Abstract

Cost leadership adalah salah satu strategi bisnis yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing dengan menghasilkan produk atau layanan dengan biaya yang lebih murah daripada pesaing. AirAsia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan strategi ini dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. AirAsia melakukan strategi cost leadership dalam bentuk harga penerbangan yang murah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam cost leadership yang diterapkan oleh AirAsia sehingga AirAsia dapat bersaing dengan pesaingnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data disini berupa data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa AirAsia menggunakan strategi cost leadership dengan cara membuat efisiensi pada model pesawat yang ada, sehingga AirAsia hanya memiliki 2 tipe pesawat. Selain itu, AirAsia memperbanyak utilitas yang ada, efisiensi bandara yang baik, biaya rendah tanpa embel, dan iklan yang ditampilkan pada kabin pesawat yang membuat penambahan pemasukan dari iklan yang memberikan sponsor.

Abstract

Superior companies need good management, including supply chain management which must also run well to prevent things that have a negative impact on the company. Good supply chain management provides advantages for companies, one of which is for AirAsia so that valuable resources are needed. This research discusses what the ERP system looks like at AirAsia and how this ERP system can maximize supply chain performance that is currently running. This research uses a type of qualitative research and data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive technique. The conclusion drawn from the results of this research analysis is that the ERP system has succeeded in improving the performance of supply chain management at AirAsia so that it is effective in increasing efficiency in AirAsia's own operations as a low-cost airline with the best quality in the world.

Abstract

UMKM are businesses that are established using limited and low capital. Jasmine Laundry is an UMKM engaged in laundry services. The problem faced by Jasmine Laundry is the lack of visibility and accessibility in the digital world. Currently, this business does not have a profile on Google Maps and social media accounts. The target activities to be carried out for partners are to create social media accounts and then make interesting and informative posts, so that customers can easily find and understand the services that Jasmine Laundry offers. techniques used are interviews and observations After the implementation of digital marketing, Jasmine Laundry UMKM felt significant benefits, especially in terms of increasing the number of followers and customers who came.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of ownership in moderating corporate governance on environmental performance. The analysis method employed is panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis on 52 companies in the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2022. Managerial ownership can strengthen the influence of board size and environmental committee on environmental performance positively and weaken board independence on environmental performance. Meanwhile, blockholder ownership reinforces the influence of board size on environmental performance. Managers play a role in enhancing the participation of boards and environmental committees in environmental practices. Blockholders from other fields need to improve their mastery of environmental practices. Originality of this research is diverse findings highlight the roles of managerial ownership and blockholder ownership in environmental performance, as well as the moderating role of ownership type in corporate governance on environmental performance. The findings of this research provide a new gap for academics to further examine the characteristics of blockholders.
