Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan sistem bantu perhitungan untuk menentukan Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) di institusi pendidikan tinggi menggunakan metode Weighted Product. Tujuan dari sistem ini adalah untuk menciptakan proses penentuan UKT yang lebih objektif, transparan, dan efisien. Metode Weighted Product digunakan karena kemampuannya dalam menangani multi-kriteria yang melibatkan berbagai variabel seperti pendapatan orang tua, kondisi orang tua, pendidikan, pekerjaan dan ada tidaknya bantuan dari pemerintah. Penelitian ini melibatkan tahap-tahap seperti pengumpulan data, pembobotan kriteria, dan perhitungan skor akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu menghasilkan keputusan yang konsisten dan dapat diandalkan, dengan tingkat akurasi yang signifikan dalam menentukan kelompok UKT untuk setiap individu. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam menyederhanakan proses penentuan UKT serta meningkatkan keadilan dan keakuratan dalam penentuan biaya pendidikan

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the evaluation of faculty performance by utilizing a combined approach of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Borda Method. The primary objective of this study is to develop a more structured, objective, and inclusive evaluation framework for assessing faculty performance. The AHP method is employed to address the complexity of determining the weights of evaluation criteria and sub-criteria, while the Borda Method provides a platform for various stakeholders to express their assessments in a participatory manner. This study is conducted using a qualitative research approach. Data is collected through surveys administered to students, colleagues, and administrators to provide evaluations of faculty performance based on predetermined criteria. The research results indicate that the combined approach of AHP and Borda is capable of offering a more accurate and holistic depiction of faculty performance. The AHP method assists in reducing subjectivity in weight determination, while the Borda Method facilitates the inclusion of opinions from various stakeholders.

Abstract

The advancement of technology in education has led to the development of interactive and personalized learning tools. This research focuses on creating mobile learning application with multimedia and AI support to improve student engagement, motivation, and academic performance in higher education. This research aims to answer the question: How effective is an AI-based mobile learning app with multimedia support in enhancing student interactivity, motivation, and performance in higher education? The research follows the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data was collected from expert validators (media and material experts) and student feedback. A quantitative descriptive analysis was done using Likert-scale instruments to measure user experience, interactivity, motivation, and learning outcomes. The application was tested on 38 students, and their feedback was used to assess its effectiveness. The results show that the AI-based mobile learning app significantly improved student interactivity, motivation, and academic performance. The post-test results showed an average score of 81.82%, indicating an improvement in learning outcomes. Students expressed high satisfaction with the app’s interactivity, multimedia content, and personalized learning paths. The AI-driven real-time feedback contributed to a more engaging learning experience. In conclusion, the AI-based mobile learning app with multimedia support effectively enhances student engagement, motivation, and academic performance. The integration of personalized learning paths and real-time feedback makes learning more interactive and adaptive. These findings highlight the need to design future mobile learning apps that prioritize accessibility and adaptability.

Abstract

The integration of cloud technology in education presents substantial prospects to improve the efficiency and efficacy of instructional material management. Nonetheless, the preparedness of educators, as the primary participants in the educational process, emerges as a pivotal aspect in the implementation of this technology. This study seeks to evaluate teacher preparedness for adopting cloud technology, assessed through four primary dimensions: digital competence, access to infrastructure, attitudes and motivation, and facilitating and obstructing factors. A descriptive quantitative approach was utilized, with data gathered via questionnaires administered to 35 educators. The findings suggest that the majority of teachers are classified as "Moderate," indicating sufficient yet suboptimal competencies. Certain educators fall into the "Low" category, mainly because to restricted access to technology and training. In contrast, educators in the "High" group exhibit significant ability to serve as mentors for their colleagues. This study advocates for the enhancement of training programs, accessibility to infrastructure, and incentive to facilitate the wider implementation of cloud technology

Abstract

Pengelolaan data pemilih merupakan aspek krusial dalam penyelenggaraan pemilu yang memerlukan ketepatan dan efisiensi tinggi. Namun, di Desa Lamoiko, kemampuan Kelompok Penyelenggara Pemungutan Suara (KPPS) dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi masih terbatas, sehingga proses pengelolaan data pemilih berjalan lambat dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas KPPS dalam mengelola data pemilih berbasis teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, serta penerapan aplikasi pengelolaan data pemilih. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara bertahap, dimulai dari pengenalan dasar teknologi informasi hingga penggunaan aplikasi khusus untuk pengelolaan data pemilih. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan KPPS Desa Lamoiko dalam mengelola data pemilih. Para peserta pelatihan mampu menggunakan aplikasi yang telah diajarkan dengan baik, sehingga proses validasi dan verifikasi data pemilih menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat. Selain itu, pendampingan teknis yang dilakukan membantu peserta untuk memecahkan kendala teknis yang mereka hadapi. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif bagi KPPS Desa Lamoiko dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan data pemilih, serta diharapkan menjadi contoh penerapan teknologi informasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemilu di wilayah lain.
