Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat prototipe smart building berbasis jaringan sensor nirkabel sebagai infrastruktur Internet of Things. Selain dilakukan pengecekan ketersediaan informasi berupa data dari beberapa sensor, kualitas layanan QoS (packet loss, delay dan latency) juga dilakukan pengecekan. Parameter tersebut diuji dengan memvariasikan jarak antara perangkat Zigbee IEEE 802.15.4 yang bertindak sebagai pengirim dan perangkat Zigbee IEEE 802. 15.4 yang bertindak sebagai penerima. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah jangkauan pengoperasian maksimum di luar ruangan adalah 19 meter dengan rata-rata RSSI antara -43,8 hingga -73,6 dBm. Latensi yang dihasilkan bervariasi dari 2 detik hingga 6,6 detik. Kehilangan paket dicapai sebagai hilangnya 0 hingga 55 data pada rata-rata pengiriman 120 data. Semua parameter yang diuji bergantung pada jarak antara perangkat Zigbee pemancar dan penerima.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop an automatic egg incubator with a capacity of 50 eggs, equipped with an automatic temperature and humidity control system. The methods used in this study include the design and construction of the incubator, testing, and performance evaluation at the partner site, RAKTA FARM in Gelgel Village, Klungkung-Bali. The incubator is designed using components such as the XH-W3001 Digital Thermostat and DH48S-S Digital Timer, allowing for automatic adjustment of temperature and humidity to ensure optimal hatching quality. The results show that the incubator can maintain a temperature range of 37.5°C to 38°C and humidity between 50% and 60%, with a hatching success rate of 95% after being tested over three batches. The development of this incubator is expected to enhance the efficiency of production and the quality of native chicken hatchlings, providing a solution for farmers in addressing the challenges of sustainable chicken population growth.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan siswa jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) di SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati dalam penguasaan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT), khususnya melalui pelatihan pemrograman mikrokontroler ESP32 dan integrasinya dengan aplikasi mobile Blynk untuk monitoring dan kontrol perangkat elektronik. Permasalahan mitra meliputi rendahnya keterampilan pemrograman sensor, kurangnya pemahaman integrasi perangkat keras dan aplikasi mobile, serta ketiadaan pelatihan aplikatif berbasis teknologi terbaru. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan praktik langsung (learning by doing), terdiri atas lima tahapan: identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, sosialisasi konsep IoT, pelatihan teknis ESP32 dan Blynk, pendampingan proyek mini, serta perumusan keberlanjutan program. Evaluasi dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi, serta wawancara pascaprogram. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 39,6 (pre-test) menjadi 78,9 (post-test), serta keberhasilan lebih dari 90% peserta dalam praktik pemrograman ESP32 dan integrasi dengan aplikasi mobile. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi selama pelatihan. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terhadap teknologi IoT, serta membuka peluang kolaborasi berkelanjutan antara pendidikan vokasi dan perguruan tinggi dalam pengembangan teknologi tepat guna menghadapi tantangan Revolusi Industri 4.0.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan layanan administrasi kesehatan melalui instalasi dan sosialisasi alat pendaftaran pasien berbasis mikrokontroler multimedia di Puskesmas Denpasar Barat. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan mikrokontroler (seperti Arduino atau ESP32) yang terintegrasi dengan antarmuka multimedia, terdiri atas layar LED, panduan suara, serta input digital untuk memungkinkan pasien melakukan pendaftaran mandiri tanpa harus mengantre di meja registrasi. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup perancangan perangkat keras, pemrograman sistem logika kerja dan antarmuka, instalasi alat pada ruang pendaftaran, serta sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada staf dan pasien. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu menurunkan rata-rata waktu pendaftaran pasien dari 5,5 menit menjadi 2,1 menit (efisiensi sebesar 38,18%) serta mengurangi antrean secara signifikan. Survei terhadap 35 pasien menunjukkan 75% merasa puas dengan penggunaan alat, dengan catatan sebagian lansia masih memerlukan pendampingan. Dari sisi petugas, sistem juga mengurangi beban kerja administratif dan meningkatkan fokus terhadap layanan lainnya. Temuan ini sejalan dengan literatur terkini yang menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi sistem layanan publik mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pengguna. Dengan hasil yang positif, program ini berpotensi menjadi model sistem pendaftaran digital yang dapat direplikasi di fasilitas kesehatan lainnya, khususnya pada layanan primer dengan volume pasien tinggi.

Abstract

Keamanan merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan aktivitas sosial dan keagamaan, termasuk di lingkungan Pura sebagai pusat spiritual masyarakat Hindu Bali. Namun, sistem pengamanan tradisional di sejumlah desa adat sering kali menghadapi keterbatasan dalam menjawab tantangan zaman, seperti meningkatnya mobilitas warga, aktivitas wisata, dan potensi gangguan keamanan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan lingkungan Pura di Desa Adat Gelgel melalui edukasi dan implementasi sistem pengawasan digital berbasis Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah kurangnya kesadaran dan kemampuan teknis dalam penerapan teknologi keamanan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan instalasi CCTV di sejumlah Pura. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya keamanan digital, kemandirian dalam pengoperasian sistem, serta meningkatnya rasa aman di lingkungan Pura. Kegiatan ini berhasil mewujudkan sinergi antara teknologi modern dan nilai-nilai adat dalam menjaga ketertiban sosial dan keamanan lingkungan suci.

Abstract

Telecommunications technology is growing rapidly, and telecommunications providers are now in the 5G technology phase. Providing very fast speed and data transfer. However, in the development of cellular technology in Indonesia, especially in Bali, the distribution of provider signal coverage areas is not evenly distributed. Although many BTS (Base Transceiver Station) have been scattered and built in the Denpasar city area, there are still locations that are not well covered. In this study the location chosen was the campus area at Warmadewa University. The method used was survey and sample interviews among students, lecturers, and staff. The number of data samples is 100 people. The survey results obtained are the findings of the signal coverage of Telkomsel, Indosat, XL-Axiata providers including coverage ranging from very poor to very good, while the Smartfren and 3 providers include good and very good signal coverage received in the Warmadewa University area. The use of phone calls (pulses) is rarely used because data packages are more flexible and efficient, the selection of calls (pulses) is usually used when urgent conditions.

Abstract

Society in general and small entrepreneurs in particular have enormous potential to develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This will be one of the main factors driving the growth and development of the Indonesian economy amidst the current flow of globalization. The Community Service Partner is RAKTA FARM where this partner has a chicken farming business in Br. Tangkas, Gelgel Village - Klungkung. The problem with partners who will expand their business into the Balinese free-range chicken hatching sector is that they still use conventional methods. The Balinese Hindu community generally uses Balinese free-range chickens for religious ceremonies and for personal consumption. The methods that will be used in implementing this Community Service are interview methods, face-to-face methods, and workshops on how to use/operate fully automatic egg incubators. The solution that will be implemented is to increase the chicken population relatively quickly and ensure the availability of seeds for continuous production. The fact is that automatic hatching machines help parents hatch eggs to produce chicks. Hatching with a hatching machine can also increase the production scale and hatchability of eggs because the environmental temperature and humidity can be regulated precisely at RAKTA FARM Br. Tangkas, Gelgel Village - Klungkung.

Tax return reporting is mandated in the Law on General Provisions and Tax Procedures (KUP) article 3, where every taxpayer is required to fill out the tax return correctly, clearly and completely, and for the annual income tax return, it must be submitted no later than 3 months after the tax year ends (March). Tax return reporting can be done online, using e-form or e-filling. However, there are still many people who still do not understand the reporting process using e-filling. The people in the Renon area are very homogeneous. The Renon area is considered very promising, until now it is still an "elite area" in the city of Denpasar. It is very strategically located, close to the center of the city government, even the province. There are many government and private offices, restaurants, restaurants, shops, and even the center of Beauty Clinics in Bali. The population of Renon in 2016 was 20,774 people, consisting of 10,331 men and 10,443 women. Very few residents in this area are unemployed, having an income means that many taxpayers are scattered in this area. The method used in this service is to provide direct assistance to the community. Includes assistance and consultation regarding the rights and obligations of taxpayers, matching NIK and NPWP and reporting Personal Tax using e-filling. The series of activities will be carried out continuously from February to March 2024. This activity was very welcomed by the community. However, the level of public awareness in fulfilling tax obligations is still quite lacking. This may happen due to the lack of public trust in the management of state finances due to the impact of corruption reporting by state apparatus. In addition to socialization, an important thing that must be fixed is the eradication of KKN to increase public trust.
