Abstract

The rise of corruption cases that occur in Indonesia today, if we see corruption cases in Indonesia every year is always increasing, not decreasing, this causes people to feel angry with corruptors. The percentage and network of corruption Angelina Sondakh of the Supreme Court Judge's Decision No. 1616k / Pis.Sus / 2013 is quite interesting to examine especially if we can see who the dominant actors are in this case, both from the planning process, the bidding process, the bid evaluation process, and implementation and evaluation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach which illustrates the phenomenon of Angelina sondakh corruption case in the Supreme Court's Decision No. 1616 K / Pid.Sus / 2013. Descriptive analysis in this study uses the Nvivo 12 Plus software. Data from this study were sourced from the Supreme Court Decision No. 1616 K / Pid.Sus / 2013 and previous research relating to the Corruption of Angelina Sondakh. The results of this discussion The conclusions that the author can take from the presentation of the analysis above are based on the decision of the Supreme Court No. 1616 K / Pid.Sus / 2013 analyzed with Nvivo 12 Plus in general from the four processes above can be seen Corporate 9.05%, Government 7.62%, Political Parties 0.32% and Political Consultants 0%. Abstract

Iklan merupakan salah satu alat media yang efektif untuk menarik perhatian calon konsumen.Namu seperti yang diketahui bahwa menggunakan iklan khususnya iklan televisi sebagai media promosi mebutuhkan biaya yang sangat besar, sehingga sangat disayangkan apabila iklan televisi yan telah digunakan ternyata tidak efektif untuk mencapai tujuan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya analisis tentang efektifitas iklan televisi tersebut. Salah satu metode analisis efektifitas iklan yng bisa digunakan adalah EPIC Model.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas iklan televisi Djarum bakti pendidikan versi benih berkualitas menggunakan EPIC Model. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey yang menggunakan Questionair  sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dari Mahasiswa S-1 Brawijaya Malang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tabulasi sederhana dan skor rata-rata. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis Tabulasi sederhana dan Skor rat-rata menunjukkan semua dimensi yang diukur yaitu Emphaty, Persuasi, Impact, Communication masuk dalam rentang skor efektif.  Dari penelitian pada Mahasiswa S-1 Universitas Brawijaya Malang ini, maka diharapkan bisa digunakan sebagai acuan untuk membuat iklan televisi yang selanjutnya agar hasil yang didapatkan bisa lebih efektif sesuai tujuan perusahaan.Kata kunci : Iklan Televisi, Djarum bakti pendidikan,  Empathy, persuasi, impact, communication

Abstract

Social media Twitter as a means of providing information at this time, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government's announcement, in this case, the Twitter account from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, will become a public reference. This study uses the Nvivo12 Plus technology application to obtain data. This study reveals the use of social media Twitter about spreading social media information on Twitter with (hashtag) # COVID19, # Covid19Indonesia, and Twitter accounts from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Qualitative methods are used to find a social media model that is used as a mass communication channel. The data results show that many intense social media campaigns discuss all the impacts of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and discussions about selling masks and hand sanitizer at relatively high prices. The Ministry of Health's Twitter account provides information related to prevention and motivates the public always to implement social distancing, physical distancing, large-scale social distancing (PSBB), stay at home, don't return home, stay clean, and always wash their hands with soap and hand sanitizer, and use the face mask

Abstract

Information technology must be utilized by the Government in establishing communication and transparency of data. Both things are very important when pandemic as they are today. Considering that the platform that can be used for communication and presentation of data is very diverse, so there is no reason not to open to the community especially in terms of data serving Covid-19. Qualitative method of descriptive by doing a search on the Twitter account of the Ministry of Health and National agency handling Bencara RI. During the period of 3 March 2020 to 31 May 2020. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has been doing all activities based on the call to encourage people to stay alert on the Covid-19 which has transmitted to most countries around the world. However, the interaction efforts on the Twitter platform did not decrease as the Covid-19 grew. The Twitter interaction of the National Disaster Management Agency of the Republic of Indonesia at the beginning of pandemic in March year 2020 has a tweet interaction value of 11.36%, in April by 18.72%, and there may be 17.69% that provides information related to the pandemic Covid-19, various aspects in a pandemic situation such as countermeasures, prevention, to the confirmation of Covid-19 in Indonesia.

Abstract

Departemen Aeronautika Akademi Angkatan Udara (Dep Aero AAU) adalah staf Gubernur AAU yang bertugas merumuskan, merencanakan dan menyelenggarakan materi pengajaran/praktik dalam bidang aeronautika yang menjadi materi ajaran untuk Taruna (Karbol) AAU Prodi Teknik Aeronautika Pertahanan. Pada kegiatan praktik tidak luput dari ancaman terjadinya resiko kerja yang timbul dari penggunaan peralatan praktik, bahan kimia/peledak, listrik/elektronik secara tidak aman dan mengabaikan prosedur-prosedur dalam pengoperasionalannya. Sehubungan hal tersebut maka perlu adanya analisis penilaian resiko keselamatan kerja pada operasional laboratorium Departemen Aeronautika dengan tujuan untuk memetakan dan mengetahui potensi nilai bahaya/risiko kecelakaan.   Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengamatan/ peninjauan langsung pada obyek serta wawancara/diskusi dengan para personel yang terkait. Analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) dengan tahapan identifikasi risiko pada sumber bahaya kemudian dilakukan penilaian risiko-risiko berdasarkan klasifikasinya.     Dari hasil penelitian terdapat 22 potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja di Laboratorium Dep Aero AAU,  yang terdiri dari 11 potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja tingkat rendah (low), 9 potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja tingkat sedang (medium) dan 2 resiko kecelakaan kerja tingkat tinggi  (high).  Pengendalian risiko (Risk Control) yang disarankan untuk mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja meliputi peningkatan kepatuhan teknisi terhadap petunjuk operasional, penggunakan APD yang sesuai, penggantian peralatan listrik yang sudah tidak layak dan melengkapi rambu-rambu K3 yang terlihat jelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-family conflict (WFC), family-work conflict (FWC), terhadap kinerja dan motivasi kerja sebagai moderasi pada perawat wanita di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Grhasia Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat wanita sebanyak 92 perawat. Untuk sampel yang digunakan yaitu perawat wanita yang berstatus PNS sebanyak 84 perawat, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan partial least square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work-family conflict (WFC) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita, family-work conflict (FWC) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita. Work-family conflict (WFC) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita di Rumah Sakit Grhasia Yogyakarta yang dimoderasi oleh motivasi kerja. Family-work conflict (FWC) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat wanita di Rumah Sakit Grhasia Yogyakarta yang dimoderasi oleh motivasi kerja. Abstract

The training on optimizing Instagram and TikTok social media content and video editing using the CapCut application was part of a community service program aimed at enhancing digital literacy and visual content production skills. This activity took place during the Education Exhibition commemorating the 63rd Anniversary of Universitas Negeri Makassar, involving participants from various backgrounds, including students and small business owners. Using a participatory method combining theoretical sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, the training resulted in significant improvements in participants’ understanding of social media strategies, personal branding, and video editing skills. Evaluation results showed a 41% increase from pre-test to post-test scores, and 85% of participants grasped the basic concepts of reach and engagement in social media algorithms. This program successfully equipped participants with relevant digital competencies and contributed to social transformation through the strategic and creative use of social media.

Abstract

The penalty kick is a free kick given by the referee because one of the players commits a foul in the penalty box. Skills when handling the ball while playing are very important and if one day a penalty kick or penalty shootout occurs, the player must also have penalty kicking skills. Executing a penalty kick is not as easy as imagined because being a penalty kick executor requires concentration and confidence. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between Concentration and Confidence and the result of penalty kicks in a football game. The population in this study is SSB PSPS Segeran which totals 23 people. The sample used in this study was 23 PSPS Segeran players. The technique to be taken in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. In this study, the type of approach in the research method used is a descriptive method with a correlational design. In the concentration test, data was obtained in the hypothesis test 1 F calculated 3.59 with a P Value of <0.05 which means that the data is significant. In the confidence test, data was obtained in the hypothesis test 1 F calculated 7.64 with a P Value of <0.05 which means that the data is significant. Meanwhile, in the double regression test, the data F was calculated at 4.70 with a P Value of <0.05 which means that the data is significant so that it can be concluded that concentration and confidence are related to the results of penalty kicks in football games     Abstrak Tendangan penalti adalah tendangan bebas yang diberikan wasit dikarenakan salah satu pemain melakukan pelanggaran di dalam kotak penalti. Keterampilan saat mengolah bola saat bermain sangat penting dan apabila suatu saat terjadinya tendangan hukuman atau adu penalti maka pemain tersebut juga harus memiliki keterampilan menendang penalti. Mengeksekusi tendangan penalti tidak semudah yang dibayangkan karena menjadi eksekutor tendangan penalti perlu dibutuhkan konsentrasi dan rasa percaya diri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Konsentrasi dan Kepercayaan Diri dengan hasil tendangan penalti dalam permainan sepak bola. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SSB PSPS Segeran yang berjumlah 23 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain PSPS Segeran yang berjumlah 23 orang. Teknik yang akan diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pada penelitian ini jenis pendekatan dalam metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif dengan desain korelasional. Pada tes konsentrasi diperoleh data pada uji hipotesis 1 F hitung 3,59 dengan P Value <0,05 yang berarti data tersebut signifikan. Pada tes kepercayaan diri diperoleh data pada uji hipotesis 1 F hitung 7,64 dengan P Value <0,05 yang berarti data tersebut signifikan. Sedangkan pada uji regresi ganda diperoleh data F hitung 4,70 dengan P Value <0,05 yang berarti data tersebut signifikan sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsentrasi dan kepercayaan diri itu berhubungan dengan hasil tendangan penalti dalam permainan sepak bola.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance the competitiveness of SME products through product photography training as part of a creative marketing strategy. The training was conducted during the 63rd Anniversary Education Exhibition of Universitas Negeri Makassar, involving six types of SME products: iced coffee, creative bags, accessories, packaged food, passion fruit drinks, and grilled bread. Participants were equipped with basic photography techniques and hands-on practice. Survey results showed a significant increase in photography skills and participants’ understanding of the importance of visual presentation in digital promotion. The training proved effective in improving SMEs’ promotional capabilities and product appeal in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between workload, work discipline, and compensation and their joint effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Kinarya Utama Teknik, an information technology infrastructure company based in Makassar. The research employs an associative quantitative design using a survey method. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires from 70 permanent employees selected using proportioned stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS version 26, complemented by F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) to test the research hypotheses. The results show that workload, work discipline, and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with an Adjusted R² value of 0.828, indicating that 82.8% of the variance in job satisfaction is explained by the three independent variables. Partially, workload, work discipline, and compensation each have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, as indicated by t-values that exceed the critical t-table value and significance levels below 0.05. These findings suggest that a balanced workload, consistent and fair application of discipline, and adequate, equitable compensation schemes are key determinants of employees’ satisfaction in a high-demand technical work environment. The study provides important implications for human resource management, highlighting the need for organizations to design integrative policies on workload distribution, disciplinary systems, and compensation packages to enhance job satisfaction and support sustainable employee performance. Future research is recommended to include additional variables such as leadership style, work environment, and career development to obtain a more comprehensive model of job satisfaction.
