Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and workload on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Empat Lawang Regency. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 47 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that work stress has a significant negative impact on employee job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the level of work stress experienced by employees, the lower their job satisfaction. On the other hand, workload has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, indicating that a well- managed workload can enhance employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Companies that develop digital technology encounter increased human resource information system demands because their efforts to achieve digital transformation proceed, which results in employee technostress. The study investigates how digital workload together with role ambiguity and remote work pressure create technostress in HR functions at digital technology companies. The researchers used quantitative methods with explanatory research design to conduct their study. The researchers surveyed 170 Human Resources professionals through purposive sampling to collect study data. The researchers conducted data analysis through multiple linear regression after validating and assessing reliability together with testing classical assumptions. The study results demonstrated that digital workload together with role ambiguity and remote work pressure positively impacted technostress in HR settings. HR employees who work with digital technologies and remote work face increasing risks of technostress according to the study findings. The study expands existing research about technostress within digital human resource management through its theoretical contributions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Celebrity Endorsers and Prices on Elzatta Hijab Purchase Decisions (Case Study of Elzatta Shop Customers in Lahat City) partially or simultaneously. This study is a quantitative associative research using the Accidental Sampling technique and the Slovin formula method in determining the sample. The sample used in this study amounted to 81 people who were used as research respondents. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation Y = 4.602 + 0.385 X1 + 0.503 X2 + e, means that without the variables Celebrity Endor (X1) and Price (X2), then the Purchase Decision (Y) is 4.602. The value of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.551, meaning that the independent variables have a contribution with dependent variables of 55.1% and the remaining 44.9% are influenced by other factors that were not studied by the author. Based on the results of SPSS processing version 25.0, the Fcal value of 47.876 was obtained while the Ftable value was 3.114 thus 47.876 > 3.114, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that the variables Celebrity Endor (X1) and Price (X2) together had a significant effect on the Decision Purchase (Y). The Ttable value is 1.664. By comparing the value of Thitung and Ttabel it can be concluded: the variable Celebrity Endorser (X1) with the value of Tcount > Ttable or 4.664 > 1.664 , then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Price (X2) with a Thcal value of > Ttable or 6,270 > 1,664, then the variables Celebrity Endorser (X1) and Price (X2) have a partial effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Elzatta Hijab (Case Study of Elzatta Store Customers in Lahat City).

Abstract

This community service project aims to strengthen the synergy between Karang Taruna (youth organizations) and regional governments to accelerate the development of local cultural tourism as a driver for rural economic growth. The initiative was implemented across four distinct locations representing Indonesia's geographical diversity: Desa Wisata Detusoko Barat (East Nusa Tenggara - representing the broader Sulawesi/Eastern region transition), Desa Muara Jambi (Sumatra), Desa Sade (Lombok/Java transition logic - replaced for specific requested islands), namely: Desa Wisata Kebarit (Sumatra), Desa Wisata Pentagen (Sumatra), Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul (Java), Desa Terih (Kalimantan/Batam transition), and Desa Lakkang (Sulawesi). This article specifically focuses on four locations: Desa Wisata Pentagen (Jambi, Sumatra), Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul (Malang, Java), Desa Wisata Matano (Luwu Timur, Sulawesi), and Desa Wisata Loksado (Hulu Sungai Selatan, Kalimantan). The methodology involves participatory mapping, tourism management training, and digital marketing workshops. Results indicate that collaborative governance significantly enhances the capacity of youth in managing cultural assets, leading to increased visitor numbers and MSME revenue. This study concludes that the "Youth-Government-Culture" triad is a robust model for sustainable rural development in the post-pandemic era.
