Penelitian ini mempertimbangkan beberapa karakteristik yang belum diketahui arah pengaruhnya seperti surat hak kepemilikan, jarak properti terhadap fasilitas kesehatan dan waktu transaksi. Tidak hanya mempertimbangkan karakteristik luas tanah, luas bangunan, kelas bangunan, dan lebar jalan depan. Penerapan persamaan regresi penelitian berpotensi untuk berkontribusi menilai suatu properti jumlah besar dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan ekonomis. Metode penelitian menerapkan survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengambilan data berupa model purposive sampling teknik non-probability, observasi penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin. Diketahui 59 jumlah sampel observasi yang dapat digunakan berdasarkan perolehan data sekunder tersedianya penawaran rumah tinggal sejumlah 142 data observasi dengan dimensi waktu data silang (cross-section) pada Kecamatan Tanjung Bintang, dan Natar di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Teknik pengambilan data sekunder dengan desk research pada situs penjualan rumah. Penilaian menggunakan teknik analisis multiple regression dengan metode ordinary least square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan adanya karakteristik properti seperti luas tanah, luas bangunan, kelas bangunan, surat hak tanah, lebar jalan depan, lokasi dan waktu transaksi secara simultan atau serentak bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai properti perumahan dengan tingkat koefisien determinasi 95,22%. Namun secara parsial atau individu adanya pengaruh karakteristik luas bangunan, kelas bangunan dan lebar jalan depan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai properti perumahan. Berdasarkan penggunaan model terbaik pada fungsi persamaan regresi yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah model persamaan regresi log-log dalam penentuan nilai properti perumahan. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of special funds and tourist visits on the number of tours in land value zones in D.I. Yogyakarta Province. The research adopts a panel data approach, utilizing secondary data from government agencies in the research location. Data collection employs a non-probability purposive sampling model, incorporating a total of 30 observational data points representing 5 districts and cities in D.I. Yogyakarta Province. Data analysis is conducted through panel data regression using the Eviews 12 SV analysis tool. The results of this research indicate that the best model chosen is the fixed effect model. The research data statistically confirm the normal distribution of data observations. Specifically, the findings reveal that the number of tourist visits has a significant and positive effect on land value zones in D.I. Yogyakarta Province. However, the variable of special funds does not exhibit any significant effect on these zones. The contribution of this study is in providing insights into the factors influencing land value zones in the province, particularly the noteworthy positive impact of tourist visits. This understanding can be valuable for policymakers and stakeholders in formulating strategies to enhance land value and promote sustainable tourism development in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of economic growth on the Human Development Index in 34 provinces in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative data methods. The independent variable used in this study is economic growth with control variables, namely poverty and population. The dependent variable used is the Human Development Index. The data type used is panel data, a combination of time series and cross-section. Time series data was obtained from 2015-2020, and cross-section data was obtained from 34 provinces in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report, especially from 2015 to 2020. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression with the Chow test, Hausman test, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results show that economic growth had no significant effect on the Human Development Index in Indonesia in 2015-2020, Ceteris Paribus. The control variables of poverty and population influence the Human Development Index. The poverty control variable has a significant negative effect, and the population control variable has a significant positive impact. This study contributes new empirical evidence to fill gaps and address inconsistencies in the existing literature on the relationship between economic growth and human development.

Abstract

Indonesia faces the challenge of a rapidly increasing labor force that is not proportional to the number of jobs available, resulting in unemployment. This study examines the effect of economic growth, inflation, and minimum wage on unemployment in 34 provinces in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. This research uses secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. The data processing method uses panel data regression with the Fixed Effect model. The results of the analysis show that economic growth and inflation have a negative and significant relationship with unemployment in Indonesia. In contrast, the provincial minimum wage has a positive and significant relationship with unemployment in Indonesia.

Abstract

The urgent need for CSR disclosure is not only for the company's internal needs in accountability, transparency, risk management, and business sustainability but also includes compliance with regulations and ensuring the reputation of the company's image for the trust of stakeholders, especially the surrounding community. The current situation related to the activities of mining and agricultural companies, which are risky and sensitive to the social environment and political economy, has become a major concern for various parties in Indonesia. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has now become an obligation for companies that run their business activities directly or related to natural resources, which can be reported in the sustainability report. The study aims to determine the description of CSR disclosure practices in sustainability reports with the Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET) approach. The measurement indicators used are the GRI Standard and Sharia compliance, which consists of 4 categories in measuring CSR disclosure carried out by the content analysis method. This research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The number of samples in this study was 11 companies consisting of 6 mining companies and five agricultural companies obtained by purposive sampling technique. This study did not include the 2020-2024 period in the analysis because the global economic crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic made companies change their priorities. The results showed that, in general, the concept of SET in CSR disclosure has been applied by companies in terms of habluminallah and habluminannas, with an average disclosure of 47 items out of 123 items per company. The company that disclosed the most was PT Timah Tbk, with a score of 65 items, and the lowest was PT Austindo Tbk, which had 30 items. Our findings have alternative implications for the government in several ways, including strengthening regulations and policies, supervision and law enforcement, incentives and support, and pressure on companies to provide space for public involvement and participation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and identify the influence of physical property characteristics such as land area and building area; property legal characteristics in the form of property ownership rights; environmental characteristics in the form of designation zones on property values in D.I.Yogyakarta and apply the best equation method model in determining the value of large quantities of property in addition to the market approach method and cost and income approach. Access to research observation data in the form of primary data obtained in several ways, namely telephone interviews, personal interviews directly with property owners, and secondary data accessed by desk research of the DJTR spatial plan of the Ministry of ATR BPN, data access using purposive sampling models with non-probability sampling techniques, the number of observations as much as 135 data used. The research method uses multiple regression analysis ordinary least square method with Eviews 10 analysis tools, the form of the research regression model function using the selection of statistical criteria, applying the positivism paradigm with quantitative data in the form of Analytical survey, Identification of linear relationship behavior using the Mac Kinnon Test, and White Davidson MWD, Statistical criteria test in the form of F test, t-test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), Economic criteria test is applied to compare between the estimated parameter coefficients by economic theory, Classical Assumption Test using Normality, Linearity, Multicollinearity, and Heteroscedasticity Test. The results showed that the findings of property characteristics simultaneously or simultaneously on the variables of land area, building area, ownership rights, and designation zone significantly affect property values with a coefficient of determination level of 68.69%. Partially or individually, the findings revealed the influence of the characteristics of land area, building area, ownership rights, and designation zone positively and significantly on property values. Selection of the best model of the regression function equation, applying the log-log regression equation model in determining property value

Abstract

The purpose of this research paper is to analyze the relationship of each en- vironmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspect to the performance of high-profile companies, and the purpose of this study further analyzes the role of moderating ESG controversies on the relationship of every aspect of ESG disclosure to corporate perfor- mance. Application of research observation data, using observations from 2010 to 2019, is a company in an Asian country listed on the Sustainable Stock Exchange, which requires companies to publish and report ESG aspects. This study excludes the period 2020-2024 from the analysis because the global economic crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic has caused the company to change its priorities. The purposive sampling method was used in this study, obtaining 847 samples of observational data from seven countries in the Asian region. Regression moderation analysis was used to examine the relationship between each aspect of ESG and the performance of high-profile companies with the controversy of ESG as a moderation variable. The study results obtained findings that social and gov- ernance aspects have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high-profile companies. However, environmental aspects were found to be insignificant. The findings of the ESG controversy weaken the relationship between social and governance aspects of high-profile company performance, and the ESG controversy does not moderate the relationship of environmental disclosure to company performance.

Abstract

Community Based TourismĀ (CBT) merupakan pendekatan pembangunan pariwisata yang menempatkan masyarakat lokal sebagai pelaku utama sekaligus penerima manfaat dari kegiatan pariwisata. Konsep ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat, pelestarian budaya dan lingkungan, serta penciptaan kesejahteraan ekonomi secara berkelanjutan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai Community Based Tourism (CBT) kepada peserta program International Summer Course Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UAD yang diikuti oleh dari berbagai negara. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai konsep serta implementasi Community Based Tourism (CBT), dan melakukan kunjungan lapangan untuk melihat praktik pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di Pedukuhan Ngunan-Ngunan, Kalurahan Srigading, Kecamatan Sanden, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Melalui metode ceramah interaktif dan observasi lapangan, peserta memperoleh pemahaman mengenai prinsip-prinsip pariwisata berkelanjutan yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat lokal. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi sarana pertukaran pengetahuan dan pengalaman antar peserta internasional dengan warga desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman peserta terhadap model Community Based Tourism. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model kolaborasi akademik lintas negara untuk memperkuat penerapan pariwisata berkelanjutan berbasis masyarakat.
