Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application wordwall media in improving the ability to write official letters in Indonesian language learning for seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Kota Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experiment method. The population in this study were all seventh-grade students, while the samples were from VII A and VII B classes consisting of control and experimental classes. Techniques for collecting data are observation, instrument tests, and documentation. The results of the study The ability to write official letters of VII grade students at SMP Negeri 13 Bengkulu City from the results of the study is the average percentage of the experimental class 79.48%. Meanwhile, the average percentage of the control class is 69.64%. Judging from the posttest value for each indicator varies where there are four indicators. For the effectiveness of the application of Wordwall learning media in improving the ability to write official letters from the data value sign. 0.05 (0.000<0.05), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the character traits and character education values in the novel Ravendra: Pernikahan Rahasia Siswa SMA by Winsari. The background of the study is based on the importance of literature as a reflection of social reality as well as an educational medium. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a content analysis method, with objects in the form of relevant narrative excerpts and dialogues. Character analysis refers to M.H. Abrams' theory, while character education values refer to Thomas Lickona's theory. The results show that the author has succeeded in building character consistently, including dynamic characters (Ravendra, Kiara), static characters (Mama Elis, Syelin, Ken), and antagonists (Alena, Keisya). This novel also contains three dimensions of Lickona's character education, namely moral knowledge, moral feelings, and moral actions, which are reflected in the character's behavior such as empathy, responsibility, and integrity. Based on these findings, the novel Ravendra is suitable for use as a literary literacy teaching material in schools to instill character values in students. The recommendation of this study is the need for further studies on other Indonesian youth literature to enrich contextual character learning resources.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemerolehan bahasa anak usia 3-4 tahun yang difokuskan pada jenis-jenis tindak tutur kesantunan di Desa Tanjung Kemuning 2 Kabupaten Kaur dan untuk mengetahui strategi meminimalkan ancaman tindak tutur kesantunan berbahasa anak usia 3-4 tahun di desa tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, metode simak, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan datanya yaitu perpanjangan keikutsertaan peneliti dan triangulasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Pemerolehan bahasa anak usia 3-4 tahun yang difokuskan pada jenis-jenis tindak tutur kesantunan di Desa Tanjung Kemuning 2 Kabupaten Kaur yaitu bahwa dalam menanggapi atau merespon tindak tutur kesantunan yang disampaikan penutur, anak melakukannya dalam dua bentuk utama yaitu mengiyakan dan menolak. Dalam mengiyakan terhadap tindak tutur kesantunan, anak melakukannya dalam dua cara yaitu secara verbal dan non verbal 2. Strategi yang digunakan untuk meminimalkan ancaman adalah dengan cara melakukan penolakan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan cara memberikan alasan dan tindakan diam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar teks fabel berbantu media audiovisual pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 20 Kota Bengkulu dan untuk melihat kelayakan bahan ajar audiovisual pembelajaran bahasa indonesia materi teks fabel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 20 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model 4D terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu, pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, penyebaran. Hasil dari produk yang telah dikembangkan “Sangat Layak atau Sangat Menarik” untuk dijadikan bahan ajar, penilaian tersebut dihasilkan berdasarkan validasi produk. Hasil penilaian dari ahli materi terdapat 2 validator, validator 1 mencapai kriteria “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase yang diperoleh yaitu 92% dan validator 2 mencapai kriteria “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase yang diperoleh yaitu 91%. Hasil penilaian dari ahli bahasa terdapat 2 validator, validator 1 mencapai kriteria “Layak” dengan persentase yang diperoleh yaitu 76% dan validator 2 mencapai kriteria “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase yang diperoleh yaitu 96%. Hasil penilaian dari ahli media atau desain terdapat 2 validator, validator 1 mencapai kriteria “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase yang diperoleh yaitu 86% dan validator 2 mencapai kriteria “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase yang diperoleh yaitu 88%. Pada tahap uji penggunaan bahan ajar audiovisual mencapai kriteria interpretasi “Sangat Baik” dengan presentase 84%. Sehingga dapat disimpilkan penggunaan bahan ajar audiovisual dalam pembelajaran bahasa indonesia materi teks fabel berhasil dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran 3M dalam menulis teks eksplanasi dan mendeskripsikan hasil menulis teks eksplanasi siswa kelas VIII SMPIT IQRA’ Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah siswa mampu memahami teks eksplanasi setelah dilakukan penerapan model pembelajaran 3M dalam menulis teks eksplanasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah rata-rata siswa mampu memahami materi dengan baik. Selain itu, dari data yang didapatkan bahwa hasil menulis siswa mampu menulis teks eksplanasi tetapi tulisan siswa masih sederhana, karena siswa kesulitan mengembangkan ide dan merangkai kata.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic value-based learning in improving student character at Al-Aufa Islamic Elementary School in Bengkulu City. The focus of the study is directed at the strategy of integrating Islamic values ​​in the learning process, the habituation of worship and morals, teacher role models, and the religious school environment that forms an Islamic school culture. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Islamic values ​​is carried out systematically through the integration of Islamic teachings into subjects, the habituation of daily worship, teacher role models, and the creation of a religious school environment. This implementation has been proven to have a significant impact on improving student character, especially in aspects of religiosity, discipline, responsibility, social awareness, and morals in interactions. These findings confirm that Islamic value-based learning has an important contribution in shaping the character of elementary school students comprehensively.
