Abstract

The management of Nurussalam Subdistrict Village Fund management is responsible for the Head of the East Aceh Regency Level II Regional Head, based on East Aceh Regent Regulation Number: 2 of 2019 dated January 8, 2019 concerning Procedures and Distribution and Determination of the Details of Village Funds in 2019 and Qanun, in accordance with the Village Financial Management Regulations in the field of equalization of the Village Fund. A total of 31 Village Funds have been allocated by the Village Fund since 2015, the realization of Village Finance management according to planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. Each village proposes a Village Fund to the East Aceh Regent Phase I (20%), destined for the provision of clean water / sanitation; providing nutritious food for toddlers, and posyandu for the health of pregnant women. Dedication Method; normative and empirical approaches and use primary and secondary data, and are processed descriptively qualitatively. The inhibiting factor in the Village Funds Financial management process is the delay in transferring money from the Center. Village Funds should have been received at the beginning of January 2019, in fact villages in Nurussalam Subdistrict received funds from the Center and District in early June 2019. This budget for reviewing village spending was deemed not on target, there was still a lack of supervision by the District Monitoring Team Level II Region of East Aceh Regency

Abstract

This service aims to provide assistance and guidance for vocational school teachers in East Aceh Regency to write scientific articles in journals through a distance learning system. Assistance in writing scientific articles is important for teachers in East Aceh considering that it is an obligation for teachers to advance in rank or career class. This mentoring is carried out with an online concept through a distance learning system. Mentoring is conceptualized in three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The target and output to be achieved in this service is to increase the ability of teachers to write scientific articles for journals and to produce outputs in the form of articles published in ISSN journals.

Abstract

In this community service activity, the PKM Team of Unsam simplified Borg and Gall's development from 9 to 3 stages, namely dedication and information gathering, planning for making teaching materials for reading literature, and product development. The results of the service resulted in contextual-based literature reading teaching materials for junior high school Indonesian language teachers in the East Aceh district. This module consists of three parts. The first part is the presentation of the outer cover, preface, presentation of SK and KD, introduction, table of contents, and review of literature reading. The second part is in the form of content based on SK and KD, namely identifying the intrinsic elements of drama texts, making a youth novel synopsis, explaining the plot, actors, and setting of the novel, and recognizing general characteristics of poetry from poetry anthology books, and at the end of the lesson a formative test is included. and self evaluation. The third part of the presentation of this book consists of a glossary, answer keys and bibliography. The validation results of teaching materials from material experts, Indonesian language teachers, and students show: (1) the content feasibility aspect is in the "good" category; (2) aspects of language and images are in the "good" category; (3) "good" presentation aspect; and (4) "good" graphical aspects.
