Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara kompensasi, motivasi, dan kinerja karyawan di PT Sumidhaz Permata Bunda, di tengah peningkatan angka turnover yang mengkhawatirkan meskipun kinerja karyawan secara umum masih baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif dengan sampel 15 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kompensasi yang baik berkontribusi terhadap tingginya motivasi karyawan, yang pada gilirannya berdampak positif terhadap kinerja mereka. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya strategi kompensasi yang efektif untuk mempertahankan motivasi dan meningkatkan kinerja di perusahaan.

Abstract

Business developments in this technological era create very tight competition between each other. Human resources is one of the qualities that influences the running of the business. What is meant by human resources are workers within the scope of the business. For this reason, the quality of human resources must be of high quality and maintained. This research analyzes the influence of rewards on human resource performance. Researchers used a literature review method involving several relevant sources. From the research conducted, results were obtained that rewards influence human resource performance. With rewards, workers will also be more enthusiastic, disciplined, and careful in doing their work.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the library management system at SD Negeri 112 Pekanbaru through the implementation of barcode technology. The main problem faced by schools is the manual system of recording and searching for books, which causes difficulties in data collection and maintenance of book collections in the library. The method of activity implementation includes the stages of making, training, and implementing the library barcode system. The activity was carried out for one month by involving library staff and several LP3I PSDKU Pekanbaru Polytechnic lecturers who helped make barcodes and attach them to books in the library. The service process begins with a needs analysis, followed by training in making barcodes, using the barcode system, and installing a supporting device system using a cellphone to read barcodes. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the efficiency of library book management. The implemented barcode system facilitates the process of borrowing, returning, and inventorying books. The conclusion of this service activity is the successful implementation of the barcode system in the library, which makes a positive contribution in improving the quality of school library services. The next recommendation is the development of a more comprehensive and sustainable digital system.

Abstract

The LP3I Pekanbaru Polytechnic community service team carries out routine activities every semester, which this time are held in Pandau Jaya Village, Jalan Kapling RT 02, RW 20, Kampar Regency. This activity takes the form of training for housewives in making papaya chips, where papaya fruit is very easy to find anywhere, the price is affordable and on average, several houses use their yards by planting papaya fruit. The aim of the training that we provide from the community service team at LP3I Pekanbaru Polytechnic is so that housewives can utilize their time by utilizing plants in their yard, apart from being a healthy family snack, they can also earn side income, which aims to help the family economy and The next target is the formation of papaya stick MSMEs in Pandau Jaya Village.
