Abstract

Batammas Salted Egg Shop is a salted egg manufacturing industry lo-cated in Bumiayu, Brebes Regency experiencing problems in the salted egg salting process due to calculations and salting procedures related to conditions that affect the quality of salted eggs such as measuring the saltiness of dough to coat duck eggs, determining the temperature of the storage place, salting time, and determining the quality of salted eggs,  It is still done by estimation based on human or manual senses which causes a lot of dough ingredients to remain after use, the failed salting egg salting process, and the lack of time efficiency in determining the quality of salted eggs. From these problems, a system was made to find out the conditions during the IoT-based salted egg salting process using NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller and 3 supporting sensors, namely DHT11 sensors, TDS sensors and BH1750 sensors, using the waterfall method as the flow of making the system with the results of a system with an average temperature value of 27.82o C with good sta-tus, salt content that requires 4 times the addition of a total salt of 4500 grams of salt for 64 grains (4.48 kg) salted eggs with good final status, as well as a good determination of the quality of salted eggs, which is 4500-4700 lux with the result of 60 salted eggs of good quality and 4 salted eggs of poor quality or damaged.

Abstract

The comfort of the mosque is a top priority, so visitors feel comfortable when praying. For example, borrowing sarongs and safety sandals still uses a manual system. Borrowing mosque sarongs, for the most part, cannot known how many of them are available, and the safety of the sandals makes it familiar for visitors to exchange sandals and even lose their sandals. So digitization is needed as displayed on the LCD screen or website in designing this system, using the prototype method to detect system errors more quickly. In addition, this system was built using the PHP language with a more flexible website appearance and testing using a black box. So that by making this system, mosque visitors become more comfortable in carrying out worship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem monitoring yang menerapkan Internet of Things (IoT) dalam memonitoring kesehatan kelinci hias pada peternakan kelinci milik Bapak Gusron. Permasalahan yang didapat pada penelitian ini, kelinci adalah hewan rentan terhadap suhu dan kelembaban serta tidak adanya tenaga kerja lainnya dalam memantau lingkungan kandang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring berbasis Iot untuk dapat memantau kondisi peternakan kelinci, khususnya mengenai kebersihan lingkungan yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan pada kelinci. Alat untuk sistem monitoring menggunakan tiga sensor yaitu, sensor DHT11, sensor gas MQ-135, dan sensor PIR yang terhubung ke NodeMCU ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler menggunakan database Thingspeak sebagai penyimpanan. Sistem Monitoring dilengkapi fitur notifikasi Whatsapp yang dapat digunakan untuk pengingat pemilik peternakan. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem merupakan metode protoyping. Evaluasi dan uji coba meliputi implementasi sistem selama satu bulan di peternakan kelinci, serta pengujian dengan menggunakan metode blackbox untuk memastikan sistem berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan suhu pada kandang kelinci berkisar antara 27,8 °C – 32,8 °C, kelembaban berkisar antara 64 RH – 71 RH, tingkat kadar gas amonia berkisar 5,6 ppm – 8,31 ppm, serta pergerakan dapat diukur melalui angka 1 (bergerak) dan 0 (tidak bergerak).

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang monitoring penerapan Internet of Things (IoT) dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pada budidaya peternakan bebek Pak Riswandi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemilik peternakan bebek mengalami kesulitan dalam memantau secara berkala lingkungan pada peternakan bebek, lingkungan yang kurang bersih akan menghambat produktivitas pada bebek.Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat alat sistem monitoring berbasis IoT untuk memantau kondisi peternakan bebek, Alat monitoring dirancang menggunakan tiga sensor, yaitu sensor DHT11, sensor gas MQ-135, dan sensor pH air, yang terhubung ke NodeMCU ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler. Data sensor kemudian dikirim ke database Thingspeak dan data tersebut akan ditampilkan pada website. jika kondisi lingkungan kandang ternak bebek melebihi batas yang telah ditentukan maka whatsApp akan mengirimkan pesan sebagai pengingat kepada pengguna. Dalam merancang sistem ini menggunakan metode prototyping, serta pengujian dengan metode black box. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan selama satu bulan menunjukkan suhu kandang bebek berkisar antara 27-30°C, kelembaban berkisar antara 71-74%, Gas amonia berkisar antara 5,49 -8,19 ppm, sedangkan untuk PH berkisar antara 3,98-7,17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil produksi telur mengalami peningkatan dimana sebelum melakukan pemasangan alat jumlah telur mencapai 800 butir dan setelah pemasangan alat jumlah telur meningkat menjadi 836 butir.

Abstract

Rising sea temperatures due to global warming and human activities in Indonesia threaten coral reef sustainability, leading to bleaching and mass mortality. In 2016, 50% of coral colonies in Gili Matra experienced bleaching, 11% were pale, and 1% faced mortality. To mitigate damage, controlled coral cultivation in isolated media offers an alternative to open-ocean methods, allowing precise water quality management. Coral transplantation, involving fragmentation and placement in controlled environments, enhances rehabilitation efforts. An IoT-based controller enables real-time monitoring and automation of life-support systems, including supplementation pumps, photosynthetic lamps, top-up pumps, cooling fans, and current pumps. System performance shows consistent lamp scheduling, supplementation dosage with a deviation of ±1-2%, precise top-up activation, current pump scheduling with a 1s deviation, and optimal water parameters (alkalinity 8.3 dKH, calcium 420 ppm, magnesium 1050 ppm, salinity 1.025).

Abstract

This research develops an Internet of Things (IoT)-based smoke detection system using MQ135 and DHT22 sensors integrated with WhatsApp chatbot via HTTP protocol. The system is designed to provide real-time notifications related to air quality, including gas concentration, temperature, and humidity. The test results show accurate and stable sensor performance in detecting environmental parameters. Evaluation is done through Quality of Service (QoS) analysis based on delay, jitter, packet loss, and throughput parameters. The test shows a fairly high network stability with 0% packet loss and an average throughput of 2045.53 Kbps, which falls into the Excellent and Good categories. However, the average delay of 2173.65 ms and jitter of 254.11 ms were classified as Poor, indicating the need for improvement in the responsiveness aspect. This research is expected to contribute to the integration of air quality monitoring systems with practical and easily accessible instant messaging services. The system offers an innovative solution for real-time smoke detection and early warning. Limitations of this study include limited data size and room for improvement in the interpretability and scalability of the system for wider IoT implementation.

Abstract

Pencurian sepeda motor di Purwokerto, terutama di area parkir dan lingkungan sekitar, masih menjadi permasalahan utama. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem alarm berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang terdiri dari sensor GPS untuk pelacakan lokasi, sensor RFID untuk autentikasi, dan sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi aktivitas mencurigakan. Sistem dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32 yang terhubung ke internet melalui jaringan MiFi, dengan notifikasi real-time yang dikirim ke pemilik kendaraan melalui aplikasi Telegram serta aktivasi buzzer sebagai alarm fisik. Hasil pengujianmenunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil berfungsi dengan baik, dengan notifikasi terkirim dalam rata-rata 5 detik setelah ancaman terdeteksi. GPS mampu mengirimkan data lokasi dengan akurasi baik, dengan waktu respons antara 5 hingga 7 detik setiap kali perintah dijalankan. Sistem RFID menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 80% hingga 100%, bahkan dengan adanya penghalang. Dalam simulasi pencurian, sistem berhasil memberikan peringatan dini dalam rata-rata 90%, membuktikanbahwa sistem ini efektif dan dapat diandalkan dalam meningkatkan peringatan dini serta memberikan responscepat terhadap potensi pencurian.Kata kunci— Keamanan sepeda motor, IoT, GPS, RFID, sensor ultrasonik

Abstract

Maggot BSF sangat penting sebagai sumber pakan alternatif dengan kandungan protein dan nutrisi tinggi untuk budidaya ikan lele. Namun, pertumbuhan maggot BSF rentan terhadap perubahan kondisi lingkungan seperti suhu, kelembaban, cahaya, dan kandungan gas berbahaya. Tujuanriset ini merancang serta membangun sistem monitoring kondisi lingkungan kandang maggot BSF dengan sensor DHT22 (suhu dan kelembaban), sensor MQ135 (gas), dan LDR (cahaya) berbasis IoT. Data sensor akan ditampilkan pada web secara real-time sehingga memudahkan peternak memantau kondisikandang dari jarak jauh dan mencegah kematian masal maggot.Sistem dirancang menggunakan metode prototype dengan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode blackbox guna memastikan sistem berjalan dengan baik. Temuan pengujian menunjukkan suhu tertinggisebesar 31,95°C dan terendah 30°C, kelembaban tertinggi 74% dan terendah 71%, serta deteksi gas oleh sensor MQ135 dengan ppm tertinggi 8,49 dan terendah 7,5. Penelitian ini dapat membantu meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi maggot sebagai sumber pakan alternatif yang efisien danberkelanjutan.Kata kunci : Internet of Things (IoT), Maggot BSF, Monitoring, Prototype

Abstract

Our research is the adoption of mutual authentication techniques on smart cards for Digital Rights Management (DRM) which is applied using network protocol engineering. We adopted the protocol engineering from the mutual authentication technique owned by the Mifare Desfire smart card. The tests carried out in our research are testing the security aspects of authentication and data confidentiality. Our authentication test is done by changing the client and server master keys that determine the success of authentication. Meanwhile, data confidentiality testing is carried out by tapping data sent from the client to the DRM server. When authentication by the client and server fails, the software is declared invalid and vice versa. The result of our research is the successful implementation of the adoption of the smart card's mutual authentication technique for application protection in DRM including authentication and encryption functions.

Abstract
