Abstract

Bidang pariwisata merupakan salah satu bidang industri terbesar di dunia dan telah memberikan kontribusi yang sangat besar terhadap ekonomi global, termasuk di Indonesia. Karawang merupakan sebuah kabupaten di Jawa Barat yang berdasarkan RKPD Kabupaten karawang 2023 mendeskripsikan bahwa terdapat permasalahan yang di alami Kab. Karawang yaitu salah satunya sarana dan prasarana pengelolaan sampah maupun dalam pengelolaan lingkungan yang belum memadai. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang di alami Kab. Karawang, maka program PKM dibuat untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan optimalisasi potensi eco travel dan pengembangan produk zero waste sehingga mampu meningkatkan potensi pariwisata dan bisa mengurangi jumlah limbah yang ada di Kab Karawang. Hal tersebut didukung juga oleh Indikator Kinerja Utama Kabupaten Karawang yaitu meningkatnya kontribusi sektor pariwisata dan indeks kualitas lingkungan hidup yang memadai. Pengabdian ini bertujuan membantu mitra dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berwirausaha di sektor sustainable development dan memberi pemahaman tentang eco travel dan penguasaan limbah pada pengelolaan wisata. Kegiatan ini mendukung transformasi pendidikan tinggi melalui indikator kinerja utama (IKU), adapun IKU yang akan di capai oleh pengabdian saat ini adalah dosen berkegiatan di luar kampus dan mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman di luar kampus.

Abstract

In improving the welf are of the community in Jati Village, it is necessary toproperly utilize the village budget. The purpose of this research is to beable to find out how the village fund budget is utilized and how much influence it has in improving people's welfare. This study uses qualitative method swith data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, documentation and literature studies, with 74 respondents using the slovin formula from a population of 284 people.The processof managing Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in improving the welf are of the community in Jati Village is through the stage so planning, implementing, monitoring, and accountability for village fundal locations. The use of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in improving the we lfare of the people in Jati Village has under gonemany change sand in the implementation of development activities it can be seen from the extent to which it is in accordance with what has been built. Increasing the level of welfare through the allocation of village funds is great increased as long as there is development that is going well. All of these processes are carrie doutby the village government accompany ied by the sub-districtas sistance team and carry out their dutie sproperly. In this case the development of village facilities and infrastructure as well as community empowerment is good. It can be concluded that the use of the village fund budget in Jati Village has had ago dimpact on the village community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how sales growth and its influence on South Korean stock prices. The problem that occurred in this research was unstable and declining sales growth. This research was conducted at an entertainment company in South Korea, namely Hybe Corporation in 2020-2023. The analysis method in this research uses simple linear regression analysis with the help of Eviews 12 software. The results of the regression analysis test show that sales growth has no significant effect on stock prices, while for testing the coefficient of determination the results obtained are 0.218 or 21.8%, the sales growth variable is only can influence share prices by 21.8% and the remaining 78.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Further analysis regarding sales growth is one of the causes of increased sales growth in 2021, namely sales income from concerts which increased drastically by 883%, while the factor causing the decline in sales growth in 2023 is a decrease in income from advertising by -12.3% , Merchandise at -17.7% and content at -15.1%.

Abstract

The concept of Target Costing is very appropriate, as competition increases and the level of supply far exceeds the level of demand, so market forces have an increasingly greater influence on price levels. For this reason, Target Costing is needed to achieve company goals in terms of cost reduction , which will ultimately have an impact on competitive price levels. The main problem in this convection business is how to apply the Target Costing method in an effort to reduce production costs so that CV profits can be increased. Astop, then reduces production costs, contribution margins and kaizen costing. This research is classified as qualitative descriptive research where the focus is describing, recording, analyzing and interpreting findings through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The type of data analysis used in this research is data collection then data reduction and then conclusions or verification are drawn. Based on the results of the research conducted, the author concludes that the effect of applying the Target Costing method on CV Astop shows a significant increase in profits and is effective to apply. By implementing the Target Costing method, the company can increase profits by 5% from the previous 24% to 29%.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the impact of the level of discipline on employee work productivity at Ninja Express. Employee productivity is the key for a company to achieve its business goals. Work discipline shows a person's ability to obey rules, maintain focus, and be consistent in work. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews and observation. The research results show that the Ninja Express branch in Lengkong has implemented various types of work discipline and paid attention to factors such as leadership, organizational culture, reward and punishment systems, as well as working conditions that support productivity and the achievement of company goals. The conclusion of this research is that work discipline has a significant influence on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) adalah kunci kesuksesan perusahaan. Karyawan yang inovatif dan disiplin dapat menghasilkan ide-ide kreatif dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Namun, mengelola SDM dengan gaya kerja yang berbeda-beda merupakan tantangan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Karang Setra Spa & Cottage. Ditemukan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan. Perilaku buruk pemimpin, absensi tinggi, dan keterlambatan menyelesaikan tugas dapat menurunkan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini melibatkan 44 responden dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi disiplin kerja di Hotel Karang Setra memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis rasio likuiditas dan rasio profitabilitas terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019-2021. Penelitian ini populasinya adalah perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019 - 2021. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah sub sektor makanan dan minuman, Perusahaan dalam sektor ini berjumlah 27 Perusahaan sampel pada setiap bulan periode 2019 - 2021 maka diperoleh jumlah sampel (n) 27x3 periode = 81 Sampel. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif studi pustaka, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis dalam menganalisis data, yaitu dengan analisis rasio keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh data perkembangan baik rasio likuiditas dan rasio profitabilitas tahun 2019-2020 perusahaan makanan dan minuman tahun 2019 atas 2020 mengalami peningkatan dikarenakan perusahaan masih mampu melakukan kegiatan operasional perusahaan dengan baik hal ini dikarenakan performa positif pada beberapa subsektornya meski di tengah kondisi tekanan ekonomi akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pada tahun 2020 atas 2021 beberapa perusahaan belum mampu menjalankan kegiatan operasional secara baik hal ini dikarenakan melemahnya minat konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian dan lebih berfokus pada kesehatannya hal ini dibuktikan dengan kinerja industri manufaktur nasional mulai mengalami penurunan secara signifikan. Abstract

School feeding programs are widely recognized as strategic interventions to improve child nutrition, support academic achievement, and reduce the economic burden on low-income families, making them a vital component of social policy in many countries, including Indonesia. The Free Nutritious Meal Program for elementary schools aims to address these goals, yet its success depends not only on technical delivery but also on how beneficiaries perceive its benefits. This study examined the perceived benefits of the program by analyzing the influence of food quality, meal distribution frequency, and program information, with trust in government as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 133 parents of beneficiary students through structured questionnaires and analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results indicate that food quality has the strongest direct effect on perceived benefits, followed by program information. Meal frequency showed no significant direct effect but contributed indirectly by strengthening trust in government, which emerged as a significant mediator. These findings highlight that improving technical service quality must be accompanied by strategies to build institutional trust. The study offers theoretical contributions by integrating public service management and trust perspectives, and practical implications for policymakers to enhance service quality, transparency, and communication strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosial media marketing dan penggunaan fitur aplikasi digital terhadap minat beli pelanggan Kopi Kenangan di Cibaduyut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkepada 110 pengguna aplikasi Kopi Kenangan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kedua variabel independen, yaitu social media marketing dan fitur aplikasi digital, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Platform media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok efektif dalam meningkatkan eksposur merek dan membangun keterlibatan pelanggan secara emosional. Sementara itu, fitur aplikasi digital seperti pemesanan online, program loyalitas, dan notifikasi promo terbukti meningkatkan kenyamanan serta loyalitas konsumen. Kombinasi strategi ini tidak hanya memengaruhi keputusan pembelian, tetapi juga memperkuat daya saing Kopi Kenangan di tengah persaingan industri F&B yang ketat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya optimalisasi strategi pemasaran digital sebagai pendekatan inovatif dalam menarik dan mempertahankan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh strategi penetapan harga produk terhadap minat beli dan perilaku pembelian ulang konsumen di Dreezel Coffee Bandung. Dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan industri kedai kopi, penerapan harga yang tepat menjadi faktor kunci untuk menarik serta mempertahankan pelanggan, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa yang menjadi sasaran utama Dreezel Coffee. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, serta uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dan pembelian ulang konsumen. Artinya, semakin harga produk sesuai dengan persepsi konsumen, semakin besar pula dorongan untuk membeli dan melakukan pembelian berulang. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan dasar oleh Dreezel Coffee dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih optimal. Kata kunci: Penetapan harga, Minat beli, Perilaku repetitif, Coffee shop, Dreezel Coffee. This study aims to evaluate the effect of product pricing strategies on consumer purchase intention and repurchase behavior at Dreezel Coffee Bandung. With the rapid growth of the coffee shop industry, the application of the right price is a key factor to attract and retain customers, especially among students who are the main target of Dreezel Coffee. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, and t and f tests. The results showed that product price has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention and repurchase. This means that the more the product price is in accordance with consumer perceptions, the greater the urge to buy and make repeat purchases. These findings are expected to be used as a basis by Dreezel Coffee in designing a more optimal marketing strategy. Keywords: Pricing, Purchase interest, Repeat behavior, Coffee shop, Dreezel Coffee.
