Abstract

Pekanbaru City as one of the Metropolitan cities whose people need a means to relieve fatigue from their daily activities. Thus the city of Pekanbaru has a place of public entertainment. Pekanbaru as one of the developing cities, has become one of the attractive industrial locations for business people, one of the rapidly growing industrial sectors in Pekanbaru at this time is the night club. The night club is a means of relaxing and also one of the tourist destinations in the metropolitan city. However, nightclubs violate the rules and regulations set by the government. So it is necessary to bring order to the police and the Pekanbaru city government to maintain order in the community. The formulation of this research is "How is the synergy between the Pekanbaru City government and the Polresta in controlling night entertainment venues in the city of Pekanbaru in 2020?" This study aims to determine the synergy between the Pekanbaru City government and the Polresta in controlling night entertainment venues in Pekanbaru City in 2020. This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques, the data analysis used was qualitative method analysis. The findings that can be concluded are the synergy between the Pekanbaru City Police and the local government running optimally. In terms of communication, the Pekanbaru city government, in this case the Satpol PP, communicates with the Resort Police to conduct raids, verbal communication is through telephone and non-verbal communication in the form of letters or through the media. Coordination between the Polres and the Pekanbaru City government has also not run optimally. Even though the raids were carried out, there were still nightclubs that violated applicable regulations, such as drug trafficking in nightclubs. This means that the raid activities carried out by the Pekanbaru City government and the Pekanbaru City Police have not been carried out optimally. Keywords: Synergy, Communication, Coordination

Abstract

Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Halmahera Utara merupakan Daerah dataran rendah dengan tipe lahan kering beriklim kering. Komoditas yang  dominan diusahakan di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara adalah tanaman pangan (jagung) Tujuan pengkajian adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan agribisnis tanaman jagung. Pengkajian dilakukan pada Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Halmahera Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah surfei dan observasi lapangan, analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, bahwa posisinya berada pada kuadran I (satu) dengan demikian jagung pada situasi yang menguntungkan yaitu sebesar 0,57. Memiliki peluang dan kekuatan sehingga harus dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Dalam kondisi ini strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam pengembangan agribisnis tanaman jagung adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan untuk meraih peluang. Strategi pengembangan agribisnis tanaman jagung dapat dilakukan dengan peningkatan sumberdaya manusia, pengembangan kelembagaan, optimisasi potensi sumberdaya alam, perbaikan pemasaran kelembagaan permodalan dan perbaikan teknologi produksi pertanian.

Abstract

In Toboino Village, East Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency, the production of lowland rice has decreased due to land conversion from lowland rice plants to chili plants because the selling price is higher than lowland rice. This study aims to analyze the income and feasibility of changing the function of paddy fields to chili commodity land. This research was conducted in Toboino Village from March to June 2021. The analytical method used in this study is the analysis of income and farming feasibility. The results showed that the average income of lowland rice farming before land conversion was Rp. 10,077,080 per planting season/ha with an R/C ratio/feasibility of farming 2.2, and income after land conversion into chili commodity was Rp. 19,314,634 per planting season/ha with an R/C ratio/feasibility value of 2.9.

Abstract

The research purposes is to determine the farming and to analyze the production risks, cost and income of topo local shallot farming in Topo Village, Tidore Islands City. The methods used in this research are farm analysis and risk analysis. The results of this research are the average of production cost in five times productions process used in the topo local shallot farming in Topo Village is Rp. 184,475,500, with a total production of 10,265 kg so the income obtained by farmers is Rp. 331,532,500/growing season. For the risk analysis, the highest risk is the cost risk with a coefficient of variation by 8.6, this is due to the high cost of production. Meanwhile, the smallest level of risk is in the risk of production, the causes is topo local shallot production which tends to be stable with a coefficient variation of 0.71. In addition, income risk has a lower coefficient of variation of 3.6 than cost risk.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal daya saing bawang merah topo varietas unggul lokal dan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan daya saing bawang merah topo varietas unggul lokal di Kota Tidore Kepulauan Provinsi Maluku Utara. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah menggugah pemerintah daerah agar terus mengembangkan komoditas bawang merah topo varietas unggul lokal yang mampu bersaing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif analisis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengisian quesioner dan diikuti dengan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Identifikasi daya saing bawang merah topo varietas unggul lokal yaitu terdapat V kekuatan, IV kelemahan, IV peluang dan IV ancaman. Untuk Hasil analisis SWOT yaitu nilai IFAS sebesar 3,24 dan nilai EFAS sebesar 3,04. Dalam diagram SWOT menunjukan bahwa posisi strategi pengembangan bawang merah lokal topo terletak pada kuadran I atau strategi yang dibuat dengan menggunakan seluruh kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang strategi agresif yaitu mendorong petani untuk memaksimalkan lahan bawang merah lokal topo sebagai pemasok bahan baku, memberikan penyuluhan secara bertahap kepada petani oleh dinas pertanian, peningkatan kemampuan SDM terhadap teknologi, peningkatan produktivitas melalui intensifikasi dan kualitas bawang merah lokal topo dan pembuatan kebijakan jangka panjang untuk pengembangan bawang merah sebagai varietas unggul lokal Kota Tidore Kepulauan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the form of topo local shallot marketing distribution channels and marketing margins of topo local shallots in North Tidore District, Tidore Islands City. Respondents which will be researched include producers, collectors, retailers and consumers who are directly involved in the distribution of topo local shallots. The data collection techniques used in this research included farmers, collector traders, retailers involved in developing topo local shallot commodities in North Tidore District, Tidore Islands City, by filling out a questionnaire followed by interviews. The data analysis used consisted of descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis (marketing margin analysis). Through the research results that the marketing channels carried out by local shallot farmers Topo in North Tidore District have 3 marketing distribution channels (1) Farmer-Trader, Collector-Trader, Retailer and consumer. (2) Farmers, Retailers and Consumers. (3) Farmers directly to the final consumer. The marketing margin in channel I is Rp. 17,500 and channel II is Rp. 10,000. The highest margin is obtained in the marketing channel I, they are farmer-trader-gatherer-retailer-consumer, so that causes part received by farmers is less than the traders. Channel III has no margin because the farmers sell their products directly to consumers. So that the most profitable channel for producers is the marketing channel III.

Abstract

Bawang merah lokal topo tersebut umumnya ditanam di lereng-lereng bukit dengan kemiringan lebih dari 35% yang merupakan habitat alaminya. Bawang merah lokal topo punya nilai historis yang lekat dengan masyarakat Kota Tidore. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan finansial dan strategi pengembangan bawang merah lokal topo di Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengisian quesioner dan diikuti dengan wawancara. Penentuan responden dilakukan di Kecamatan Tidore Utara. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil survey awal tentang jumlah petani bawang merah di Kecamatan Tidore Utara Kota Tidore Kepulauan, karena petani terbanyak yang mengembangkan komoditas bawang merah lokal topo. Strategi pengembangan usaha bawang merah lokal topo di analisis menggunakan dua analisis yaitu Analisis NPV, B/C ratio, IRR, PBP  dan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportinities, and Treat). Melalui hasil penelitian kelayakan usahatani dengan mengunakan modal sendiri (tingkat suku bungga 6%) maka NPV sebesar 432.002.424,91, Net B/C 4,40, IRR sebesar 13,70% dan Paiback Periode 0 tahun 7 bulan 2 hari. Berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan dimana NPV bernilai positif. Net B/C lebih dari satu dan IRR lebih besar dari tinggkat suku bunga berlaku, maka secara finansial usahatani bawang merah lokal topo layak untuk dijalankan dan hasil analisis SWOT terhadap strategi pengembangan bawang merah lokal topo diperoleh nilai IFAS sebesar 3,058 dan nilai EFAS sebesar 2,528 dan strategi yang tepat dalam pengembangan bawang merah lokal topo adalah strategi Diversifikasi yaitu menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang jangka panjang dengan cara strategi diversifikasi (produk/pasar).

Abstract

Most of the use of coffee today is processed into drinks, with various types, brands and one of them is spice coffee which has been produced in the households of Ternate City, Tabahawa Village. Spice coffee is coffee that mixed with spice powder, namely robusta coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and sugar. Spice coffee has a warm spicy taste and this coffee has been marketed in stores or supermarkets in Ternate City. Various kinds of beverage products can be made using the basic ingredients of coffee, this is because coffee has a distinctive taste and a refreshing effect. Spices also provide a specific aroma to suit one's taste with a distinctive spice refreshing and warming effect. By combining coffee and spices which have almost the same active compound, it is possible to create mixed flavors that consumers can enjoy. Seeing this potential, it is necessary to conduct research on the Analysis of Spice Coffee Processing Business in the Household Industries of Tabahawa Village, Ternate City. The purpose of this research was to analyze the feasibility of the spice coffee processing business in the Household Industry of Tabahawa Village, Ternate City. The analysis method used in this research are NPV analysis, B / C Ratio, IRR and Payback period. Through the results of the research that the process of making spice coffee includes: All raw materials are ground separately into powder, then the powder is mixed so that it becomes one according to the comparison and to answer the second problem through a financial feasibility analysis that the spice coffee processing business shows that, the NPV value is obtained amounting to Rp.41,437,982, the IRR value obtained is 202.5%, the Cost Ratio value is 0.06%, the Gross B / C Ratio value is Rp.53,717,982, while the calculation of the criteria for the return on investment (playback period) is obtained for 1 year. Investment costs can be covered through profits after the business has been running for 2 years so that the home coffee spice industry is feasible to develop.
