Abstract

Ekspansi perkebunan kelapa sawit di Papua menimbulkan beragam respons publik di media sosial, khususnya pada platform X (Twitter). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen dan emosi publik terhadap isu tersebut menggunakan pendekatan machine learning melalui aplikasi Orange Data Mining. Sebanyak 1.355 tweet dikumpulkan menggunakan Twitter API v2 dan Google Colab yang terintegrasi dengan pustaka snscrape guna mengatasi batasan pengambilan data. Analisis dilakukan dengan model Multilingual Sentiment untuk klasifikasi polaritas (positif, negatif, netral) dan model Ekman Emotion untuk identifikasi enam emosi dasar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sentimen netral mendominasi (39,78%), diikuti negatif (32,16%) dan positif (28,05%). Namun, sentimen netral tidak selalu bersifat informatif, melainkan dapat muncul akibat ambiguitas linguistik atau keterbatasan model dalam memahami konteks lokal bahasa Indonesia. Emosi Joy (sukacita) merupakan emosi paling dominan, tetapi juga muncul dalam kategori sentimen negatif, yang mengindikasikan adanya ekspresi sarkasme dan ironi terhadap isu sawit. Hal ini mencerminkan keterbatasan model otomatis dalam mendeteksi makna tersirat dan gaya bahasa satir. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun model Multilingual Sentiment efektif untuk mendeteksi pola umum opini publik, pendekatan ini memerlukan penyesuaian kontekstual agar lebih sensitif terhadap nuansa budaya dan semantik bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

The oil fuel stock monitoring system (BBM) is becoming crucial to the management of valuable energy assets. The aim of the author is to conduct an effective system analysis and development to monitor BBM stocks. The research uses prototyping methods, which include the following steps: identification of initial needs, initial prototype making, evaluation and feedback, improvement and development, final implementation, and final evaluation. An easy-to-understand user interface design and an efficient database structure are important components of system design. Web-based software development is part of the system implementation. The testing process is carried out to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the system. The system is regularlyined to remain functional and relevant. It is expected that the results of this practice will make a significant contribution in improving the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring BBM stocks. Moreover, these results will provide the basis for similar system development in the future.

Abstract

Central Papua Province is a new autonomous region province located in the Papua region. consists of 8 districts with the dominant topography of high rainfall for most of the year. As a result, the region in Central Papua often experiences hydrometeorological disasters, including floods, landslides, fallen trees, collapsed roofs. This study aims to map weather forecast infographics in Central Papua Province with QGIS and Adobe Photoshop Using the utilization model in the QGIS application which is overlaid with shapefile data from the BMKG signature of Central Papua Province. As well as shapefile data from the geospatial Indonesia website, namely the latest village and administrative boundaries 2022/2023 for the expansion of 38 provinces on a scale of 10K BIG. Then On the photoshop application helps infographic image editing. In making a map of Central Papua province with additional administrative boundaries of protected areas, tourist sites and latitude and longitude. As well as BMKG signature polygon alerts from signature.bmkg.go.id/ site. Once overlayed, it produces any area affected.

Abstract

Ketimpangan distribusi guru dan ketersediaan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri di Indonesia menjadi tantangan serius dalam mewujudkan pemerataan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi distribusi jumlah guru, siswa, dan sekolah SMA Negeri dengan menerapkan algoritma K-Means Clustering. Data bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2023–2024 yang mencakup seluruh provinsi di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan data mining menggunakan Orange, dilakukan proses pra-pemrosesan data, normalisasi, pemodelan klaster, serta visualisasi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terbentuknya tiga klaster wilayah: Klaster 1 yang mencakup 20 provinsi dengan distribusi guru dan sekolah yang relatif ideal, Klaster 2 yang terdiri dari 6 provinsi di kawasan timur seperti Papua dan Maluku dengan tantangan tinggi akibat keterbatasan infrastruktur pendidikan, serta Klaster 3 yang berisi 8 provinsi dengan kondisi distribusi sedang. Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa kebijakan nasional seperti rasio ideal 20:1 dalam pemberian tunjangan profesi guru belum adaptif terhadap kondisi geografis dan demografis lokal. Hasil klasterisasi ini memberikan dasar visual dan analitik yang kuat bagi pemerintah pusat dan daerah dalam merumuskan kebijakan pemerataan pendidikan yang lebih adil dan kontekstual, khususnya di jenjang menengah atas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakat Papua terhadap Program Makan Gizi Gratis yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis sentimen berbasis text mining. Data dikumpulkan dari platform media sosial X (Twitter) pada periode 24–28 Februari 2025. Sebanyak 712 tweet dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Orange untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen publik ke dalam tiga kategori, yaitu positif, netral, dan negatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat cenderung positif, dengan 70,08% tweet menunjukkan dukungan terhadap program, 21,63% bersifat netral, dan 8,29% mengandung sentimen negatif. Pemetaan emosi berdasarkan model Ekman mengungkap dominasi emosi Surprise (Kejutan) dan Joy (Sukacita), yang mencerminkan antusiasme dan harapan terhadap kebijakan tersebut. Emosi negatif seperti Anger (Marah) dan Sadness (Kesedihan) muncul dalam proporsi yang sangat rendah, menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang cukup baik di kalangan pengguna media sosial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa masyarakat secara umum menilai Program Makan Gizi Gratis sebagai kebijakan positif, meskipun masih terdapat kekhawatiran mengenai efektivitas implementasinya. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai instrumen pemantauan persepsi publik secara real-time, serta merekomendasikan integrasi analisis sentimen dalam evaluasi kebijakan sosial berbasis data

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ learning activities and learning outcomes in history learning through the implementation of a digital visual-based mind mapping method at SD Plus Asy-Syafi’iyah Nabire, Central Papua. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects consisted of 40 students. Data were collected through observation of students’ learning activities, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results indicated that the average score of students’ learning activities increased from 2.0 in the pre-cycle to 3.6 in the second cycle. In addition, the average learning achievement score increased from 62.4 in the pre-cycle to 83.6 in the second cycle, with classical mastery reaching 90%. These findings demonstrate that the digital visual-based mind mapping method is effective in improving students’ learning activities and learning outcomes in elementary school history learning.

Abstract

Digital transformation in archive management is an urgent need for public service institutions, including regional hospitals. This research aims to develop a web-based digital file archiving system at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Nabire Regency using the Waterfall methodology. The system is designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of archive management, accelerate access to information, and minimize the risk of loss or damage to physical documents. The development stages include needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing with the Black Box method, and maintenance. The results of the implementation show that the system is able to accommodate archiving needs well, improve administrative performance, and support the digitalization of hospital services as a whole. The study also emphasizes the importance of training for users so that the system can be operated optimally, as well as integration with existing hospital information systems to ensure sustainability. Thus, this web-based digital filing system is expected to be a strategic solution in supporting more modern, transparent, and accountable public services in the regional hospital environment.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an essential requirement for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve competitiveness and operational efficiency. This study aims to design an Android-based beverage sales application prototype to support MSME digitalization in Nabire Regency. The research employed the Design Thinking approach, consisting of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. Activity diagrams were used to model the application’s business processes, while the prototype was developed using Figma as an interactive and visual system representation. Usability evaluation was conducted through limited testing using the Single Ease Question (SEQ) and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicate that the proposed prototype provides a clear user flow, aligns with user needs, and achieves a good level of usability. The developed prototype can serve as a foundation for future implementation of an Android-based beverage sales application to support MSME digitalization in Nabire Regency.

Abstract

The preservation of local languages is a significant challenge in the face of globalization and the dominance of national languages. One practical effort that can be undertaken is the utilization of digital technology to document and disseminate indigenous languages. This study aims to develop a web-based application capable of translating text from Indonesian into the Mee language of Papua, complemented by audio features using native speaker recordings. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The use case diagram illustrates the interaction between users and the system, consisting of two main actors: general users and administrators. Users can input Indonesian words to receive translations in Mee, along with audio output. Administrators have the authority to manage vocabulary data, upload audio files, and synchronize text with the corresponding recordings. The user interface design emphasizes simplicity while reflecting the cultural values of Papua. System testing, performed using black-box methods, confirms that all functional features operate correctly. Evaluation results also indicate the system is user-friendly and holds great potential in supporting the digital preservation of the Mee language.
