Abstract

This research aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the leadership management of head master at MA Darunnajah Trenggalek. The main focus of the research is understanding Islamic-based leadership strategies, teacher empowerment, and responsiveness to the dynamics of contemporary Islamic education. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection process involves in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, involving various participants, such as head master , teachers, and administrative staff. The research results show that Islamic-based leadership strategies have a positive impact on teacher performance at MA Darunnajah Trenggalek. Empowering teachers is the key to increasing their motivation and commitment, while responsiveness to the dynamics of contemporary Islamic education is found through curriculum updates and adaptive school policies. These findings contribute to the development of head master leadership practices in Islamic education environments. Practical implications include strengthening Islamic-based leadership strategies, increasing teacher empowerment, and developing responsive school policies. Recommendations include developing leadership training programs, aligning policies with Islamic values, and increasing collaboration with external parties. Thus, this research provides an in-depth view of leadership management at MA Darunnajah Trenggalek, providing a basis for developing policies and practices that are more effective in achieving the goals of Islamic education at the institution.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the strategies used by English teachers in Class Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Belitang II Vocational School Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. This research investigates the strategies teachers use in their teaching activities. This is caused by the use of old and traditional strategies that teachers usually apply in their daily activities. A qualitative approach was used in this research. The sample for this research was two English teachers. This research uses two data collection techniques: classroom observation and interviews. The findings show that the strategies used by teacher 1 to teach reading comprehension are Identifying the purpose of reading, reading aloud, Skimming, Scanning, Taking Notes, Highlighting, getting the main idea, Translating, Repeating, Analyzing Vocabulary and Summarizing. Meanwhile, the strategy used by teacher 2 is also similar to teacher 1, the difference lies in silent reading. Then the research question concerns students' responses to the strategies used by the teacher. The findings were that students responded positively to the English teacher's strategies even though they had several obstacles. Students participate in discussions and answer questions. Because the teacher points to the students one by one.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi makna dan dinamika inovasi pembelajaran inklusif berbasis kewirausahaan di dua SMK di Kabupaten Sukabumi melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menggali pengalaman subjektif guru, kepala sekolah, dan siswa dalam merancang serta menjalankan pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang mengakomodasi keberagaman peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi program, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang dirancang secara inklusif dapat membangun rasa percaya diri, partisipasi aktif, dan identitas positif siswa, termasuk yang memiliki kebutuhan belajar khusus. Guru dan kepala sekolah memainkan peran sentral dalam mendorong diferensiasi strategi pembelajaran serta menciptakan ruang partisipatif yang adil. Meskipun dihadapkan pada kendala struktural seperti minimnya pelatihan dan persepsi masyarakat, praktik inovatif ini berhasil menciptakan proses belajar yang reflektif dan transformatif. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan kebijakan dan kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan dalam memperkuat pendidikan vokasional yang inklusif dan relevan secara sosial.
