Abstract

This study examines the relationship between work motivation and psychological well-being (PWB) in internship students in Jabodetabek. The Kampus Merdeka program policy provides opportunities for students to develop their skills and work experience. This study aims to identify how work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, affects the psychological well-being of student interns. Using a predictive correlational approach, data were collected through questionnaires measuring the dimensions of work motivation and PWB. The results showed that intrinsic motivation has a significant positive impact on psychological well-being, while excessive extrinsic motivation can have a negative impact. The research emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive work environment to motivate student interns, improve their performance, and prepare them for the transition from academia to the world of work. The researcher obtained 103 respondents from various students in Jabodetabek. universities with 25.2% male and 74.8% female gender. This research data was processed using convenience sampling techniques, using the Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS) questionnaire and Psychological Well Being (PWB) distribution this questionnaire through social media by using google form. The analysis of the data is known through the Kolmogorov Smirnov test obtained a figure of 0.200> 0.05 for both variables, it is concluded that the residual data is normally distributed.

Abstract

The logistics industry in Indonesia is growing in line with the increase in online transactions. Warehouse facilities play a crucial role in the logistics industry as they are essential for ensuring smooth business operations. Warehouses used for logistics purposes generally employ steel construction. The development of steel-structured warehouses carries considerable risks that can affect project completion time, project quality, occupational health and safety (OHS), and management performance. Therefore, management must be able to identify and analyze all potential risks during warehouse construction to ensure the project is completed with planned quality, OHS control, and timing. This study aims to identify the relationships among risk factors during the planning and construction phases with quality control, time, and OHS, which can influence management performance. Additionally, it seeks to measure the impact of project control, particularly in terms of quality, time, and OHS, on management performance in warehouse and logistics industry development. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS application. The study found that risks have a direct positive impact on quality control, time, and OHS but an insignificant negative impact on management performance. Furthermore, the findings indicate that quality control, time, and OHS significantly and positively influence management performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a bidding strategy to determine the optimum markup value and maximum expected profit to win a project auction. From the data selection results, 24 project tenders and 12 large qualification companies participated in the tender on the LPSE page of the Ministry of PUPR, which will be used as samples in this study. The bid strategy model used to calculate the optimum markup value and maximum expected profit are with 3 (three) bid strategy models, namely the Friedman Model, Gates Model and Ackoff & Sasieni Model, and to calculate the probability of winning using the statistical approach method of multi discrete distribution, normal multi-distribution and single normal distribution. From the results of testing models with optimal mark-ups for the 24 project tenders used in this study, the percentage for each bidding strategy model that has the potential to win the tender sequentially is the Friedman model by 80.56%, the Gates model by 61.11% and the Ackoff &; Sasieni model by 43.06%. So, it can be concluded that the Friedman model provides a fairly high chance of winning tenders in government projects within the Ministry of PUPR.

Abstract

In the procurement process for goods and services, the use of domestic products is emphasized in Government Regulation No. 29 of 2018 regarding Industrial Empowerment, which mandates the use of Domestic Products (PDN) with a minimum Domestic Component Level (TKDN) of 40%. This regulation, outlined in Article 57, focuses on the inclusion of domestic components in various products and services, including construction works, which must adhere to TKDN provisions. The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) has taken significant steps to support the use of domestic products by establishing the 2022-2024 Domestic Product Improvement Team (P3DN) in March 2022, followed by the issuance of Presidential Instruction No. 2 of 2022. This aims to accelerate the use of domestic products and promote small businesses through the National Movement Proud of Made in Indonesia. The TKDN is calculated based on the proportion of locally sourced materials and equipment in a product or service, and construction sectors like highways, dams, and irrigation works fall under the purview of various directorates at the Ministry of PUPR. This study investigates how these policies influence the procurement decisions in infrastructure projects and the impact of TKDN on vendor selection processes, particularly in large-scale construction projects such as road building and bridge construction. The findings are expected to contribute to a better understanding of TKDN implementation in the construction industry, offering insights into the challenges and opportunities of integrating domestic products into public procurement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction level of road users on Jalan Boulevard Barat Raya and the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang Toll Road. Evaluating user satisfaction is crucial for assessing transportation infrastructure performance and prioritizing road maintenance and development. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to drivers and passengers of private and online four-wheeled vehicles. The research applied the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods, focusing on nine indicators from the Indonesian Ministerial Regulation No. 14 of 2017, including requirements, procedures, completion time, costs, service specifications, implementer competence, behavior, complaint handling, and facilities. The CSI results revealed that road users are "Very Satisfied" with both roads, with Jalan Boulevard Barat Raya scoring 90.7% and the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang Toll Road scoring 90.85%. However, IPA analysis identified several variables in quadrant 1, indicating high importance but low performance. These variables include: (B1) reasonable tariffs without additional costs, (PP1) friendly and polite officers handling complaints, (SM1) availability of complaint forums, and (SP1) adequate supporting facilities. These findings highlight areas needing improvement to enhance user satisfaction further. Overall, the study underscores the importance of addressing specific service gaps to maintain high satisfaction levels among road users.
