Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan KPRI Lagaligo dengan menggunakan rasio likuiditas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan pada KPRI Lagaligo di Kecamatan Sabbangparu. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu penarikan sampel dengan menarik seluruh jumlah populasi yaitu Laporan Keuangan pada tahun 2018, 2019, dan 2020. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif, yaitu data yang dalam bentuk angka yang dapat dihitung, yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang dibahas. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa literatur, dokumen, maupun aturan yang berbentuk dokumenter serta arsip. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Rasio likuiditas hasil yang ditunjukkan masih sesuai dengan standar penilaian sangat baik dengan rata-rata 284 % bahkan terbilang tinggi yakni >250%. (2) Rasio Aktivitas terutama di rasio perputaran piutang didapatkan hasil bahwa KPRI Lagaligo kurang efektif dalam pengelolaan piutang. Kemudian pada perputaran total aset berdasarkan perhitungan bisa disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan KPRI untuk menghasilkan pendapatan dari total aktiva yang dimiliki cukup rendah karena total aktiva yang dimiliki lebih besar dari jumlah pendapatan yang dihasilkan setiap tahunnya. (3) Rasio profitabilitas pada ROI ditemukan hasil yang berfluktuatif sedangkan pada ROE dengan hasil yang rata-rata 20% dikatakan bahwa KPRI Lagaligo mampu mengelola modal yang tersedia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Marianca Mebel di Pallawarukka Kecamatan Pammana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan membagikan kuisoner kepada 30 responden. Pengambilan analisis korelasi sederhana. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa bonus berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kreativitas karyawan pada Marianca Mebel di Pallawarukka Kecamatan Pammana Kabupaten Wajo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PMPTSP) Kabupaten Wajo secara signifikan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu para ASN yang bekerja di Kantor Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Wajo. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 29 orang berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan memberikan pernyataan atau pertanyaan tertulis kepada responden yang bekerja di Kantor Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Wajo agar kiranya dijawab. Analisis data yang dugunakan yaitu analisis regresi liniear sederhana, koefisien korelasi (r), koefisien determinasi (r²) dan uji T. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan pada garis regresi Y = 2,93 + 0,88. Artinya bahwa jika motivasi kerja (X) nilainya 0,88 maka kinerja pegawai (Y) nilainya positif sebesar 2,93. (2) Hasil uji koefisien korelasi (r) menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0,88. (3) Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (r²) menghasilkan nilai sebesar 77,4 atau 77%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja (X) berpengaruh sebesar 77% terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. (4) Hasil uji t_hitung dan t_hitung di atas maka dapat diketahui bahwa nilai t_hitung menunjukkan angka 1,703 sehingga t_hitung > t_tabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kantor dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja aparatur desa Di Kantor Desa Wajoriaja Kecamatan Tanasitolo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah aparatur Desa Wajoriaja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji T, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda, menunjukkan bahwa Y= 5,558+ 0,244 X1+ 0,377X2+ 0,000. Di mana nilai koefisien regresi fasilitas kantor yaitu 0,224 dan disiplin kerja 0,377 dan nilai signifikansi dari kedua variabel yaitu 0,000 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh fasilitas kantor dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur dikarenakan nilai koefisien regresi lebih besar dari nilai signifikansi. Hasil analisis uji F yaitu nilai F hitung sebesar 15,471 > F tabel sebesar 3,35 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 di bawah 0,05, yang artinya bahwa fasilitas kantor dan disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Hasil dari analisis uji T, yaitu nilai thitung variabel fasilitas kantor 2.087 > t_tabel sebesar 0,026 dan signifikansi dari kedua variabel sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya fasilitas kantor dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Hasil analisis korelasi ganda, menunjukkan angka 0,675 yang artinya hubungan antara fasilitas kantor dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja aparatur adalah positif kuat. Dan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,455 yang berarti besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen adalah sebesar 45,5%.

Abstract

The history of vaping in Indonesia reflects a significant shift in tobacco consumption patterns, particularly among young people. Since the introduction of electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) around 2014, their popularity has surged, with usage increasing significantly in recent years. According to data from the Indonesian E-Cigarette Association (AREI), the number of e-cigarette users in Indonesia is increasing rapidly, reaching over 4 million people in 2022. One factor influencing purchasing decisions for these products is perceptions of price and product quality. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how perceptions of price and product quality influence purchasing decisions in the e-cigarette market, particularly in Sengkang City. The study used quantitative methods analyzed using multiple linear regression and partial and simultaneous testing to determine the relationship between each variable. The results of this study indicate that the variables of price perception and product quality have a strong positive relationship with purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational climate, work motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Wajo Regency. This study was conducted at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Wajo Regency. The population was 171 people, and since the population was larger than 100, the sample size was 30% of the total population, which was 51 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, literature, and observation. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential (multiple linear regression). The results of this study indicate that organizational climate, motivation, and work environment, both simultaneously and individually, influence employee job satisfaction at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Wajo Regency. In addition, it was also found that the motivation variable has a dominant influence compared to the other two variables. This study is expected to encourage leaders to increase their attention to employees, especially in terms of organizational climate, motivation, and work environment, because these three factors clearly have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed people's consumption patterns, especially among students who are active users of e-commerce. This study aims to determine the effect of prices and promotions on the Shopee platform on the consumer behavior of students in the Management Study Program at the Lamaddukelleng Institute of Law and Economics. This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. A sample of 60 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of students who actively shop at Shopee. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 31. The results showed that price (X₁) had a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior with a t-value of 4.704 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, while promotion (X₂) also had a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 3.214 and a significance of 0.002 <0.05. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on student consumer behavior with an F-value of 12.430 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.426 indicates that price and promotion can explain 42.6% of the variation in student consumer behavior, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The results of this study prove that Shopee's digital pricing and promotion strategies significantly encourage student consumer behavior in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image on Vivo smartphone purchasing decisions. The population in this study were customers or consumers who made purchases at the Dandi Speed ​​Store in the Tanasitulu area of ​​Wajo Regency. The number of samples in this study was 55 people based on the Slovenian language formula according to Sugiyono (2017). Sampling was carried out by asking written questions or statements to respondents who made purchases. There are 3 (three) data analysis methods used, including simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (r), and coefficient of determination (r2). The results of the study show that (1) the results of simple linear regression show an equation on the regression line Y = 10.156 + 0.533; (2) the results of the correlation coefficient test (r) produce a value of 0.493; (3) The results of the determination coefficient test (r2) produce a value of 24.3, namely 24%. This shows that brand image (X) only has an influence of 24%, which means it has little influence on purchasing decisions (Y) and the rest is only influenced by several other factors. Based on the results of the t-test, the value of the calculated t is 4.124 and the value of the t-table is 1.674, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that brand image (X) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) because the value of the calculated t> t-table.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of ability, organizational culture, organizational commitment and compensation on employee performance at the Wajo Regency Planning Agency office. This study was conducted at the Wajo Regency Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Office, with 99 employees as respondents using multiple regression methods with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously or together the variables of ability, organizational culture, organizational commitment and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of Wajo Regency Bappeda employees, and partially the variables of ability, organizational culture, and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that the compensation variable provides the greatest contribution to the performance of Wajo Regency Bappeda employees. The results of this study can be recommended that Bappeda management needs to improve employee ability, organizational culture, organizational commitment and better compensation management in the future. Improvement of ability through education, training, improving organizational culture and high organizational commitment and good performance from employees.
