Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat bimbingan dan konseling bagi siswa bermasalah dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Katolik di SMAN 1 Adonara Timur, Kecamatan Adonara Timur, Kabupaten Flores Timur Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan melibatkan dua orang guru bimbingan dan konseling serta tiga guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan  dari bulan April hingga Mei tahun 2024. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, setelah itu dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik  reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan dan konseling memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Katolik siswa yang mengalami kesulitan, baik dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik. Bimbingan dan konseling membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan belajar, meningkatkan motivasi, dan mengembangkan keterampilan hidup beragama. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan program bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah sebagai bagian integral dari upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Katolik.

Abstract

Salah satu tema utama dalam Injil Yohanes adalah kristologinya. Injil Yohanes secara jelas dan tegas berbicara tentang Kristologi Logos, siapa identitas pribadi dan peran Kristus. Tulisan ini hendak menguraikan konteks yang melatarbelakangi Kristologi Logos dalam Injil Yohanes mulai dari siapa penulisnya, asal usul gagasan Logos dan apa maksud Logos dalam Injil Yohanes. Penulis hendak menunjukkan bahwa dalam Injil Yohanes, Yesus itu Logos Allah. Yesus itu pra-eksistensi yaitu bahwa Yesus itu ada sebelum segala makhluk ada. Logos Allah itu menjadi manusia dalam diri Yesus dari Nazaret.

Abstract

This study entitled “The Role of Facilitators in Increasing the Faith of the People through Catechesis Activities at KBG Sta. Elisabeth Homa” aims to describe the implementation of catechetical activities, examine the role of facilitators, and identify the impact of these activities on the faith development of the community. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through interviews and documentation involving facilitators, KBG administrators, and community members participating in catechetical activities. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while source triangulation and member checking were applied to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that catechetical activities are conducted through communal prayer, Scripture reading, material presentation, dialogue, faith sharing, and reflection. Facilitators serve as educators, motivators, faith companions, and facilitators of participation and dialogue. Their contextual and participatory approach helps community members understand Church teachings and apply them in daily life. The activities contribute positively to the development of faith, spirituality, ecclesial involvement, and social awareness among the participants. Therefore, the role of facilitators is essential in supporting the effectiveness of catechesis and strengthening the faith of the people in KBG Sta. Elisabeth Homa.

Abstract

This study examines Catholic family participation through offertory collections as a form of social concern within the Synodal Church at St. John the Baptist Wailolong Outstation. The study was motivated by the need to understand how participation in offertory collections reflects the values of communion, participation, and mission in the life of the Church. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving the parish priest, the outstation council chairperson, the outstation treasurer, the Small Christian Community (KBG) leader, and Catholic parents as research participants. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation and analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that offertory collection is understood not only as a liturgical obligation but also as an expression of faith, gratitude, solidarity, and social responsibility. Family participation is demonstrated through active involvement in the Eucharistic celebration, voluntary contributions according to each family's capacity, and the early formation of children in the practice of giving. The study implies that transparent management of offertory collections strengthens trust, encourages active participation, reinforces solidarity, and promotes shared responsibility in building a Synodal Church.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of diversity, including ethnicity, culture, language, and religion. This divercity makes Indonesia a country ini rich in divercity. In responding to this diversity, of course there is an attitude of tolerance to prevent division. In the midst of this era of development, there is still a phenomenon of intolerance, so tolerance needs to be echoed and strengthened continuously. One of them in through the local tradition of tulun tali which is practiced by the people of Sukutokan Village, Kelubagolit District, on Adonara Island.This tradition is a praktice of mutual cooperation in terms of helping in the form of goods, foodstuffs and animals in people’s lives at certain events or events. This study aims to determine how to strengthen religious tolerance through the tulun tali tradition in Sukutokan Village. The research method used in this study is a qualitative using a descriptive approach. The results of study show that the tulun tali tradition practiced by the Sukutokan Village community in various social activities, such as death customs, marriages, religious events, building traditional house, and building residents house can strengthen religious tolerance.
