The method used is scalogram analysis to determine growth centers and the gravity method to determine the potential interaction between sub-districts. The results showed that Bacan Sub-district, East Gane Sub-district, West Gane Sub-district, Kayoa Sub-district, and Obi Sub-district, can be used as regional growth centers, while West Bacan Sub-district, East Bacan Sub-district, Makian Sub-district, and South Obi Sub-district, as hinterland. The highest potential interaction occurs between Bacan sub-district and East Bacan sub-district with a potential value of 5.50 while the lowest occurs in Makian sub-district with East Gane sub-district with a potential value of 0.01.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how profit margins and third party funding affect Murabahah contract financing (BPRS Bahari Berkesan, Ternate City). This study is quantitative. Secondary data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website, especially the Triulan financial report of BPRS Bahari Ternate, is used as a data source. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software is the data analysis method used. The findings of the study revealed that (1) The growth of Murabahah contracts at BPRS Bahari Berkesan, Ternate City is greatly influenced by third party funds. (2) The findings of this study indicate that the profit margin variable has a significant effect on the financing of murabahah contracts, because the results of the hypothesis test indicate that the calculation value of the profit margin variable > t table (4.902 > 2.262) and the level of significance is < 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). (3) further indicated by the significant probability value of 0.000, which is < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This indicates that the financing of murabahah contracts with the BPRS Bahari Berkesan Ternate City Exchange Rate is greatly influenced by both the profit margin and DPK simultaneously.

Abstract

The current systematic literature review aimed to document the breadth of fintech research in low-income areas. Three papers that satisfied the inclusion requirements were found after a thorough search of the Scopus database published between January 2007 and October 2024 using PRISMA. The synthesis of these articles shows that fintech in low-income communities has been conducted in Africa, the United States, and the Netherlands. In addition, research on this theme also focuses on the water supply and sanitation industry, banking, and new holistic sanitation projects. Additionally, the transition and development theory is one of the theories employed to elucidate this relationship. This work presents theoretical and practical contributions and ideas for future research.

This research uses quantitative data, namely data in the form of numbers or can be calculated, statistical analysis is more appropriate to use on this data. This method must also use computer software quantitative tools. Regression Analysis Statistical Test is a procedure used to test whether there is an error or truth in the null hypothesis results from the sample. There are 3 types of criteria in testing, including the coefficient of determination test (R2), statistical t test, and statistical f test. Based on partial research results, the labor variable has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth, the labor force variable has a positive and significant effect on growth, then the investment variable has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth in North Maluku Province. And simultaneously or simultaneously, it can be seen that the three variables of labor, labor force, and investment have an influence on economic growth in North Maluku Province
