Abstract

This study aims to find how the strategy for implementing technology integration in Islamic education is effective and how to overcome the challenges of adopting technology integration in Islamic education. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The type of research used in this research is literature study. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive analysis, by looking for patterns and finding themes that emerged from the materials collected. This study was analyzed by the stages of data collection, data presentation, data condensation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the strategy for implementing technology integration in Islamic education is through improving technology infrastructure, training and professional development for teachers and education managers, preparing relevant digital Islamic content, and a technology-based curriculum approach. Addressing the challenges of adopting technology integration in Islamic education through increasing the accessibility of technology, developing technology training and certification programs for teachers, diversifying funding sources for technology integration, and a flexible approach to curriculum development and evaluation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sinergi antara manajemen pendidikan dan hukum keluarga islam dalam upaya membangun generasi berkualitas dan menciptakan harmoni keluarga islami, untuk mengetahui tantangan dan peluang dalam sinergi manajemen pendidikan dan hukum keluarga islam, untuk mengetahui bagaimana inovasi dan model supaya sinergi bisa berjalan optimal dan langkah sinergi yang harus diambil untuk mewujudkan generasi berkualitas dan harmoni keluarga islami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Paradigma analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan penyusunan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tantangan dalam sinergi manajemen pendidikan dan hukum keluarga islam adanya perbedaan interpretasi, resistensi atau ketidakpahaman dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Peluang diantaranya pembentukan karakter dan nilai, pendidikan yang holistik, pemberdayaan keluarga dan keselarasan dengan nilai-nilai islam dalam sistem pendidikan. Inovasi dan model diantaranya dengan pengembangan kurikulum terpadu, pelatihan dan peningkatan kompetensi guru, kolaborasi dengan ahli hukum keluarga islam, program pendidikan orang tua, penggunaan teknologi dan media digital serta penelitian dan pengembangan. Upaya dilakukan melalui cara penyusunan kebijakan yang mendukung sinergi, kolaborasi antara kementerian pendidikan dan institusi hukum islam, pembentukan tim kerja bersama, program pelatihan dan bimbingan, konsultasi dan keterlibatan orang tua dan pembaruan kurikulum. Langkah yang harus diambil untuk mewujudkan generasi berkualitas dan harmoni keluarga islami melalui sinergi manajemen pendidikan dan hukum keluarga islam antara lain pembentukan nilai-nilai islami, integrasi kurikulum, pembelajaran aktif dan praktis, pembinaan dan bimbingan, kolaborasi dengan orang tua dan masyarakat dan penguatan peran guru.

Abstract

This research aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the leadership management of head master at MA Darunnajah Trenggalek. The main focus of the research is understanding Islamic-based leadership strategies, teacher empowerment, and responsiveness to the dynamics of contemporary Islamic education. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection process involves in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, involving various participants, such as head master , teachers, and administrative staff. The research results show that Islamic-based leadership strategies have a positive impact on teacher performance at MA Darunnajah Trenggalek. Empowering teachers is the key to increasing their motivation and commitment, while responsiveness to the dynamics of contemporary Islamic education is found through curriculum updates and adaptive school policies. These findings contribute to the development of head master leadership practices in Islamic education environments. Practical implications include strengthening Islamic-based leadership strategies, increasing teacher empowerment, and developing responsive school policies. Recommendations include developing leadership training programs, aligning policies with Islamic values, and increasing collaboration with external parties. Thus, this research provides an in-depth view of leadership management at MA Darunnajah Trenggalek, providing a basis for developing policies and practices that are more effective in achieving the goals of Islamic education at the institution.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate the relationship between the use of active learning methods and parental involvement in learning on student achievement at MAN 1 Tulungagung. Effective implementation of both factors could be a vital strategy in enhancing the quality of Islamic religious education and student achievement. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 74 teachers. The sampling technique employed the Isaac and Michael table with a 5% error rate, resulting in 62 samples from the total population. The data collection instrument was a Guttman scale questionnaire. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, as well as linear and multiple regression analyses using SPSS software. The research findings indicate that the use of active learning methods significantly influences student achievement, with a beta coefficient of 0.42 and a t-value of 8.40 (p-value < 0.001). Parental involvement in religious education also significantly affects student achievement, with a beta coefficient of 0.38 and a t-value of 6.54 (p-value < 0.001). The combined use of active learning methods and parental involvement significantly impacts student achievement. Active learning methods have a beta coefficient of 0.35, while parental involvement in religious education has a beta coefficient of 0.28. Both variables show high significance (p-value < 0.001). This study contributes significantly to understanding the factors influencing student achievement in the context of Islamic religious education. Future research could explore diverse teaching methods, parental roles, and improved methods of measuring student achievement. Keywords: Learning Methods, Parental involvement, Student Achievement.

Abstract

This research to analyze how the SAMR model can be applied to improve the quality of learning at MA Darunnajah. This study used qualitative research methods. The research location MA Darunnajah. Data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, students and school staff, analysis of curriculum documents. Checking the validity of the data uses triangulation, source triangulation, data triangulation and technical triangulation. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative analysis methods which generally consist of the process of transcription, coding, grouping essence research results that have the same meaning, and presenting the data. The research results show that change management plays a crucial role implementing the SAMR Model learning transformation tool for teachers at MA Darunnajah. Effective communication between school management and teachers well psychological support has proven effective building understanding change and helping teachers overcome resistance. However the research highlights need for increased training, with teachers suggesting additional training on the SAMR Model and educational technology. potential solution involves providing additional counseling resources to overcome resistance to change. These findings indicate the need for more effective change management, ongoing training, and adequate psychological support to successfully integrate the SAMR Model in teaching that has a positive impact on the quality of education at MA Darunnajah.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0, the strategy for developing human resources in Islamic educational institutions is becoming increasingly important. Islamic educational institutions need to prepare students and educational staff to face future challenges with adequate skills and abilities. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions need to develop an effective and sustainable human resource development strategy, by involving all relevant parties and with the support of adequate resources. This study used the library research method by conducting an analysis of literature studies related to human resource development strategies in Islamic educational institutions. Literature studies are obtained from various sources such as scientific journals, books, seminar papers, and other related publications related to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that various human resource development strategies that can be carried out by Islamic educational institutions include training and development, apprenticeship programs, scholarships and awards, mentorship programs, increasing human resource welfare, collaboration with other institutions, evaluating human resource performance, spiritual coaching, technology implementation, and innovation development. With the right human resource development strategy, Islamic education institutions can have quality human resources and be able to meet the needs of Islamic education

Abstract

This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of evaluation and monitoring in an effort to improve the quality of Islamic education and to realize it practically in improving the quality of Islamic education through evaluation and monitoring. This study uses library research methods (library research). The data obtained from the literature study were analyzed using an interactive qualitative model. This data analysis model consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the importance of evaluation and monitoring in the management of Islamic education learning includes improving the quality of education, optimizing the learning process, measuring the success of curriculum implementation, helping strengths and weaknesses, measuring student progress, increasing accountability and facilitating the right decision making. Several practical realizations in improving the quality of Islamic education through evaluation and monitoring include proper lesson planning, feedback to teachers, development of teacher professionalism, coaching and mentoring of teachers, curriculum improvement, involvement of students and parents and use of technology in evaluation and monitoring.

Abstract

This research investigates the management of child care from the perspective of the Book of Ihya' 'Ulūm al-Dīn in Malaysia. Against the backdrop of a country rich in Islamic heritage and cultural diversity, this study explores the relevance of the concepts in the Book of Ihya' 'Ulūm al-Dīn in the context of childcare in Malaysia. The library research research method is used to collect, evaluate and analyze related literature, including relevant primary and secondary sources. The results of the analysis show that concepts such as religious education, character formation, and the development of moral values in the Book of Ihya' 'Ulūm al-Dīn have a strong suitability to the life of Malaysian society. This research also highlights the important role of parents, teachers and society in implementing Islamic principles in child care management practices. The implications of the findings of this research include the need to integrate the values of the Book of Ihya' 'Ulūm al-Dīn in educational policies and community development programs to form a generation with noble and responsible morals. In conclusion, this research provides an in-depth understanding of the contribution of Islamic teachings in the management of child care in Malaysia and paves the way for further research in understanding the practical application of these values in society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki penerapan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Kh Muhammad Ali Shodiq (STAI MAS) Tulungagung, dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan penelitian. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi SPMI, tantangan yang dihadapi, dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, dianalisis secara tematis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa SPMI efektif meningkatkan kualitas melalui evaluasi berkelanjutan, transparansi, dan perbaikan. Tantangan termasuk resistensi perubahan, kekurangan sumber daya, dan kepatuhan standar. Manfaat SPMI dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang responsif sangat signifikan. Implikasi praktis meliputi pengembangan kebijakan, pelatihan, penguatan infrastruktur, dan peningkatan kepatuhan. Penelitian ini memiliki batasan pada fokus lembaga tunggal dan metode kualitatif. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan mengeksplorasi implementasi SPMI di berbagai konteks pendidikan dan dampak jangka panjangnya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of culture at Madrasah Aliyah Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Pesanggaran Banyuwangi in an effort to understand the cultural values in shaping student character and maintaining the sustainability of local culture. The research method used was qualitative by conducting in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, administrative staff, and students. The interview results showed that the madrasa has a strong commitment to maintaining and strengthening cultural values in the educational environment, such as honesty, hard work, social awareness, and respect for local traditions. The main findings included the integration of cultural values in learning, the active role of all stakeholders in promoting cultural values, and students’ awareness of the importance of local culture The main challenge faced was the influence of globalization and technology which could divert students’ attention from local cultural values. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to promote cultural values and increase students’ understanding and appreciation of local culture. This study contributes to an understandings of the role of culture in education and shows how an educational institution can become an agent for the maintenance and development of local culture.
