual depth, extensive knowledge, magnanimity, morality, and maturity, among female students in the Ulil Albab program as a crucial precursor to establishing stable and fulfilling house hold The research explores how these values, cultivated through Islamic religious education and the Ulil Albab character development strategies, equip female students with the essential competencies for navigating marital and familial responsibilities Through qualitative research methods, this study analyzes the specific pedagogical approaches and curriculum elements employed to instill these values, aiming to demonstrate their direct impact on the students' preparedness for future domestic roles. It further examines the students' perceptions of these values and their practical application within their daily lives and interactions within the pesantren environment, which serves as a vital training ground for developing the soft skills necessary for harmonious family life Ultimately, the findings aim to provide insights into effective strategies for cultivating well-rounded individuals who can contribute positively to their families and communities, reflecting the holistic approach of Islamic education in character building This comprehensive investigation seeks to identify and elaborate upon the specific educational methodologies and communal practices that foster these attributes, particularly within the unique context of female students preparing for future societal roles
