Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Pribagum Sejati di Makassar,  serta untuk menganalisis variabel manakah dari kualitas layanan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Primagum Sejati di Makassar. Untuk mengimplementasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah : uji instrument penelitian (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, serta uji heterokesdastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa hasil analisis regresi linear berganda, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Primagum Sejati di Makassar, sedangkan dari hasil pengujian koefisien secara parsial (uji t) maka dapat disimpulkan  bahwa variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Primagum Sejati di Makassar adalah daya tanggap atau responsiveness. Kata kunci :    Bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas pelanggan AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the extent to which effect the quality of service through the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy effect on customer loyalty to the PT. Primagum Sejati in Makassar, to analyze which variables of service quality the most influence on customer loyalty to the PT. True Primagum in Makassar. To implement these objectives, the used method of collecting data through questionnaires, while analysis tools used are: test of research instrument (validity and reliability), classical assumption (normality test, multicolinearity, and test heterokesdastisitas), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The study found that the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that the quality of service that consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy positive and significant impact on customer loyalty in PT. True Primagum in Makassar, while the results of the partial coefficient test (t test) it can be concluded that the most dominant variable effect on customer loyalty in PT. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh perputaran piutang terhadap profitabilitas. Untuk mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut maka jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif, sedangkan sumber data   dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yang telah diajukan, maka digunakan metode analisis yakni deskriptif yang menjelaskan perputaran piutang dalam kaitannya dengan profitabilitas (ROA). Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan yakni perhitungan analisis regresi antara perputaran piutang dengan return on asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dimana setiap kenaikan piutang akan dapat meningkatkan ROA. Hasil analisis korelasi antara perubahan perputaran piutang dengan Return on Asset (ROA) dapat dilihat memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat. Sedangkan dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi bahwa perputaran piutang memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap peningkatan ROA. Kata kunci : Perputaran piutang, return on asset (ROA)  Abstract The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of receivable turnover   to profitability. To apply these objectives, the data type of data used in this study is qualitative data, while the data source in this study is secondary data. To solve the problem formulation  as well as to prove the hypothesis proposed, it is used descriptive analysis method that    explains the turnover of receivables in relation to profitability (ROA). The result of the research is calculation of regression analysis between receivable turnover with return on asset (ROA) have positive and significant effect, where every increase of receivable will increase ROA.  The result of correlation analysis between the change of receivable turnover with Return   on Asset (ROA)  can be seen has strong relation. While seen from the correlation coefficient   and coefficient of determination that receivable turnover has a strong relationship  to the increase ROA. Abstract

Dewasa ini bisnis cafe di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat sehingga mendorong banyak pengusaha coffee shop menyediakan berbagai macam pilihan aneka makanan dan minuman dengan rasa berbeda dan harga yang bersaing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada beberapa Cafe di kota Makassar. Untuk mengimplementasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM Amos. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, Budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kinerja, Motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dapat memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji mediasi menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang bekerja pada beberapa Café di kota Makassar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik iklan dan celebrity endorser terhadap peningkatan penjualan mobil pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor di Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausalitas untuk mengetahui hubungan antara daya tarik iklan dan celebrity endorser terhadap peningkatan penjualan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang membeli mobil Mitsubishi sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS release 27. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh temuan bahwa daya tarik iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan mobil pada PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor di Makassar. Kemudian celebrity endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan mobil pada PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa melalui kompetensi guru dan kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar gugus V Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunaka metode survei yang bersifat kausal yang pelaksanaanya dilakukan pada 5 sekolah dasar yang terdapat di Kecamatan Rappocini. Populasi dari penelitian ini ialah guru pada 5 sekolah dasar yang terdapat di gugus V Kecamatan Rappocini sebanyak 103 guru, kemudian untuk sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 82 guru yang diperoleh berdasarkan rumus slovin. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likeart yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Kemudian untuk tenik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimipinan kepala sekolah melalui kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik, serta kepemimipinan kepala sekolah melalui kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada Sekolah Dasar gugus V di Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Indonesia offers two primary payment methods: cash and non-cash. Cash transactions involve physical currency, whereas non-cash transactions rely on financial institutions facilitating inter-bank and intra-bank transfers through internal networks. Among the non-cash options, credit cards stand out, enabling users to access funds seamlessly. The attractiveness and practicality of credit card services spark customer interest. This study seeks to explore how trust, perceived usefulness, and service quality impact customer inclination towards credit card usage, with satisfaction acting as a mediator. Employing a quantitative approach, data collection includes observation, literature review, documentation analysis, and questionnaire distribution. The study involves a sample of 100 credit card users at Bank Mandiri Regional Credit Card Arief Rate Makassar. Analysis methods encompass descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. Findings reveal that trust, perceived usefulness, and service quality positively and significantly influence both customer satisfaction and interest in credit card usage. Furthermore, customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between trust, perceived usefulness, service quality, and customer interest in credit card utilization at Bank Mandiri Regional Credit Card Arief Rate Makassar.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital competency, employee engagement, and leadership style on employee performance in Indonesian SMEs, framed within the Society 5.0 era. The study uniquely incorporates innovation capability as a mediator and organizational culture as a moderator, exploring how these factors enhance performance and innovation in a digitally advancing society. Using a quantitative approach and data from 350 SME employees, the findings demonstrate that digital competency, engagement, and leadership style significantly influence performance. Moreover, innovation capability mediates these relationships, while a supportive organizational culture strengthens the link between these factors and innovation. This study’s novel approach provides valuable insights into HRM strategies, emphasizing the need for ongoing digital skill development, engaged leadership, and adaptive cultural practices to drive resilience and innovation in SMEs. These findings contribute to the broader understanding of effective performance enhancement practices in the Society 5.0 context, providing actionable recommendations for SME managers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of competency and                               career development on employee engagement and employee performance. Analyzing the effect of employee engagement on performance, as well as analyzing the effect of employee engagement in mediating the effect of competency and career development on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla, Urip Sumohardjo Makassar Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study found that competency and career development have a direct effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Then employee engagement has a direct effect on employee performance. From the results of the sobel test, it can be concluded that employee engagement can mediate the influence of competency and career development on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Solutions, value, information and access on customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as to determine and analyze the influence of Solutions, information, value and access on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Haji Kalla Makassar Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach, by taking samples, namely customers who bought Toyota cars, which were determined to be 100 respondents, data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses path analysis. The research results found that solution, Information, Value and Access had a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, from the results of the mediation test, it was found that customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of solution, information, value and access on customer loyalty at PT. Hadji Kalla Alauddin Branch, Makassar.

Abstract

This study investigates the mediating role of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) between the marketing mix, tourist experience, and revisit intentions, and examines how tourist motivation moderates the e-WOM–revisit intention relationship. Data from 300 tourists who had recently visited Taiwan were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that e-WOM significantly mediates the relationship between both the marketing mix and tourist experience on revisit intentions. A well-executed marketing mix and positive experiences encourage tourists to share their experiences online, which increases their likelihood of revisiting. The moderating analysis reveals that the influence of e-WOM on revisit intentions is stronger for tourists seeking personal enjoyment compared to transactional motives. This study contributes to consumer behavior theory by highlighting how intrinsic motivations amplify the impact of e-WOM. Practically, it offers strategies for fostering e-WOM through personalized experiences, social media engagement, and emerging technologies like AI and augmented reality. Future research should adopt longitudinal designs to capture evolving tourist behavior and explore the role of social media influencers on platforms such as TikTok. The findings underscore the importance of e-WOM in shaping tourist behavior, offering practical insights for destination marketers to enhance engagement and revisit intentions.
