Abstract

Background. The leadership of Islamic boarding schools has distinctive characteristics according to Islamic religious culture and values. In respect to the teacher (Kiai/Nyai) by the students is a necessity. In addition to the existence of a Kiai as a “leader in the boarding schools, the figure of a Nyai in the leadership of boarding schools education” is also very essential. The leader has his own unique and distinctive nature, habits, temperament, character and personality so that behavior By applying dynamic leadership, character education in Islamic boarding schools is increasingly advanced and develops while maintaining religious purity which is the main characteristic of Islamic boarding schools.Aim. This study aims to produce descriptive data related to leadership, strategies, and leadership methods Mrs. Nyai Hj. Lathifah Masruh in developing the At-Tahdzib Islamic boarding school.Methods. The research method used in this research is field research using a qualitative model. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis and uses interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques.Results. The results of this study found that Mrs. Nyai Hj. Lathifah masruh uses and applies strategies and methods that are certainly good, in her strategy she applies the strategies of listening, clarifying, solving problems, and motivating. So that he is a figure who plays a role not only in the At-Tahdzib Islamic boarding school, but also plays an important role in the At-Tahdzib Islamic boarding school. Then in terms of his method “using the method of giving orders, motivating with praise, and giving reprimands, and “having sensitivity or tolerance, as well as his efforts to have leadership qualities “that are in accordance with the example of the leader, namely Rasulullah SAW.

Abstract

Humans as caliphs on this earth need to place themselves along their nature. Al-Quran is a source of direction, how a Muslim chooses the method of movement according to the will of Allah SWT. He knows better what good people need to fulfill their desires, namely the safety and welfare of their lives in this world and the hereafter. In order to achieve that, Allah SWT sent down commands and prohibitions in various forms for humans which are stated in the Qur'an explicitly and implicitly. All forms of prohibitions and orders are measured in such a way that they are all in accordance with the human capabilities themselves. Since the beginning, Islamic religious education is an effort to grow and strengthen the tendency of tawhid which has become human nature. Religion is a guide and guide in the right direction. Because the human personality includes three aspects, namely the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects, it will be something very important for human life if it is based on the basis of religion. Therefore, religious education plays a very important role in shaping a person's personality, especially Muslim personality, the more so religious education is given intensively and continuously. Because basically having a good personality is everyone's dream. Because with that, he will be respected, respected and loved by those around him.

Abstract

Higher Education is education that is programmed after secondary school which includes diploma, bachelor, master, doctoral professors and specialist programs. pesantren is a learning resource center to explore religious knowledge. today many pesantren have established formal education.Islamic boarding schools have a distinctive and unique tradition compared to other educational institutions outside of pesantren. Islamic boarding schools have become a separate identity for Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. pesantren not only give birth to ulama 'who are intellectual or vice versa, but also create ulama'-scientists and vice versa.The work of past scholars should be used as a support system to repeat the same achievements today. For this reason, we need today to realize academics that have Islamic boarding school values, because world civilization is starting to be torn apart because of us who began to move away from moral idealism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana proses pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok serta pengaruhnya terhadap peserta didik atau siswa. Subjek yang diteliti yaitu siswa kelas VII A, VII B dan VII C. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen yang berusaha menelaah dan mengetahui antara variabel satu dengan variabel lain. Data yang diperoleh dilapangan diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25.0 for windows. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan instrumen angket, hal tersebut dilakukan untuk memperoleh data terkait subjek yang menjadi pokok penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 59 orang siswa dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu random. Pembahasan dalam penelitian secara garis besar menjelaskan mengenai alur pernyataan bahwa indikator-indikator dari kemampuan intrapersonal yang memang perlu ditingkatkan selain aspek kognisi yaitu bahwa konseling kelompok sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan hal tersebut. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu konseling kelompok sangat efektif dan berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kemampuan intrapersonal siswa kelas VII A, B, dan C, yang terkategori dalam beberapa indikator sebagai berikut: Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Kelompok, Kemampuan Intrapersonal, Sosial

Abstract

Manajemen kurikulum merupakan hal yang signifikan dalam menentukan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Selain itu, manajemen kurikulum mempunyai peran penting dalam upaya untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efesien mengingat fakta bahwa pada dasarnya madrasah adalah kerangka kerja yang mencakup berbagai bagian dan berbagai latihan yang harus dikelola dengan sebaik mungkin. Maka peneliti berinisiatif untuk mengadakan penelitian dengan fokus: Manajemen kurikulum dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik di MAN 5 Jombang, yang meliputi: 1) Konsep manajemen kurikulum dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik; 2) Strategi manajemen kurikulum dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik; 3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi melalui sumber data manusia dan nonmanusia. Analisis dilakukan selama pengumpulan data dan sesudah seluruh data terkumpul. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan standar kredibilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Konsep manajemen kurikulum dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik di MAN 5 Jombang dikemas dengan program baca, nulis, dan budaya. 2) Strategi manajemen kurikulum yang dilakukan MAN 5 Jombang dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik telah dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui pembiasaan membaca dan memberikan pelatihan kemandirian 3) Faktor pendukung budaya literasi meliputi: Dicetuskannya MAN 5 Jombang sebagai madrasah literasi, dukungan penuh dari kepala madrasah, pembina literasi yang mumpuni, minat siswa yang tinggi, dan terdapat banyak guru bahasa. Faktor penghambat meliputi: Minimnya dana yang tersedia, minimnya sarana pendukung seperti tempat, internet, dan computer, dan kurangnya pembaharuan buku-buku diperpustakaan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa melalui pelatihan intensif tahfidz Juz 30 dengan menggunakan metode tikrar (pengulangan) dan evaluasi berkala. Program ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Ngoro Jombang sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan pembinaan religiusitas siswa di sekolah umum, khususnya dalam memperkuat aspek spiritual dan pembentukan karakter. Metode tikrar diterapkan untuk membangun retensi hafalan yang kuat melalui pengulangan sistematis setiap hari, sementara evaluasi berkala dilakukan untuk memantau perkembangan dan memberikan umpan balik yang membangun. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan baik dari sisi kuantitas hafalan maupun kualitas bacaan siswa. Sebagian besar peserta mampu menghafal 6–10 surat Juz 30 secara lancar dalam waktu enam minggu. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga membentuk sikap disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan semangat belajar mandiri. Keterlibatan guru sebagai pendamping dalam pelatihan ini memperkuat keberlanjutan program tahfidz di lingkungan sekolah. Pelatihan ini membuktikan bahwa metode yang tepat dan lingkungan yang mendukung dapat menjadikan sekolah umum sebagai ruang efektif dalam pembinaan generasi Qur’ani. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi di sekolah lain sebagai bagian dari penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in an Islamic Integrated Elementary School (SDIT Hasan Sanusi Catakgayam Mojowarno) during the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employed a qualitative approach using a single case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis involving teachers, school leaders, students, and parents. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has been carried out gradually and systematically by integrating the Pancasila Student Profile with Islamic values, such as faith (tauhid), moral character (akhlak), and Qur’anic memorization. Project-Based Learning (P5) was implemented contextually and contributed to increased student engagement and character development. Supporting factors included teacher training, school leadership commitment, and adequate infrastructure, while constraints were limited funding, varying levels of parental involvement, and teachers’ adaptation in designing contextual learning modules. This study concludes that the Merdeka Curriculum can strengthen Islamic education when implemented flexibly and contextually. The findings contribute theoretically to curriculum implementation studies in Islamic education and practically offer recommendations for Islamic schools in adapting national curriculum reforms.
