Abstract

                The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the health assessment of commercial banks in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study research design. This study uses a literature review type of various sources of reading articles, books, journals, and publications related to the health assessment of commercial banks, the legal basis of commercial banks, and RGEC. The findings in this study are that the health assessment of commercial banks is based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 4 / PJOK.03 / 2016 concerning the Health Assessment of Commercial Banks. Then the method used in the health assessment of commercial banks is the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method, which includes Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital (RGEC). The health assessment of commercial banks can also be classified into four levels of health, including PK-1 (Healthy / Very good), PK-2 (Quite Healthy / Good), PK-3 (Less Healthy), PK-4 (Unhealthy).

Abstract

Pasar tradisional memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal dan pendapatan pedagang menjadi faktor utama dalam mendorong minat usaha mereka. Semakin berkembangnya pasar tradisional akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut. Pasar Bringharjo adalah pasar terbesar yang menjadi salah satu pusat transaksi perdagangan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pasar bringharjo memiliki sejarah yang panjang dan menjadi pasar tertua di Yogyakarta yang beroperasi dari ratusan tahun yang lalu. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumalah 100 orang pedagang UMKM Pasar Bringharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; 1) Agreeableness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pedagang; 2) Opennes to experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pedagang; 3) Extraversion tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pedagang; 4) Motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pedagang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-family conflict (WFC), family-work conflict (FWC), terhadap kinerja dan motivasi kerja sebagai moderasi pada perawat wanita di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Grhasia Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat wanita sebanyak 92 perawat. Untuk sampel yang digunakan yaitu perawat wanita yang berstatus PNS sebanyak 84 perawat, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan partial least square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work-family conflict (WFC) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita, family-work conflict (FWC) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita. Work-family conflict (WFC) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita di Rumah Sakit Grhasia Yogyakarta yang dimoderasi oleh motivasi kerja. Family-work conflict (FWC) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita di Rumah Sakit Grhasia Yogyakarta yang dimoderasi oleh motivasi kerja. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Proclamation 45 University's employee performance is impacted by employee engagement and self-efficacy. 57 employees were surveyed for this study. Multiple regression analysis was employed in this investigation. Make use of 0.05 as a valid value. The multiple regression equation, Y = -0.419 + 0.496X1 + 0.257 Proclamation 45 University, is derived from the computation and analysis of the data used. It is possible to draw the following conclusions from the above findings. (1) Procrik 45 Employee performance in higher education is positively impacted by employee engagement. This implies that improved employee performance will follow from high employee engagement. (2) Employee performance and self-efficacy are positively impacted by Proklamasi 45 University. This implies that employee performance will be even higher when self-efficacy is high. (3) At Proklik 45 University, employee performance is positively impacted by self-efficacy and employee engagement. This implies that when self-efficacy and employee engagement are high, employee performance will likewise be high. It is anticipated that Universitas Proklamasi 45 will keep working to raise employee self-efficacy and engagement in order to raise employee performance.
